Isolierung und Schutzklasse
• Das Gerät ist säurebeständig.
• Isolierung: Starke Abdichtung an den End- und der Mittelanschlüssen. Das Isolierma-
terial besteht aus VPE (1 mm). Das Oberächenmaterial ist aus 1,5 mm dickem PVC.
• Die Anschlusse und das Endstück entsprechen IP44.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch: Das Kabel ist ausschließlich zum Beheizen von
Planzenkästen, Terrarien und Panzen im Garten bestimmt. Andere Anwendungen wie
das Benutzen als Heizdecke sind untersagt.
• Schließen Sie da Kabel nur an die dafür vorgesehene Spannung an.
• Schneiden Sie das Kabel unter keinen Umständen durch.
• Entfernen Sie nicht die Isolierung. Sie darf nicht beschädigt werden.
• Die Panzkästen sollten in Sonnenlicht (z. B. auf eine Fensterbank) gestellt werden,
da auch Licht das Panzenwachstum beeinusst.
• Setzen Sie das unbeheizte Kabel nicht dem Frost aus.
• Das Heizkabel darf nicht geschnitten oder geknickt werden.
• Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht, wenn es gebrochen, defekt oder porös ist
• Das Heizkabel ist kein Spielzeug, von Kindern fernhalten.
• Betreiben Sie das Heizkabel nicht, wenn es eingewickelt ist.
• Nicht bei extremem Frost betreiben.

Einsatzbereich
Das Heizkabel eignet sich für das Beheizen von Terrarien, Panzkästen und Panzen im
Freien. Das Kabel strahlt in seiner unmittelbaren Umgebung 30-60 °C ab. Das Kabel selbst
wird bei maximaler Temperatur ca. 70 °C heiß. Daher muss die Innentemperatur regelmä-
ßig überprüft werden. Sie können die Temperatur über einen externen Thermostat regeln
(nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
• Für Stecklinge in Gewächskästen geeignet.
• Die Unterwärme fördert schnelleres Keimen und Wachstum.
• Beinhaltet 2 m unbeheiztes Kabelstück mit Stecker.

Konformitätserklärung
Bendet sich die linke Abbildung (durchgestrichene Mülltonne auf Rädern)
auf dem Produkt, gilt die Europäische Richtlinie 2012/19/EU. Diese Produkte
dürfen nicht mit dem normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Informieren Sie
sich über die örtlichen Regelungen zur getrennten Sammlung elektrischer

• The appliance is resistant to acid.
• Insulation: Heavy duty seal in the end and middle connector consists of XLPE (1mm).
• The surface material is 1,5mm PVC. The connections and the end piece comply with
IP44.
• The heating element is made of a copper-nickel alloy.

Intended use: The cable is exclusively for heating plants in plant boxes, terrariums and
plants outside. Other applications such as using the wire to create a heating blanket are
prohibited.
• Connect the cable only to the rated voltage.
• Do not cut the cable under any circumstances.
• Do not remove the isolation. It must not be damaged.
• The propagator should be placed in a bright position i.e. a windowsill, because the
light inuences plant growth, too.
• Heating cable should not be cut or creased.
• Do not use the heating cable when it is broken, damaged or porous
• The heating cable is not a toy – please keep it away from children.
• Do not operate the heating in cable when it is coiled.
• Do not operate in extreme frost.

Functioning
The heating cable is suitable for terrariums, propagators as well as for plants outside. The
heating cable produces a constant heat, and therefore the inside temperature should be
controlled regularly. The cable radiates 30-60 °C in its immediate surroundings. The cable
itself reaches a maximum temperature of 70 °C. A temperature regulation can be made
by using a thermostat (not included).
