Safety Tips
Whilst all care has been taken to remove sharp edges, care must be taken when cleaning or handling the
trolley to prevent risk of injury from exposed metal edges.
Product Description
Assembly
To attach the shelves to the frames:
1. Remove all protective film from the parts, taking care to avoid scratching the surfaces.
2. Place a support pad inside the corner of the shelf.
3. Position the shelf against the screw hole in the frame.
4. Slide a hexagon screw through the frame and the support pad so the screw thread protrudes from the
inside
[A].
5. Slot a washer over the protruding end of the screw and then attach a hexagon nut. Tighten slightly.
6. Attach the other corner to the frame in the same way.
7. Repeat for the other shelves, attaching just one end of the shelf to the frame.
8. Attach the second frame to the other end of the shelves.
9. Slide the castor covers over the frame legs and screw the castors on to the frame [B].
Cleaning
• Clean the trolley regularly using a cleaning agent suitable for use with stainless steel.
• Always remove cleaning agent residue. This can discolour the surface of the trolley.
• Never leave the trolley surface damp as this can cause discolouration.

Note: The shelves may appear twisted. This is normal and the shelves straighten out
during the assembly process.
Note: To allow for later adjustment do not tighten the nut fully until all corners are
attached to the frames.
Note: Ensure that the two castors with brakes are not fitted to the same end of the trolley.

Veiligheidstips
Ondanks dat wij alle zorg hebben genomen om scherpe randen te verwijderen, dient men tijdens het
reinigen of bij het gebruik van de trolley voorzichtig te zijn om letsel te voorkomen door onbeschutte
metalen randen.
Productbeschrijving
Montage
De planken aan het frame bevestigen:
1. Verwijder alle beschermingsfolie van alle delen, voorkom hierbij dat u krassen maakt op de
oppervlakken.
2. Plaats een steunplaat in de hoek van de plank.
3. Plaats de plank tegen het schroefgat in het frame.
4. Schuif een zeskantschroef door het frame en de steunplaats zodat de schroefdraad aan de binnenkant
[A] uitsteekt.
5. Plaats een ringplaatje op het uitstekende uiteinde van de schroef en plaats vervolgens de moer.
Lichtjes vastdraaien.
6. Bevestig op dezelfde wijze de andere hoeken aan het frame.
7. Herhaal dit bij andere planken, waarbij slechts één zijde van de plank aan het frame wordt bevestigd.
8. Bevestig het tweede frame aan de andere zijde van de planken.
9. Schuif de wielkappen over de framepoten en schroef de zwenkwieltjes op het frame [B] vast.
Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud
• Reinig de trolley regelmatig met een geschikt reinigingsmiddel voor RVS.
• Verwijder altijd alle resten van het reinigingsmiddel. Dit kan het oppervlak van de trolley doen verkleuren.
• Laat de trolley nooit vochtig achter, dit kan verkleuring veroorzaken.

Wij hebben er alles aan gedaan om er zeker van te zijn dat op publicatiedatum van de handleiding alle details correct
zijn, desondanks, behoudt VOGUE het recht voor om specificaties zonder aankondiging te wijzigen.
Opmerking: controleer al het verpakkingsmateriaal op de aanwezigheid van kleine
onderdelen die tijdens transport losgeraakt kunnen zijn.
Opmerking: de planken kunnen verbogen overkomen. Dit is normaal en de planken
worden tijdens het montageproces recht getrokken.
Opmerking: Om later aanpassingen mogelijk te maken, draait u de moer niet volledig vast
totdat alle hoeken aan het frame vastzitten.
Opmerking: zorg ervoor dat de twee zwenkwieltjes met remmen niet aan hetzelfde
uiteinde van de trolley worden bevestigd.
