•All Radio controls are conveniently located in one area. The controls are:
ON/OFF Volume, AM-FM Selection Switch, a Tuning Dial and an Audio
Input Jack for external audio devices such as MP3s or CD players
(Required 3.5mm mini audio cable-not included).
HOW THIS UNIT WORKS:
•The Sport Fridge uses 12 Volt Direct Current power source. This system
allows for easy power access from almost any Automotive or Marine
vehicle. •The Radio can be powered with a 9V battery or AC/DC adapter.
•The Sport Fridge is also equipped with an adapter that operates via the
vehicle’s cigarette lighter. NOTE: All AM band radios are subject to receiving noise interference from
electronic devices, static lightning strikes and some motorized equipment. If you
are operating the Sport Fridge and noise is being received on the AM band, either
turn OFF the fridge or change the radio to receive the FM band.
•Simply plug the male adapter into the 12 Volt socket, and the female end
of the cord into the two-prong socket on the Fridge.
OPERATION: USING THE AM-FM RADIO:
1. Check to make sure the cooler power switch is in the OFF position. 1. Select either AM or FM band.
2. Plug the cigarette lighter plug into the cigarette lighter socket in your
vehicle or other 12 volt DC power supply (minimum 5 Amps). 2. Turn on the Radio by turning the ON/OFF Volume knob clockwise.
3. Rotate the Tuning Dial to the desired frequency.
3. Move the switch into the on position. 4. Adjust the Volume control to desired loudness.
4. The green LED indicator light will illuminate to show that the unit is
working. 5. After use, Turn OFF the Radio by rotating the ON/OFF Volume
knob counterclockwise until the knob “clicks”.
5. Place items inside the storage compartment and close the lid.
-The Sport Fridge uses low battery power and operates up to three hours on a
normal car battery. HOW TO CARRY IT:
-For any extended time beyond that, it is suggested that the unit be used with a
running engine, or else the battery levels may become too low to start the
engine.
On the shoulder
AM-FM RADIO:
•The Radio can receive frequencies in the standard AM and FM broadcast
bands: AM-520 to 1710 kHz; FM 88 to 108 MHz.

- Due to the electrical nature of the unit please be careful while handling liquids
around the exterior of the unit.
ACCESSORIES:
- Do not operate unit for long extended periods of time as it may drain the battery
source.
- Do not use ice in your Sport Fridge. Never fill your unit with liquid which is not
in a container. Liquid can corrode the fan and motor parts, impairing performance.
DC 12V
Cigarette lighter plug - Air intake and fan areas should never be blocked. Never operate your unit in a
car trunk or enclosed area.
TROUBLESHOOTING: - Always unplug your unit before cleaning.
If the unit seems to not be working properly: - Avoid all contact with enclosed or metal parts while your unit is in use. Electrical
shock or burn may result.
•First check to see if the adapter is firmly secured within the lighter socket
before proceeding.
- Keep your Sport Fridge in a clean environment with good airflow. Pet hair, dust
and dirt may impair your unit’s operation and void its warranty.
•Make sure the two-prong socket is firmly attached to the cooling unit. If
both adapters are securely plugged in, make sure that the battery source
has enough power to charge the unit.
•Try plugging the unit into another power source, and checking to see if
the unit can work with this new power source.
