This manual contains many Warnings and Cautions concerning the safe operation
and consequences if safe setup, operation and maintenance are not performed. All
information in this manual should be carefully reviewed and if you have any questions
you should contact VTUVIA Dealer immediately. The notes, warnings and cautions

Assembly Instructions
NOTICE: The following assembly steps are only a general guide to assist in the assembly of
your VTUVIA Bike and is not a complete or comprehensive manual of all aspects of assembly,
maintenance and repair. We recommend you consult a certified bicycle mechanic to assist in
the assembly, repair and maintenance of your bicycle.

Step 1: Remove bike from carton and carefully set out all contents of the box. Remove packaging material
protecting the bicycle frame and components. Ensure the following pieces are included in the package. If there
are any missing parts please contact VTUVIA Bikes for help replacing missing pieces. Please also ensure you
have received the correct frame size before assembling the bike.
Package include: VTUVIA MC100 bike frame, Front Wheel, Front wheel
quick release, Pedals (Left and Right), Charger,
Keys for battery pack, Assembly tools and manual

Step 2 : Open the tool box ii the package twist off the nut get out a little spring insert the centre
axle adjust the wheel lock off the quick release finish installation

Step 3: Amount handlebar

Step 4: Pedal and Saddle
Step 5: Adjust the saddle height. Loosen the seat clamp, insert the seat post into the slot, adjust the saddle
height to a suitable height and tighten the adjustment nut. When you feel resistance, close the seat tube
clamp fully. Make sure to stay within the marked adjustment range.
Do not raise the seat post beyond the minimum insertion marking etched into the seat post tube.
Turn the right pedal marked R into
the right side of the crank arm,and
the left pedal marked L into the left
side of the crank arm.
The pedal marked L has left-hand
threads.Tighten it in a counter-
clockwise direction(anti-clockwise).
The pedal marked R has right-
hand threads.Tighten it in a
clockwise direction.

3.Function Description
Button description as follow:
2.1 Brake Indicator
Display when brake power off.
2.2 Gear indicator
Display the current power-assisted gears 0-9, where 0 is neutral and no power,
and 1-9 corresponds to power-assisted gears. Display P when in walk assist mode.
2.3 Faulty Indicator
Display when a fault is detected.
2.4 Mileage mode
Divided into single mileage “TRIP”, accumulated mileage “ODO”, riding time “TIME”.
2.5 Mileage display
Display mileage information or time information according to the set mode.
2.6 USB display
The interface displays when the USB charging function is turned on.

3.1 Power On/Off
Long press(1 second) Power Button when the display is off, display, the display is fully displayed and
starts to work, the power of the controller is turned on; Long press(1 second) Power Button when the
display is on, display power off, the power of the controller is turned off. If you ride for 5 minutes (time
can be set by the user) without operating the meter, the meter will automatically turn off the power.
3.2 PAS Gear Choose
In the manual shift mode, short press Plus Button or Minus Button to switch the assist position, change
the assist ratio, the lowest 1st, the highest 9th, the default is 1st when the meter is turned on, and 0 is
the neutral assist.

3.3 Mileage Mode Switch
When power on, short-press Power Button to switch the mileage display mode, and the following
information is displayed cyclically: riding time (Time) → accumulated mileage (ODO) → power
information (Pow) → single mileage (Trip).
* If there is no key operation for 5 seconds, the meter will automatically return to the single mileage
display state.

3.4 Speed Mode Switch
When power on, short press the Mode Button to switch the speed display mode, and the following
information is displayed cyclically: real time speed (RT SPEED) → average speed (AVG SPEED) →
maximum speed (MAX SPEED).
* If there is no key operation for 5 seconds, the meter will automatically return to the real-time speed
display state.

3.5 Headlight / Backlight Switch
Press and hold Plus Button (1 second), the brightness of the meter's backlight decreases, and the lights
are turned on (requires controller support). Press and hold Plus Button again (1 second), the display
backlight will return to its original bright ness, and the lights will be turned off at the same time.
* If there is no key operation for 5 seconds, the meter will automatically return to the real-time speed
display state.

3.6 Walking Mode(6km walk assist)
Press and hold Minus Button (1 second), the electric bike enters the boosting state, the speed displays
the real-time speed, and the gear position displays “P”. Release Minus Button to exit the walking mode.
* Some controllers may not support this function
