1. Warnings & contraindications
Electricity & safety warnings
-Only authorized personnel are permitted to perform repairs. Do not
attempt to repair or open sealed parts of the device. You may
expose yourself to dangerous components and cause serious
harm to yourself. It will also void your warranty.
-Do not place the device or storage case where it can fall or be
pulled into a tub, sink, water, or any other liquid. The device and
storage case are not waterproof.
-Do not reach for the device or storage case if they have fallen into
water. Unplug immediately before retrieving either of them. Failure
to unplug the device and/or the storage case may result in an
electric shock!
-Never use the storage case with a damaged cable or plug, or if it
isn’t working properly, or has been submerged in water.
-The device is only to be used with the cable provided.
-Do not use if the parts or accessories are not supplied by the
manufacturer as defined in this manual, or if the device is
damaged in any way, does not appear to be working properly, or if
you see or smell smoke. In such cases, stop using the device, and
contact customer service.
-Do not clean the device or any of its parts in the dishwasher.
-Children shall not play with the device. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children.
-Children must not play with the packaging. They may injure
themselves with the packaging material, or swallow small parts
and choke.
-Do not dispose of the device with household waste! The law
requires that you dispose of this electrical device (including all
accessories and parts) at a designated recycling collection point
for electrical devices.

Contraindications
This device including all its parts must not be used by the following
people: children below the age of 18, adults with limited physical,
sensory or psychological capacities, those lacking experience or
knowledge in how to use the device in a safe way, or those who do not
understand the hazards involved.
Do not use if you:
-have a pacemaker, internal defibrillator, or any other active
electrical implant anywhere in the body.
-have poorly controlled endocrine disorders, such as diabetes and
thyroid conditions.
-have abnormal skin conditions caused by diabetes, systemic or
other metabolic diseases.
-have a current history or condition of cancer, or pre-malignant
moles.
-have had any surgery in the treated area within 3 months prior to
treatment.
-suffer from epilepsy
-have a disease related to photosensitivity, such as porphyria,
polymorphic light eruption, solar urticaria, or lupus, etc.
-are pregnant or nursing.
Do not treat areas that have:
-a permanent implant such as metal plates and screws, silicone
implants, or areas with injected fills or toxins.
-active eczema, psoriasis, lesions, open wounds, open infections
(cold sores) or abnormal skin conditions caused by systemic or
metabolic diseases (diabetes for example).
-traumatized or injured skin.
-had recent exposure to the sun without protection, or if you have
tanned or sunburnt skin.

Consult your physician if you have:
-couperose or rosacea.
-a history of diseases stimulated by heat, such as recurrent herpes
simplex in the treatment area. If so, you may treat only following a
prophylactic regime.
-received radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatments within the
past 3 months, or have areas of potential skin malignancies.
-used steroids within 3 months prior to treatment.
-used physician-prescribed drugs on your skin within the past 6
months.
-any other condition which, in the opinion of your physician or
dermatologist, would make it unsafe for you to be treated.

3. Getting to know W Skin Aqua Facial Device

3.3 Device description
W Skin Aqua Facial Device is a deep cleansing facial device which
helps to cleanse, extract, and hydrate the skin. The device combines
vacuum technology and exfoliating solution to create a vortex to dissolve
and extract impurities on the surface of the skin, as well as deep in
pores, while simultaneously delivering hydrating solution deep into
pores. The treatment is very gentle on the skin while being able to
effectively exfoliate and at the same time leave skin soft and hydrated.
3.4 Intended use
W Skin Aqua Facial Device is intended for combating several skin
conditions including acne, excess sebum, blemishes, uneven skin tone,
uneven skin texture, dehydration, pore congestion, visually large pores,
fine lines, and general impurities.
The device is for self-treatment only. It is intended for private household
use and is not suitable for commercial purposes. Only use the device as
described in this user manual. Any other use is considered improper and
may result in damage to property or persons.
The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held liable for damages or injury
incurred through improper or incorrect use.
3.5 Reading & storing the user manual
Before first use, please read this user manual in full, and keep it for
future use. We recommend you refamiliarize yourself with the
instructions before each treatment.

4. Treatment
4.1 Before first use
-Take the device out of the packaging, and check that all contents
shown in 3.1 Package contents are included.
-If any items are missing or appear to be damaged, contact
customer service.
-Charge the device fully before first use.
-Test the device around the crook of elbow before first use, wash
and clean the patch of skin, then start treatment with solution. Wait
24 hours after first use and watch out for allergic reaction. Consult
your physician if you experience any persistent symptoms
including pain, skin redness, swelling or a burning sensation, in this
case do not use the device.

4.3 Treatment plan
Stop immediately if you feel any discomfort. During the treatment, your
skin will get a little red. Do not worry; this is normal. It is recommended
that you use the device once a week if you have oily skin, once in two
weeks if you have dry/sensitive skin. For daytime, always follow with
sunscreen.
5. What to expect with W Skin Aqua Facial
Device
If you follow the instructions fully and pay attention to all warnings and
contraindications, complications and side effects are uncommon.
However, every cosmetic treatment, including those designed for home

use, involves some degree of risk. Therefore it is important that you
understand and accept the risks and complications that may occur.
-Excessive edema (swelling) and erythema (redness) are rare
reactions to the treatment that, in most cases, subside within a few
days. In case these signs appear, immediately use a damp cool
cloth to cool the area for at least 10 minutes.
-In rare cases the user may experience dilation of the superficial
blood capillaries. This may result in a temporary redness for a few
hours. Also, some of the capillaries may present red spots that will
also reduce with time. If these signs appear, we recommend that
you cool the area with chilled water immediately.
-Consult your physician if you experience any persistent symptoms
including pain, skin redness, swelling or a burning sensation.
6. Cleaning & maintenance
-Replace the filter after 3-5 uses.
-Never immerse the device or any of its parts in water.
-Before cleaning, make sure that the power is off.
-Empty and rinse the discharge bottle and solution bottle with water
after each use.
-Use a clean damp cloth to clean the device. Remove the cleaning
tips from the device and rinse with water. You may use cleaning
fluids with up to 70% alcohol, but never use acetone or other
abrasive liquids, because they will damage the device and tips.

Wipe the device and the cleaning tips dry with a clean dry cloth.
7. Storage
After cleaning we recommend you keep the device in the storage case.
Make sure that the device is completely dry before storage.
8. Troubleshooting
Do not attempt to open or repair the device. You may exposure yourself
to dangerous electrical components and may cause serious harm to
yourself. It will also void the warranty.

turning on the device again. Also,
reattach the filter in the device.
During treatment, always ensure metal
part in the discharge bottle is dry and
not in contact with the foam of the
discharge, the device beeps and stops
if the metal part is wet. Do short
passes on your skin so the foam will
not build up, also, empty the discharge
bottle once it starts to get full.

Packaging: Dispose of the packaging separated into single type

electrical devices. This ensures that the device is recycled professionally
