3 Your product
3.1 Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your SAVA 1031! This
converter converts a digital Toslink audio signal into a digital
Coaxial audio signal (or vice versa). As a result, it allows you to
easily and quickly connect your Audio Source to your Audio
Amplifier.

4 Advantages
•Converter changes a digital Toslink audio signal into a digital
Coaxial audio signal (or vice versa).
•Ideal if your Audio Source has a different audio digital output
than your Audio Amplifier, for example.
•Amplifies the digital audio signal and thus extends the
maximum cable length (optical/coaxial)
•Supports the most common 2 to 5.1 channel digital audio
signals.
•The digital audio signal provided is simultaneously
reproduced on both outputs (both Toslink and Coaxial).
5 Getting started
5.1 Installation
Note:
•We recommend that you switch off your equipment before
connecting cables in order to prevent any of the devices
being damaged.
•At all times, avoid bending the optical (Toslink) cable as it is
very delicate.
1. Connect the Audio Source to one of the digital audio inputs
[1] on the SAVA 1031 using the optical or coaxial audio
cable.

2. Connect the Audio Amplifier to one of the digital audio
outputs [2] on the SAVA 1031 using the optical or coaxial
audio cable.
3. Connect the power adapter [3] and plug into the electrical
socket.
4. Use the switch [4] to select which digital audio input (Coaxial
or Optical) is connected to the SAVA 1031.
5. Switch your device on and check that the audio connection
works.
6 Usage
If the audio connection does not work (properly), consult the
instructions for the Audio Source and/or the Audio Amplifier for the
correct settings.

3 Ihr Produkt
3.1 Einführung
Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Erwerb Ihres SAVA 1031
Dieser Wandler (Converter) wandelt ein digitales Toslink
Audiosignal in ein digitales Koaxial Audiosignal um (oder
andersherum). Somit kann Ihre Tonquelle schnell und einfach an
Ihren Audioverstärker angeschlossen werden.
Die Produkte werden mit großer Sorgfalt hergestellt und
sind von hoher Qualität. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung bitte sorgfältig
durch und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen, um die Möglichkeiten
dieses Produkts optimal nutzen zu können.

4 Verwendbarkeit
•Wandeln Sie Ihr digitales Toslink Audiosignal in ein digitales
Koaxial Audiosignal um (oder andersherum).
•Äußerst praktisch, wenn Ihre Audioquelle einen anderen
digitalen Ausgang hat als beispielsweise Ihr Audioverstärker.
•Verstärkt das digitale Audiosignal und verlängert damit die
maximale Kabellänge (optisch/koaxial)
•Unterstützt die gängigsten 2 bis 5.1 Kanal Digital-
Audiosignale.
•Das angebotene, digitale Audiosignal wird auf beiden
Ausgängen (sowohl Toslink wie Koaxial) gleichzeitig
wiedergegeben.
5 Los geht’s
5.1 Installation
Achtung:
•Um mögliche Beschädigen an Ihren Geräten vorzubeugen
empfehlen wir, die Geräte erst auszuschalten, bevor Sie die
Kabel anschließen.
•Biegen Sie das optische (Toslink) Kabel niemals, denn es ist
sehr empfindlich.
1. Schließen Sie die Tonquelle mithilfe des optischen oder
koaxialen Audiokabels an einen der digitalen Audioeingänge
[1] des SAVA 1031

2. Schließen Sie den Audioverstärker mithilfe des optischen
oder koaxialen Audiokabels an einen der digitalen
Audioausgänge [2] des SAVA 1031
3. Schließen Sie den Speisungsadapter [3] an und verbinden
Sie ihn mit der Steckdose.
4. Wählen Sie mit dem Schalter [4], welcher digitale
Audioeingang (Koaxial oder Optical) an den SAVA 1031
angeschlossen ist.
5. Schalten Sie Ihr Gerät ein und prüfen Sie, ob die
Tonverbindung funktioniert.
6 Anwendung
Sollte die Audioverbindung nicht (optimal) funktionieren, ziehen
Sie dann für die ent- sprechenden Einstellungen die
Gebrauchsanleitung Ihrer Tonquelle und/oder Ihres
Audioverstärkers zurate.

3.1 Introduction
Félicitations pour l'achat du Vogels ! Ce convertisseur convertit
un signal audio numérique Toslink en un signal audio numérique
Coaxial (ou vice versa). Il vous permet de rendre rapidement et
simplement votre source audio apte à être connectée à votre
amplificateur audio.

par conséquent, ils sont de haute qualité. Veuillez lire ce mode
d'emploi attentivement et suivre les instructions afin de bénéficier
au maximum des possibilités de ce produit.

4 Avantages
•Convertissez votre signal audio numérique Toslink en un
signal audio numérique Coaxial (ou vice versa).
•Idéal lorsque votre source audio a une autre sortie audio
numérique que par exemple votre Amplificateur Audio.
•Amplifie le signal audio numérique et prolonge ainsi la
longueur maximale du câble (optique/coaxial).
•Supporte la plupart des signaux audio numériques des
canaux de 2 à 5.1.
•Le signal audio numérique fourni est affiché simultanément
sur les deux sorties (Toslink et Coaxiale).

5.1 Installation
Attention :
•Nous vous recommandons d'éteindre votre appareil avant de
connecter les cables pour éviter d'endommager l'appareil.
•Veuillez prendre garde à ne pas plier le câble optique
(Toslink), celui-ci est très fragile.
1. Connectez la source audio sur l'une des entrées audio
numériques [1] du SAVA 1031 à l'aide du câble audio
optique ou coaxial.
