GETTING STARTED
Fully charge the battery before using the speaker for the first time. After initial charging,
the speaker has enough battery power to play music for up to 10 hours.
Warning
1. Use appropriate charging cables and power supplies with up to 18W power from regular
manufacturers to charge the speaker.
2. You must charge the speaker if it has not been used in 4 months or longer.
3. Do not change the battery yourself. Removal of the rechargeable lithium ion battery in this
product should be conducted only by a qualified professional. Please contact Vonmählen
for further information.

Charging
When the battery is low, charge the speaker
with the USB-C cable for 4 hours. The red LED
light remains on during charging and turns off
after charging is finished.

ACTIVATE BLUETOOTH®PAIRING
1. When the speaker is powered on, press the
Bluetooth®button briefly to enter pairing
mode. The LED light on the speaker will
flash blue.
2. Turn on your mobile device and open the
Bluetooth®settings.
3. Search for “Vonmählen Air Beats” under
available devices from the pairing list and
select the speaker to connect.
4. If your device prompts you for a pin, enter
“0000” as the code.
Notices
» The speaker saves the last paired device. If the speaker is switched on, it tries to establish a
connection with the last stored device in pairing mode.
» If no connection is established within 10 minutes, the speaker automatically switches off to
save energy.

Disconnecting Bluetooth®
Briefly press the Bluetooth®button to disconnect the Bluetooth®connection. It can be reactivated
by pressing the button again. The speaker automatically switches back to pairing mode.
Leaving Bluetooth®Transmission Range
Bluetooth enables wireless streaming. It is only possible within a certain range of your device. The
range can be influenced by various environmental conditions, such as, the thickness or the material
of the walls. If there are no obstacles, Air Beats has a range up to 10 meters. Sound quality will
diminish the further you are from your device and eventually disappear.
Alternative
When the speaker is paired with a device, open the Bluetooth®settings on the device and select
“Vonmählen Air Beats“. Your device will prompt you to disconnect. The speaker automatically
returns to pairing mode.
For Wired Music
The 3.5mm audio jack connects to audio sources that do not support Bluetooth®. To do this, connect
the speaker to the end device using a 3.5mm audio cable. The white LED on the speaker lights up.
You can switch between wired and wireless audio playback by briefly pressing the Bluetooth®button.

TRUE WIRELESS STEREO (TWS)
The True Wireless Stereo (TWS) function allows two Air Beats speakers to be connected to as one
wireless stereo sound system. One speaker takes over the left and the other the right audio channel
of a stereo system. The left main speaker is then connected to a mobile device and communicates
the received audio signal to the coupled right secondary speaker.
Create a Stereo Sound System
1. Switch on both speakers.
2. Make sure that both speakers are not connected to any device. To do this, disconnect the Blue-
tooth®connection of both speakers by briefly pressing the Bluetooth®button.
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth®button on one speaker for 2 seconds. While the connection is
being established, the LEDs of both speakers will flash blue. Once the connection is established,
the LED of the main speaker continues to pulsate blue, while the LED of the secondary speaker
lights up continually.
4. Connect the device to the main speaker by using Bluetooth®. The LEDs of both speakers will
light up blue.
Disconnecting the Speakers
To disconnect the two Air Beats Bluetooth®speakers, press and hold the Bluetooth®button on one
of the devices. Press again to reconnect.

If the speaker does not work properly, it should be reset to the factory settings. Press and hold the
reset button in the 3.5mm audio jack of the unit for 3 seconds using a toothpick or paper clip.
