In the event this product malfunctions or customer believes
it is defective, the customer should contact Customer
Service and retain the defective product pending further
instructions. Defective product should be clearly marked
or stored where it cannot be used again by mistake.
Failure to retain the product may impede Vremi’s ability
to correct any legitimate problem and may limit
the extent to which Vremi may provide recourse.

Important Safety Instructions
Please read and follow the safety instruction carefully before you use the vacuum preservation system.
• Check if the local power supply voltage matches the voltage indicated on this appliance before use.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. Do not operate the appliance if
there’s any malfunctions or damage of the product.
• lf the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, or its service agent or similarly
qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
• To disconnect the power, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Do not disconnect by
pulling on the power cord.
• Do not use an extension cord with the appliance.
• When the appliance is not in use or need to be cleaned, please unplug cord from the power outlet rst.
• Do not use the appliance on wet or hot surfaces, or near a power source.
• Do not immerse any part of the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Use only accessories or attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
• Use the appliance only for its intended use. Do not use the product outside the work area.
• Close supervision is required when children use the appliance. Children should not play with the appliance.
• It is recommended to leave 40 seconds between each seal.
• It is recommended to store the appliance with the cover unlocked to prevent the gasket from being
damaged by squeezing for a long time.

1Vacuum Seal: Starts vacuum process based on the settings you have
selected and heat seals the bag upon completion.
2Seal: Activates the heated sealing bar to seal the open end of a bag cut from
a roll or to add a secondary seal to already sealed goods.
3Food: Select Dry for foods such as pasta and grains. Select Moist for foods
that may have excess moisture or liquid (such as cuts of meat) to be pulled
into the drip tray. Foods such as soups and sauces should be sealed in a
canister (not provided) using the canister hose attachment (included).
4Speed: Select Normal to remove air as quickly as possible. Select Gentle for
foods such as crackers or cereal which will be more likely to crumble under
pressure.
5Stop: Press to interrupt either the Vac Seal or Seal functions before their
pre-programmed cycle is nished.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure the control lid is fully closed prior to operation by
pressing rmly on both the left and right sides of the lid. You should hear a “click”
from both sides. If the lid is not fully closed, your vacuum sealer will neither
vacuum nor seal.

Understanding Your Vacuum Sealer

ALocking Hooks
(Left and Right)
When closing the lid these hooks will ensure a strong connection between the
vacuum bag and the vacuum chamber and/or sealing bar for proper operation.
Press rmly on both the left and right side of the lid until you hear each hook
“click” into place.
BVacuum Chamber The open edge of your bag should align with the center of the vacuum
chamber for proper air removal and sealing. Re-align your bag if it does not
appear air is being removed when vacuuming.
CGasket Ensures a strong connection during the vacuuming process. Clean this gasket to
keep it free of moisture and residue.
DRubber Lip Provides at and insulated surface during heat sealing process.
ESealing Bar Heating element measuring 3 mm in width that will seal bag during the Vac Seal
or Seal process.
FVacuum Nozzle Use the included hose and attach one end to this nozzle and the other to a
vacuum canister (not included). During normal operation this nozzle will remove
air from the vacuum chamber when lid is closed.
GRelease Buttons
(Left and Right) Press both buttons after using the Vac Seal or Seal functions to remove your bag.
HCanister Vacuum Press this button to activate vacuum process when canister hose is attached to
nozzle.

Let’s Seal the Deal
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - GENERAL STEPS
1Plug It In
Plug the appliance into a 120 V outlet.
2Insert Vacuum Bag
Align edge of bag with the middle of the
vacuum chamber. Ensure the bag is at and
does not cover vacuum nozzle.

3Close Lid (The Trick’s in the Clicks)
Press down rmly on both the left and right
sides of the lid. You should hear a “click” from
both locking hooks.
4Select Speed and Food Mode
The default is for Normal speed and for Dry
food. Adjust to Gentle mode for foods prone to
crumbling (crackers, cereal) or to Moist mode
for foods with excess moisture or liquid (such
as cuts of meat).
5Vacuum and Seal
Press the Vac Seal button and your machine
will remove excess air from the bag and
automatically seal when nished.
6(Or Just Seal)
If you want to add another seal to the open end
of a bag or an extra seal above one that was
previously sealed, place the section of the bag
you wish to seal over the rubber gasket, follow
the steps above and press Seal button.
7Release
After completing either a Vac Seal or Seal
operation press the left and right release
buttons to unlock the lid and remove your bag.

Other Helpful Instructions
TIPS FROM THE PROS
• Pre-freeze juicy food such as sh, meat, fruits or vegetables before vacuum sealing, small amounts of liquid
may be sucked into the chamber and cause damage the machine.
• To prevent wrinkles when sealing bulky items, gently stretch the bag at before inserting into the vacuum
chamber and hold it until the vacuum sealer begins to work.
• If you are unsure whether your bag is sealed properly, reseal the bag.
• It is recommended to leave 40 seconds between each seal.
• Ensure that the open edge of the bag is not wet. A wet bag may be difcult to be sealed tightly.
• Make the open edge of plastic bags clean and at. Foreign objects or wrinkles are not allowed, as this may
cause difculty or leaking during sealing.
• When you are vacuum sealing items with sharp edges, to protect the bag from punctures, you may need a
canister instead of a bag. See “PRESERVATION WITH VACUUM CANISTERS” section on Page 8.
• Vacuum sealing can not completely replace the refrigeration. Perishable foods still need to be refrigerated.
• To avoid possible illness, do not reuse bags after storing raw meats, raw sh or greasy foods.
• Do not reuse the bags that have been micro waved or simmered.
• When using accessories, remember to leave 2.5 cm (1-inch) of space at top of a canister.
HOW TO SEAL A BAG END
• Plug in the appliance.
• Placing an opening end of bag into the vacuum chamber. Make sure bag end is nice, at, and not over the
vacuum chamber. Make sure the bag does not cover the vacuum nozzle.
• Press down the cover rmly by using two hands until both latches are locked in place. Check again before
moving to next step.
• Press the Seal button, the machine will start to seal the bag end.
• When the Seal indicator lights off, press the Release buttons at two sides to unlock the latches. Open the cover
and take out the bag.

• Put the items inside a canister and cover it with the lid, insert one end of the air suction hose into the vacuum
nozzle on the appliance, then insert the other end into the hole on the top of the canister lid.
• Press the Canister button, the appliance begins to vacuum air from the canister and create a tight seal. When
the vacuum process is completed, the appliance will stop automatically. You can also press the Stop button to
stop the vacuuming at anytime.
• Unplug one end of the hose from the canister rst, then unplug the other end from the appliance.
• When the stored items expires or need to be removed from the canister, press down the button in the center
of the canister lid to deate air, then open the canister in a few seconds.
NOTES:
- Remove the lid before you put the canister in a microwave oven.
- Place the sealed canister in refrigerator for better preservation.
- Allow hot food to cool to room temperature before vacuum sealing, otherwise, the food may bubble up
out of the canister.

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Causes & Solutions
The vacuum sealer
doesn’t work.
Check if the power cord is tightly plugged into electrical outlet.
Check if the power cord is damaged.
Check if electrical outlet is working by plugging in another appliance.
Make sure the latches is in the locked position.
Make sure bag is placed correctly inside the vacuum chamber.
Allow the appliance to be cooled for 40 seconds before using it again.
Air is still in the bag
after vacuum sealing.
Align edge of bag with middle of vacuum chamber. Ensure bag is at and does
not cover vacuum nozzle.
There might be a leak in the bag. Replace with a new one.
Check the seal of the bag. A wrinkle in the bag along the seal may cause leakage
and allow air to re-enter, cut the bag and reseal.
Do not attempt to make your own side seams for our vacuum bags. The bags are
manufactured with special side seams, which are sealed all the way to the outer
edge. Making your own side seams may cause leakage and allow air to re-enter.
Air was removed
from the bag, but
then re-entered.
Sometimes moisture or food material (such as juices, grease, crumbs, powders,
etc along seal prevents bag from sealing properly. Cut the bag, wipe top inside of
the bag and reseal.
If you vacuum sharp food, bag may be punctured. Use soft material to package
the sharp food and reseal with a new bag.
The bag melts. If the bag melts, rubber lip may become hot. Always wait more than 5 minutes for
cooling down the appliance before vacuuming package another item.

Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the appliance in water on other liquid for cleaning.
3. Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean, because it is easy to scratch the surface of the appliance.
4. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth or sponge with mild soap if necessary.
5. To clean the vacuum chamber, wipe away any food or liquid with a tissue paper.
6. Dry thoroughly before using again.

Vremi offers a 12-month warranty on all of our products purchased new and unused from Vremi LLC or an
authorized reseller, with an original proof of purchase and where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as
a result of faulty manufacturing, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period. The warranty does not apply
where damage is caused by other factors, including but without limitation: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) abuse,
mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions; (c) exposure to liquid or inltration of foreign
particles; (d) servicing or modication of the product other than by Vremi. These are our general terms for the
