GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Electric Drill-Screwdrivers "Vitals Professional"
i (hereinafter - the screwdriver) comply with all
safety requirements and are quite reliable in operation.
These products have a contemporary design, economical, reliable in
operation, easy to use and maintain.
Screwdriver is a handheld power tool that is designed for screwing and
unscrewing the fasteners (screws, bolts, screws, SCREW, dowels, screws
and nuts), as well as drill bits for drilling holes having a cylindrical shank
diameters up to 10 mm.
To work with fasteners (screws, bolts, screws, SCREW, dowel) to bits
representing special interchangeable nozzles, one end of which is made in the
form of a hexagonal shank, and the second is shaped tip screwdriver
(standard or special). For screwing and unscrewing the bolts and nuts are
special nozzles corresponding profile.
The principle of operation is as simple screwdriver: when you press articles
"On / Off" (if unlocked keys) rotational movement of the rotor DC motor is

Spindle lock
Installation (removal) of the battery
To prevent accidental activation of the motor screwdriver and premature
discharge of the battery, be blocked rotation of the spindle, which is
recommended to be used in cases of prolonged pause in work, transport
goods, etc
.
The lock is activated by setting the direction of rotation of the spindle in the
center position.
Before you install or remove the battery pack and turn the screwdriver set

5.1. GETTING STARTED
1. Before starting work, inspect the screwdriver for integrity, good order
and smooth running of moving parts of the product.
2. Lock down the "On / Off" by switching the direction of rotation of the
spindle in the center position.
3. Install a charged battery and make sure the battery is properly secured in
the housing screwdriver.
4. Insert the bit, tip or drill into the keyless chuck.
5. Tighten the chuck.
5. Switch the direction of rotation until the desired direction of rotation of the
spindle.

Installing and replacing bits, tools, drills
1. Lock down the "On / Off" by switching the direction of rotation of the
spindle in the center position.

Mechanical switching speed ranges

CHARGING

Transportation

Акумуляторні дрилі-шурупокрути "Vitals Professional" A
(далі за текстом – шурупокрут) виконані із
дотриманням усіх вимог безпеки та досить надійні в процесі експлуатації.
Дані вироби мають сучасний дизайн, економічні, надійні в роботі,
прості в обігу та обслуговуванні.
Шурупокрут являє собою ручний електричний інструмент, який
призначений для закручування та відкручування кріпильних виробів
(шурупів, гвинтів, саморізів, конфірматів, дюбелів, болтів і гайок), а також
для свердління отворів свердлами, які мають циліндричний хвостовик
діаметром до 10 мм.
Для роботи із кріпильними виробами (шурупи, гвинти, саморізи,
конфірмати, дюбеля) використовуються біти, які представляють собою
спеціальні змінні насадки, один кінець яких виконаний у вигляді
шестигранного хвостовика, а другий має форму наконечника викрутки
(стандартний або спеціальний). Для закручування та відкручування
болтів і гайок застосовуються спеціальні насадки відповідного профілю.
Принцип дії шурупокрута максимально простий: при натисканні на
клавішу виробу «Вкл/Викл» (при розблокованому стані клавіші)
обертальний рух від ротора електродвигуна постійного струму
передається на планетарний редуктор. Редуктор здійснює механічну
передачу крутного моменту на шпиндель, на якому закріплений патрон
шурупокрута із бітою, насадкою або свердлом.
Основна відмінність шурупокрута від дрилі – наявність муфти-
регулятора крутного моменту. Муфта-регулятор дозволяє закручувати
кріпильний виріб із необхідним зусиллям, тим самим уникаючи
сточування шліців і зриву різьби. Як тільки кріпильний виріб буде
закручено, обертання затискного патрона призупиниться, при цьому
ротор електродвигуна продовжить обертатися (чути тріск тріскачки).
Позитивною властивістю акумуляторних дрилів-шурупокрутів є їх
мобільність і незалежність від стаціонарного джерела електроживлення,
а також відсутність небезпеки ураження електричним струмом.
