Limited Warranty
Vision Guarantees that every Wall Remote is free from physical defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. If the product
proves defective during this one-year warranty period, Vision will replace it free of charge.
Vision does not issue any refunds. This warranty is extended to the original end user
purchase only and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to : (1) damage to
units caused by accident, dropping or abuse in handling, or any negligent use; (2) units
which have been subject to unauthorized repair, taken apart, or otherwise modified; (3)
units not used in accordance with instruction; (4) damages exceeding the cost of the
product; (5) transit damage, initial installation costs, removal cost, or reinstallation cost.

Introduction
Thanks for choosing the Wall Remote of the home automation device. This Wall Remote is a Z-Wave™
enabled device (interoperable, two-way RF mesh networking technology) and is fully compatible with
any Z-Wave™enabled network. Z-Wave™enabled devices displaying the Z-Wave™logo can also be
used with it regardless of the manufacturer, and ours can also be used in other manufacturer’s
Z-Wave™enabled networks. This device could help you control 4 groups (up to 20 devices) you
learned in the gateway.

Installation/Operation
Notice: If you are installing the entire Z-Wave™ system for the first time, please refer to
the installation guide of Z-Wave™ Interface Controller before installing Wall Remote.
1. Press “I/E”& “Shift”inside of the battery portion at the same time till 2
seconds, different positions corresponds to different functionalities that
described in the following sections.
2. Setup Z-Wave Network:
A) “Power On”Status:
* Blue LED flashes 5 times and beeps 3 times. (Not included)
* Purple LED flashes 5 times and beeps 3 times. (Ever included)
B) To “Include”into (adding into) or “Exclude” from (removing from) an existing
network: Put the Z-Wave™Gateway or Controller into learn mode to add or remove
the Wall Remote into/from your controller. Press button 1 and 4 together till the red
LED flashes to be included or excluded. ZT1141 will go to NWI sending mode if
adding is not successfully within 2 seconds and it will go to sleep mode after sending 4
times NWI info. ZT1141 will go to sleep if removing is not successfully within 5
seconds.
C) ”Wake Up Notification”
Press button 2 and 3 together until green LED flashes. Wall Remote will first send NIF
(without entering learn mode) and then send Wakeup Notification 5 seconds later.
3. Low Battery Detection
After successfully inclusion, ZT1141 will proceed the Low Battery Detection in every
hour, the battery report will be sent if voltage is too low.
4. Wake Up Interval
Use Wakeup Interval Set command to set wakeup time to send “Wake Up Notification”
to assigned node. User could change the auto wake up from 4 minutes to 1 week.
The minimal increment interval is 4 minutes.
* Default Value: 6 hours
5. Battery Capacity Detection:
Send “Battery Get”command, to have the battery capacity back in %.
* Full Capacity: 3V / Low Battery: 2.7V, +/- 0.1V
* Full Capacity: 0x64 / Low Battery Warning: 0xFF
6. Switch All ON/OFF:
* Open All: Press button 1 and 2 together until the green LED flash once and the Wall
Remote will send “SWITCH_ALL_ON”command
* CloseAll: Press button 3 and 4 together until the red LED flash once and the Wall
Remote will send “SWITCH_ALL_OFF”command
7. Send Baisc Set ON/OFF (Basic Mode)

(P.S.: The Group Association should be done in advance.)
Short press the corresponding button to switch the group on and the buzzer will beep
once, long press the corresponding button to switch the group off and the buzzer will
beep twice.

8. Send Central Scene (Central Scene Mode):
* Only report to Group 1
* Short press (each button, press time <1 second):
- The green LED will flash once and send “Central Scene Notification”command
(Key Attribute 0x00) to all Group 1 (Lifeline) Nodes.
* Long press (each button, press time >2 seconds):
- The red LED will keep flashing while long pressing the button and send “Central
Scene Notification” command (Key Attribute 0x02) every 150ms to Group 1 Nodes.
* Release the button (After long press):
-The yellow LED will flash while release the button and send “Central Scene
Notification” command (Key Attribute 0x01) to the pairing group.

9. Mode Switch:
Press I/E & Shift (inside of the battery portion) at the same time and hold till LED flash.
Basic Mode

10. Include other devices into Wall Remote's network:
* Wall Remote must be primary controller
* Press I/E button until green LED flashes
* Wall Remote will go back to sleep if no node info received within 10 seconds.
11) Exclude other devices from Wall Remote's network:
* Wall Remote must be the primary controller
* Press I/E button until red LED flashes.
* Wall Remote will go back to sleep if no node info received within 10 seconds.
12) Association / Disassociation:
* PressASSOC button till Red LED flashes once, the Green LED will flashes twice
after releasing the button. Press one button from 1 ~ 4 within 4 seconds to do the
association to the correspondent group, the green LED will flash correspondent time
to the relative group.
* Association : Green LED flashing correspondent times to the relative group number.
* Disassociation: Red LED flashing correspondent times to the relative group number.
.13) Controller Shift
Press Shift button until LED flashes. (Green LED flashes once then Red LED
flashes once.)
14) Association Set:
The primary controller could use “Association Set”to ZT1141-5 which support 5
groups; group 1 (Lifeline), group 2~5 (Send Basic ON/OFF).
15) Factory Default Reset:
Press 4 buttons together for 10 seconds. The LED colors will turn red then turn
green.(Green LED flashes 5 times quickly that means reset completely).
Remark: This is to be used only in the case of primary controller being
inoperable or otherwise unavailable.
16) Data Recovery:
All the setting value will be same after power off and power on again.
17) Support OTA Firmware Update.
18) All the rest unaddressed commands followed Z-WAVE standard.
