Enjoy yourse/f with ECLIPSE/

YCeq- r+c Amplified Processed SubwooÍeÍ
Your ECLIPSE subwoofer is a choice of style and
state of the art technology: here all the benefits
you will get with.....a good choice indeed!
REFLEX IMPROVED COOLING SYSTE]II (RICS)
With the exclusive RICS project, the Eclipse series speaker
systems perform a forced cooling of the internal amplifier,
with a special circulation of the internal air. RICS allow an
improved performance of the bass reflex system: The
stronger you play, more efficient the internal cooling will be.
12" SPEAKER
The speaker used is custom Voice System project.
HDPE CABINET
The new cabinet with HDPE technology gives maximum
robustness and ease of transport thanks to the reduced
weight (only 21 Kg!). The cabinet is identical to the one of
the ECLIPSE speaker.
This gives an extra ease of transport, and allow the
revolutionary option of mounting the subwoofer directly
under the speaker, without using extra accessories.
MULTICOMP
The Multicomp circuitry compress the signal that is too loud
at the input, with a special progressive mode, avoiding the
annoying "cuts" obtained with a traditional limiter.
ANTIDUITIP
At the power on the special Antidump stage eliminates every
risk of impulsive noises that can damage the drivers.

Product care
. Do not apply excessive force to the structures and
controls (knobs and switches).
o Avoid the system being subjected to strong impact both
during transportation and while in use.
. Do not place the equipment near heat sources, in damp
or dusty places or near magnetic fields.
. Wherever possible, do not place the system near
equipment likely to produce strong interference such as
radios - TVs, monitors, etc...
. On no account allow any foreign objects or any kind of
liquids to enter the equipment.
. For cleaning operations use only a soft cloth or
compressed air, never use detergents, solvents or spirits'
. When unplugging cables always hold them by the plug
and not by the lead itself; when winding them up, avoid
knots and twists.
. Do not expose the equipment to direct sunlight.
. In order to avoid the risk of electric shock never make
power connections with wet hands.
. Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds with that
shown on the inside of the amplifier panel.
. Connect the AC IN socket to a properly earthed power
supply.
. Always use good quality screened cables.

Eclipse is a powered subwoofer electronically controlled via a Multicomp
processor. The control of the Multicomp processor is very simple and
completely automatic.
ïhe first key on the left side of the control panel is the Multicomp insert
key. Pressing this key it is possible to disable the controller that is normally
ON as a factory preset. We
suggest of course always to
use the Multicomp controller,
The Clip LED is active when
the compressor is on.
On the left side of the Clip LED
a ON LED display when your
ECLIPSE subwoofer is switched
on; while on the right side of
the Clip LED a green LED of
audio signal presence is
located.

Mode
ïhis key select the working mode: Stereo (not pressed) allow the use of a
single subwoofer with a stereo speaker system, connecting both LEFT and
RIGHT mixer cables to the subwoofer.

from the omnidirectivity of the
frequencies below 2OO Hz.
Pressing the Mode key the
Mono working mode is
selected. This mode requires
the use of two separate
subwoofers for the LEFT and
RIGHT channel.
Phase
Inverts the signal phase.
This control has to be used
if a very low efficiency in the
lower frequency range is
detected. This can depend
from a phase reversal. If
you do not possess a test
signal source, you can
detect the difference by
pressing it while playing.
Output
If not pressed (Xover
position) the outputs of the
subwoofer are filtered below
2OO l1z.
If pressed (Flat position) the
subwoofer outputs sends to

Conflguration
The Voice Systems ECLIPSE subwoofer is built in a very light and
easy to use case: professional handles are located both on top and
on the sides of the system.
On the top of the case four circular
slots are built to ease the stacking
of the ECLiPSE speakers directly
above the ECLIPSE SUB subwoofer.
This way it is possible to create a
multiple system without using
speaker stands.
Four rubber feet are provided on
the case bottom to surely install
the speaker reducing stage noise.
On one side of the Eclipse speaker
four small plastic feet allow an
installation as a stage monitor.
Finally, we would like to remind
you about the metal front grid and
the BLUE ON LED on the front
panel.
