Non vi è nessuna controindicazione

all’uso, se vengono osservate le nor-

mali precauzioni per macchine di que-

sto tipo unitamente alle indicazioni ri-

portate in questo manuale.

Queste macchine NON sono idonee al

trasporto di prodotti alimentari. La gra-

nulometria max consentita del pro-

dotto è di 3 mm.

E’ Inoltre vietato metterle in funzione

prima che il silo/impianto nel quale

devono essere installate sia dichiara-

to conforme alle disposizioni della Di-

rettiva 98/37/CE, e alle disposizioni

nazionali da attuazione.

In quest’ambito è cura dell’impiantista

/ installatore predisporre ed installare

tutti gli accorgimenti / protezioni al fine

di evitare danni a cose o persone in

caso di rotture e conseguente caduta

di pezzi della macchina (ad es: rottura

del motore).

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO USE

lf the customer observes the normal

caution (typical of this kind of ma-

chine) together with the indications

included in this manual, work is safe.

The mixer is NOT suitable for han-

dling of foodstuff. The maximum

permitted product grain size is 3 mm.

The mixer must not be started before

the plant it is going to be installed in,

has been declared as conforming to

the European Directive 98/37/CE, and

provisions for national implementa-

tion standards.

It is the plant designer’s / plant fit-

ter’s responsibility to design and in-

stall all necessary protection in order

to avoid that breaking and/or yielding

of the quipment or of parts of it might

harm people and/or damage parts of

the plant (e.g. adequate protection

against falling down of the motor

etc.).

Die in dieser Dokumentation ge-nann-

ten Maschinen sind NICHT für das

Handling von Nahrungsmitteln geeig-

net. Die höchstzulässige Korngröße

des Produkts beträgt 3 mm.

Das Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb ge-

nommen werden, bevor die Anlage,

in die es eingebaut wird, mit den Vor-

schriften der Richtlinie 98/37/CE so-

wie den betreffenden nationalen

Richtlinien erklärt wurde.

Es liegt in der Verantwortung des An-

lagenplaners bzw. -aufstellers,

alle notwendigen Schutzvorrichtungen

CONTRAINDICACIONES PARA EL

USO

No existen contraindicaciones para

el uso, si se respetan las normales

precauciones para máquinas de este

tipo y las indicaciones expuestas en

este manual.

Estas máquinas NO son idóneas para

el transporte de productos alimenti-

cios. La granulometría máx permitida

del producto es de 3 mm.

Está prohibido, además, ponerlas en

función antes que la máquina/insta-

lación en la cual se instalarán se de-

claren conformes con las disposicio-

nes de la Directiva 98/37/CE, y las

disposiciones nacionales en vigor.

En este ámbito el instalador tiene la

obligación de prever e instalar todos

los dispositivos/protecciones para

evitar daños a las cosas y/o a las

personas en caso de roturas y las

consiguientes caídas de piezas de la

máquina (por ejemplo: rotura del mo-

tor).

ne e manutenzione.

L’ utente, il conduttore, l’ addetto

alla manutenzione hanno l’ ob-

bligo di conoscere il contenuto

del presente libretto. Le descri-

zioni e le illustrazioni contenute

nella presente pubblicazione non

si intendono impegnative.

Ferme restando le caratteristiche

essenziali delle macchine descrit-

te, il costruttore si riserva il diritto

di apportare modifiche di organi,

dettagli ed accessori, che riterrà

convenienti per il miglioramento

del prodotto o per esigenze di

carattere costruttivo o commer-

a terra della carcassa metalli-

del WETMIX®se scollegato dal

silo/contenitore di alimentazio-

ne del prodotto premiscelato.

- Leggere con attenzione le tar-

ghe di avvertenza e pericolo po-

ste sulla macchina.

- E' vietato rimuovere le targhe di

avvertenza e pericolo dalla

macchina.

- E' vietato manutenzionare, ese-

guire riparazioni, modifiche e

quanto non strettamente neces-

sario al ciclo di lavoro con l'at-

trezzatura in funzione.

Prima di tutto è obbligatorio di-

sinnestare tutte le alimentazio-

ni elettriche della macchina.

- E' vietato rimuovere le prote-

zioni e le sicurezze presenti sul-

la macchina.

- E' vietato iniziare il lavoro con

le protezioni aperte o aprirle

durante il lavoro.

- Operare sulla macchina solo

con i guanti di protezione.

- Al termine dei periodi di lavoro

scollegare sempre la macchina

dalle alimentazioni elettriche.

- Qualsiasi manutenzione elettri-

ca e non elettrica deve attener-

intended as binding.

acteristics of the machines de-

scribed, the manufacturer reserves

Il WETMIX®V05 è un mescolato-

re continuo orizzontale ad un al-

bero con camera e albero di me-

scolazione interamente rivestitI

con materiale sintetico antiusu-

ra.

Grazie alla sua modularità il WET-

MIX®V05 risulta particolarmente

adatto ad essere trasportato da

una sola persona.

La macchina è stata progettata

per l’impiego nel settore edi-

le esclusivamente per la pro-

duzione di malte ottenute dal-

l’impasto di prodotti premiscelati

e prodotti di finitura tramite l’ali-

mentazione diretta da silo/tra-

moggia non pressurizzato (ca-

duta gravitazionale del prodot-

to).

La granulometria max consenti-

ta del prodotto è di 3 mm.

Queste macchine sono realizza-

te con materiali NON idonei al tra-

sporto di prodotti alimentari.

E’ inoltre vietato metterle in fun-

zione prima che il silo/impianto

nel quale devono essere instal-

late sia dichiarato conforme alle

disposizioni della Direttiva 98/37/

CE, e alle disposizioni nazionali

da attuazione.

In quest’ambito è cura dell’impian-

tista / installatore predisporre ed

installare tutti gli accorgimenti /

protezioni al fine di evitare danni

a cose o persone in caso di rot-

La garanzia non è applicabile a

sati da errata installazione o uti-

lizzo, oppure da manutenzioni

costruttore.

La garanzia non si estende alle

parti che si logorano in seguito

al normale uso e alle parti elettri-

che.

A miglior precisazione la garan-

zia decade nei casi in cui il filtro:

- sia stato manomesso o modifi-

cato,

- sia stato utilizzato non corret-

tamente,

- sia stato utilizzato non rispet-

tando i limiti indicati nel presen-

te manuale e/o sia stato sotto-

posto ad eccessive sollecita-

zioni meccaniche,

- non sia stato sottoposto alle

necessarie manutenzioni o

queste siano state eseguite

solo in parte e/o non corretta-

mente,

- abbia subito danni per incuria

durante il trasporto, l’installa-

zione e l’utilizzo,

- siano state inserite parti di ri-

cambio non originali.

Al ricevimento del prodotto, il

destinatario deve verificare che

lo stesso non presenti difetti o

danni derivanti dal trasporto e/o

incompletezza della fornitura.

Eventuali difetti, danni o incom-

pletezza vanno immediatamente

segnalati al costruttore median-

te comunicazione scritta e con-

month warranty on their pro-

ducts. This period starts from the

date of the consignment note.

The warranty is not applicable

for breakage and/or defects

caused by incorrect installation

or use, or incorrect maintenan-

ce, or modifications not authori-

zed by the Manufacturer.

The warranty does not extend

to parts that wear out following

normal use and electrical com-

ponents.

The warranty elapses if the fil-

ter:

- has been tampered with or mo-

dified,

- has not been used correctly,

- has been used without res-

pecting the limits indicated in

this manual and/or has been

subjected to excessive mecha

nical stress,

- has not been subjected to the

necessary maintenance or the-

se operations have been car-

ried out partly and/or incorrect-

ly,

- has been damaged due to ca-

relessness during transport,

installation and use,

- has been fitted with spare

parts that are not original.

On receiving the product, the

user must check these for de-

fects deriving from transport

and/or incomplete supply.

Defects, damage or incom plete-

ness of the supply must be im-

mediately communicated to the

Manufacturer in writing and

countersigned by the haulage

transporter.

WAM®S.p.A. gewährt auf ihre

Erzeugnisse eine Garantie von

12 Monaten. Die Garantiezeit

Die Garantie ist nicht anwend-

und/oder Defekte handelt, die

- Das Filter wurde manipuliert

oder abgeändert;

- wurde nicht angewandt;

- bei seinem Gebrauch wurden

die in diesem Handbuch ge-

nannten Einsatzbeschränkun-

gen nicht beachtet und/oder es

wurde zu starken mechani-

schen Bela-stun gen ausge-

setzt;

- er wurde nicht der erforder-

lichen Wartung unterzogen

oder diese wurde nur teilweise

und/oder nicht korrekt ausge-

führt;

- es wurde beschädigt, weil

Transport, Einbau oder Ge-

brauch ohne die erforderliche

Sorgfalt vorgenommen wur-

den;

- es wurden keine Original-Er-

satzteile verwendet.

Beim Empfang der Ware hat der

Empfänger sicherzustellen,

dass die Ware keine durch den

Transport verursachten Schä-

den oder Defekte aufweist, und/

oder dass der Lieferumfang voll-

stän-dig ist.

Etwaige Defekte, Schäden oder

Fehlmengen sind mittels schrift-

licher und vom Frachtführer ge-

gengezeichneter Mitteilung

la instalación y la utilización,

- se han utilizado repuestos no

originales.

Al recibir el producto, el destina-

tario debe controlar que el mis-

mo no presente defectos ni da-

ños debidos al transporte, ni que

el suministro resulte incompleto.

Eventuales defectos, daños o

falta de componentes deben ser

señalados inmediatamente al fa-

bricante mediante comunicación

escrita, firmada por el transpor-

Si se ha suministrado el mezcla-

dor junto con el tablero de con-

trol está prevista la siguiente

configuración:

Il quadro elettroidraulico, se richiesto,

viene fornito separato dal miscelato-

re; per i relativi collegamenti si dovrà

procedere nel seguente modo:

1) Aprire la morsettiera motore mixer

e allacciare con appositi capi cor-

da il cavo di alimentazione mixer .

Tale cavo dovrà essere provvisto

dall’altro capo di una spina 3P+T

CEE 16A IP65 che andrà connes-

so all’apposita presa siglata

“MIXER” sul quadro.

2) Procedere allo stesso modo per

collegare il vibratore del silo.

N.B: (cavo non compreso)

3) Effettuare il collegamento idrico

QUADRO/MIXER utilizzando un

tubo apposito rinforzato e spirala-

to Ø 20mm, interno....., fissando-

lo all’estremità del MIXER con fa-

scetta e raccordo dello stesso, e

nel lato del quadro con raccordo

tipo “QUICK RELEASE”.

4) Allacciare la presa di alimentazio-

ne 3P+T CEE 16A all’apposita spi-

na del quadro elettrico dopo esser-

si assicurati che l’interruttore ge-

nerale del quadro elettrico sia in

posizione “0”.

AVVERTENZE

- Tutti i collegamenti alla rete di ali-

mentazione devono essere esegui-

ti secondo le norme di sicurezza vi-

genti.

- Il collegamento alla rete deve es-

sere eseguito da personale specia-

lizzato.

- Prima dell’avviamento assicurarsi

del perfetto collegamento a terra di

tutte le macchine verificandone l’ef-

ficienza.

- Controllare che tensione e frequen-

za di alimentazione corrispondano

ai valori di targa dei motori.

- Prevedere delle protezioni di so-

vraccarico, verificando che i valori

della corrente di taratura del termi-

co o magnetotermico non superino

quelli di targa.

Se il cliente provvede direttamente alla

fornitura del sistema elettrico di ge-

stione si raccomanda di produrlo se-

guendo gli schemi elettrici riportati di

seguito.

Il Costruttore non si assume alcuna

te interpretazioni degli schemi elettrici,

inoltre si riserva la facoltà di migliorarli

o modificarli in qualunque momento

Die Wasserdosiersteuerung wird,

wenn gewünscht, separat vom Misch-

gerät geliefert. Für die entsprechen-

den Anschlüsse ist folgendermaßen

vorzugehen:

1) Die Klemmenleiste des Mixer mo-

tors öffnen und das Stromversor-

gungskabel des Mixers an die Ka-

belschuhe anschließen Dieses

Kabel ist an der anderen Sie mit

einem Stecker 3P+E EWG 16A

IP65 versehen, der an die Steck-

dose auf der Schalttafel anzuschlie-

ßen ist, die mit “MIXER” gekenn-

zeichnet ist.

2) Auf die gleiche Weise vorgehen,

um den Rüttler des Silos anzuschlie-

ßen.

Anm.: (Kabel nicht inbegriffen)

3) Den hydraulischen Anschluss

SCHALTTAFEL/MISCHER vorneh-

men, indem man ein Rohr mit ent-

sprechender Spiralverstärkung und

Innendurchmesser von 20 mm

anschließt, das man am Ende des

MISCHERS mit Schelle und An-

schlussstutzen desselben befes-

tigt, und auf der Seite der Schalt-

tafel mit einem Anschluss vom

Typ “QUICK RELEASE”.

4) Die Stromversorgungssteckbuch-

se 3P+E EWG 16A am Stecker des

Schaltkastens anschließen, nach-

dem man sichergestellt hat, dass

der Hauptschalter des Schalt-

schranks in der Position “0” steht.

HINWEIS

Für nähere Angaben zu den elek-

trische und hydraulischen An-

schlüssen der Wasserdosier-steu-

erung ist Bezug auf den Katalog

WMPC zu nehmen, der im Internet

unter der Adresse

www.wamgroup.com zur Verfü-

gung steht.

HINWEISE

- Alle Anschlüsse an das Stromver-

sorgungsnetz müssen gemäß der

geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften

ausgeführt werden.

- Die Anschlüsse an das Stromnetz

müssen vom Fachmann vorgenom-

men werden.

- Vor der Inbetriebnahme sicherstel-

len, dass die Erdung aller Maschi-

nen perfekt angeschlossen und

funktionstüchtig ist.

- Die Werte von Spannung und Fre-

quenz der Stromversorgung müs-

sen den Werten auf dem Typen-

schild der Motoren entsprechen.

- Für Überlastschutz sorgen, indem

man sicherstellt, dass die Werte des

Eichstroms der Motorschutzschal-

ter bzw. der Thermorelais nicht über

dem Wert auf dem Typenschild lie-

gen .

WICHTIG

Wenn der Kunde selbst die elektri-

sche Steuerung stellt, ist unbedingt

darauf zu achten, dass diese gemäß

der im folgenden Text gezeigten

Stromlaufpläne ausgeführt wird.

Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haf-

tung für Verwechselungen oder die

falsche Auslegung der Stromlaufplä-

ne. Außerdem behält er sich das

Recht vor, jederzeit ohne Vorwarnung

Änderungen oder Verbesserungen vor-

zunehmen.

If required, the electro-hydraulic pan-

el is supplied separate from the mix-

er; for the connections, proceed as

follows:

1) Open the mixer motor terminal

board and connect the mixer pow-

er cable ends.

This cable must have a 3P+T CEE

16A IP65 plug at the other end to

fit into the plug marked “MIXER”

on the panel.

2) Proceed in the same manner to

connect the vibrator to the silo.

N.B: (cable not included)

3) Make the PANEL/MIXER water sup-

ply connection using a special re-

inforced spiral tube having Ø

20mm, internal ....., fixing it to the

MIXER end by means of a clamp

and connector, and on the panel

side by means of a “QUICK RE-

LEASE” type coupling.

4) Connect the 3P+T CEE 16A plug

to the electric panel socket after

ensuring that the main switch on

the electric panel is in position “0”.

WARNINGS

- All mains connections must be

made in accordance with existing

norms.

- The mains connections must be

made by specialist personnel.

- Before starting up the machine,

make sure that all the machines

are properly earthed, and that the

earthing system is in perfect work-

ing condition.

- Check the supply voltage and cy-

cles to ensure these correspond to

the values on the motor rating

plates.

- Provide overload trips, making sure

the calibration current value of the

thermal or magnetothermal trip does

not exceed the rated value.

ance with the wiring diagrams given

below. The Manufacturer shall not be

liable for changes or incorrect inter-

pretation of the wiring diagrams, and

El cuadro electrohidráulico, si se ha

pedido, se suministra separado del

mezclador; para las respectivas co-

nexiones operar de la siguiente ma-

nera:

1) Abrir la caja de bornes motor mez-

clador y conectar en los corres-

pondientes terminales el cable de

alimentación mezclador .

Dicho cable debe poseer en la otra

extremidad un enchufe 3P+T CEE

16A IP65 que se conectará con la

respectiva toma identificada con

la sigla «MIXER» en el cuadro.

2) Operar de la misma manera para

conectar el vibrador del silo.

3) Efectuar la conexión hídrica CUA-

DRO/MIXER utilizando un tubo

especial reforzado y con espiral

de Ø 20mm, interno....., fijándolo

en la extremidad del MIXER con

aprietacables y unión del mismo,

y en el lado del cuadro con unión

tipo «QUICK RELEASE».

4) Conectar la toma de alimentación

3P+T CEE 16A en el correspon-

diente enchufe del cuadro eléctri-

co después de haber verificado

que el interruptor general del cua-

dro eléctrico se encuentra en po-

sición «0».

ADVERTENCIAS

- Todas las conexiones con la red de

alimentación se deben realizar con-

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI AL-

L’AVVIAMENTO

Avendo ultimato i collegamenti elet-

trici e idraulici effettuare le se-

guenti operazioni:

1) Assicurarsi che la valvola del

silo sia chiusa

2) Controllare che il portello di

ispezione sia chiuso corret-

tamente e che la bocca di

scarico non sia intasata.

3) Staccare la spina vibratore dal

quadro o posizionare il selet-

tore funzionamento vibrato-

re (optional) sulla posizione

“0”

4) Verificare se sostanze ester-

ne o acqua siano entrate al-

l’interno della macchina.

Se così fosse, togliere il mu-

setto di scarico, rimuovere il

rotore e procedere con le

operazioni di pulizia.

5) Rimontare il tutto.

6) Il supporto di estremità e la

tenuta sono già forniti ingras-

sati.

AVVIAMENTO

Dopo aver effettuato i collega-

menti elettrici procedere nel modo

seguente prima di procedere alla

messa in moto effettiva:

1) Assicurarsi che la valvola del

silo sia chiusa

2)Controllare che la pressione

dell’acqua sia di 2,5 bar (visi-

bile senza far funzionare il mi-

scelatore)

3) Ruotare la manopola dell’in-

terruttore generale in posizio-

ne 1-on

4) Premere il pulsante di

START e controllare il

senso di rotazione del

miscelatore (la ventola

del motore deve ruotare

in senso orario ponendo-

si di fronte alla stessa).

In caso contrario:

- premere il pulsante STOP,

- ruotare la manopola dell’inter-

ruttore generale in posizione

on-off,

- staccare la presa di alimenta-

zione generale del quadro.

- aprire la scatola morsettiera

motore del miscelatore e inver-

tire fra loro n°2 conduttori del

cavo di alimentazione motore.

N.B.: eseguita questa operazio-

ne se il quadro rimarrà abbinato

allo stesso mixer, questi girerà

sempre nel senso corretto anche

quando cambierà cantiere.

PUESTA EN SERVICIO

IMBETRIEBNAHME

START-UP

MESSA IN SERVIZIO

VORBEREITUNGEN ZUR INBE-

TRIEBNAHME

Nach Beendigung der elektri-

schen und hydraulischen An-

schlüsse geht man folgenderma-

ßen vor:

1) Sicherstellen, dass das Ven-

til des Silos geschlossen ist.

2) Sicherstellen, dass die In-

spektionsklappe korrekt ge-

schlossen ist und dass der

Auslauf nicht verstopft ist.

3) Den Stecker des Rütters von

der Schalttafel abtrennen

oder den Betriebswahlschal-

ter des Rüttlers (wahlweise)

in die Position „0“ stellen.

4) Prüfen, ob Fremdkörper oder

Wasser in das Innere der Ma-

schine eingedrungen sind.

Wenn dies der Fall ist, den

Auslauf abnehmen, den Ro-

tor herausziehen und die Ma-

schine reinigen.

5) Alles wieder einbauen.

6) Das Endlager und die Dich-

tung sind werksseitig ge-

schmiert.

INBETRIEBNAHME

Nach dem Ausführen der elek-

trischen Anschlüsse wie folgt

vorgehen, um die tatsächliche

Inbetriebnahme vorzunehmen:

1) Sicherstellen, dass das Ven-

til des Silos geschlossen ist.

2) Sicherstellen, dass der Was-

serdruck 2,5 bar beträgt (si-

chtbar, ohne den Mischer lau-

fen zu lassen)

3) Den Griff des Hauptschalters

in die Stellung 1-ON drehen.

4) Die START-Taste drücken

und die Laufrichtung der

Mischmaschine prüfen

(das Lüfterrad des Mo-

tors muss sich im Uhrzei-

gersinn drehen, wenn

man sich davor stellt).

Andernfalls:

- Die STOP-Taste drücken.

- Den Griff des Hauptschalters

in die Stellung 0-OFF drehen.

- Die Steckdose der allgemeinen

Stromversorgung der Schaltta-

fel herausziehen..

- Den Klemmenkasten des Mo-

tors der Mischmaschine öffnen

und 2 Leiter des Speisekabels

des Motors umklemmen.

Anm.: Nach Ausführung dieses

Vorgangs wird sich der Motor,

wenn die Schalttafel mit diesem

Mischer verbunden bleibt, immer

in der richtigen Richtung drehen,

auch wenn sich die Baustelle

ändert.

OPERATIONS PRIOR TO STAR-

TUP

After making the electrical and

hydraulic connections, carry out

the following operations:

1) Ensure that the silo valve is

closed.

2) Check to make sure the in-

spection hatch is closed and

that the outlet spout is not

blocked.

3) Disconnect the vibrator plug

from the panel or set the vi-

brator operation selector (op-

tional) in position “0”.

4) Check the machine to see if

foreign substances or water

have entered inside.

If this is the case, remove the

outlet, extract the rotor and

clean the equipment.

5) Refit the equipment.

6) The end bearing and seal are

supplied greased.

STARTUP

After making the electrical con-

nections, proceed as follows

before actually starting up the

machine:

1) Make sure the silo valve is

closed.

2) Check the water pressure to

make sure it is 2.5 bar (visi-

ble without running the mix-

er)

3) Turn the main switch knob to

position 1-on

4) Press the START pushbut-

ton and check the direc-

tion of rotation of the mix-

er (the motor fan must

rotate clockwise as seen

from the front).

If this is not so:

- press the STOP pushbutton;

- turn the main switch knob to

the on-off position;

- disconnect the power supply

to the main panel;

- open the mixer motor terminal

box and invert the two motor

power cable wires

N.B.: when this operation has

been carried out, if the panel re-

mains connected to the same

mixer, it will always rotate in the

correct direction also at any an-

other work site

OPERACIONES PREVIAS AL

ARRANQUE

Finalizadas las conexiones eléc-

tricas e hidráulicas, efectuar las

siguientes operaciones.

1) Controlar que la válvula del

silo esté cerrada

2) Controlar que el registro de

inspección se encuentre ce-

rrado correctamente y que la

boca de descarga no se en-

cuentre obstruida.

3) Desconectar el enchufe vi-

brador del cuadro o posicio-

nar el selector funcionamien-

to vibrador (opcional) en la

posición «0»

4) Controlar que no hayan en-

trado en la máquina sustan-

cias extrañas o agua.

Si fuese así, quitar el revesti-

miento de la descarga, quitar

el rotor y efectuar las opera-

ciones de limpieza.

5) Volver a montar todo.

6) El soporte de extremidad y la

junta se suministran ya en-

grasados.

ARRANQUE

Después de haber efectuado las

conexiones eléctricas operar del

siguiente modo antes de conti-

nuar con la puesta en función

efectiva:

1) Controlar que la válvula del

silo esté cerrada

2) Controlar que la presión del

agua sea de 2.5 bar (visible

sin hacer funcionar el mez-

clador)

3) Girar el mando del interruptor

general en posición 1-on.

4) Apretar el botón de START y

controlar el sentido de rota-

ción del mezclador (el venti-

lador del motor debe girar en

sentido horario observándo-

lo de frente).

De lo contrario:

- apretar el botón de STOP.

- girar el mando del interruptor

general en posición on-off,

- desconectar la toma de alimen-

tación general del cuadro.

- abrir la caja de bornes motor

del mezclador e invertir los 2

conductores del cable de ali-

mentación motor.

NOTA: terminada esta operación

si el cuadro permanecerá dedi-

cado al mismo mezclador, éste

girará siempre en el sentido co-

rrecto aún cuando cambiará de

lugar de obra.

5)Premere il pulsante din START

e controllare la quantità di ac-

qua tarandola, prima di iniziare

l’impasto della malta, sui 1000

litri/h, agendo sull’apposita val-

zionamento dello stesso pre-

mendo il pulsante di start.

Verificato questo premere im-

mediatamente il pulsante di

STOP (occorre evitare di fare

andare il vibratore quando la

valvola del silo è chiusa per-

chè il materiale tende a com-

pattarsi).

7)Aprire la valvola del silo e pre-

mere il pulsante di START.

Si vedrà uscire in un primo mo-

mento solo acqua e dopo circa

15 secondi l’impasto.

L’impasto sembrerà molto liquido.

Attendere altri 5 secondi circa per

vedere la reale consistenza della

malta a regime.

Se la malta risultasse troppo ba-

gnata o asciutta, agire sulla val-

vola di regolazione acqua.

N.B.: effettuare una piccola

regolazione e attendere cir-

ca 15 secondi per vedere la

reale consistenza dellimpa-

sto ( questo è dovuto al fatto

che quando si effettua la re-

golazione dell’acqua è co-

munque presente malta al-

l’interno con la precedente

quantità di acqua).

Procedere quindi a piccole

variazioni per trovare la con-

sistenza richiesta.

ATTENZIONE

Con la valvola di regolazione tut-

ta aperta la pressione non deve

mai scendere sotto gli 0,8 bar.

6)Den Rüttler an die entspre-

chende Steckdose anschlie-

ßen und den Betrieb dessel-

ben prüfen, indem man die

Start-Taste drückt.

Wenn man das geprüft hat,

sofort die STOP-Taste drücken

(es ist zu vermeiden, dem Rütt-

ler laufen zu lassen, wenn das

Ventil des Silos geschlossen

ist, weil das Material sonst

dazu neigt, zu verkleben).

7)Das Ventil des Silos öffnen

und die START-Taste drücken.

In einem ersten Moment sieht man

nur Wasser auslaufen und nach

circa 15 Sekunden folgt die Mi-

schung.

Die Mischung sieht sehr flüssig

aus. Weitere 5 Sekunden circa

abwarten, um die effektive Be-

schaffenheit des Mörtels zu be-

urteilen.

Sollte der Mörtel zu feucht oder

zu trocken ausfallen, ist das

Wasserregelventil entsprechend

einzustellen.

Anm.: Eine kleinere Einstel-

lung vornehmen und circa 15

Sekunden abwarten, um die

tatsächliche Beschaffenheit

der Mischung zu sehen

(dies beruht darauf, dass

danach, wenn man eine Ein-

stellung des Wassers vor-

genommen hat, das Wasser

auf jeden Fall noch mit der

vorherigen Einstellung in der

Mischung vorhanden ist).

Daher nur geringfügige Ein-

stellungen vornehmen, bis

man die gewünschte Be-

schaffenheit des Mörtels

findet.

ACHTUNG

Wenn das Einstellventil ganz ge-

öffnet ist, darf der Druck nie un-

ter 0,8 bar sinken.

5)Press the START pushbutton

and check the water quantity,

calibrating it at 1000 litres/hour

by means of the regulator valve

provided, before starting mix-

ing of the mortar.

Then press STOP.

6)Connect the vibrator to the

plug provided and check its

working by pressing the start

button.

Then immediately press the

STOP button (avoid operating

the vibrator when the silo valve

is closed as the material tends

to get compacted).

7) Open the silo valve and press

the START button.

Initially only water flows out,

and after about 15 seconds, the

mix starts flowing out.

The mix may seem to be very

liquid. Wait for another 5 sec-

onds to check the actual con-

sistency of the mortar at full

operating speed.

If the mortar is too wet or too

dry, adjust the water regulator

valve.

N.B.: make a minor adjust-

ment and wait for 15 sec-

onds to check the actual con-

sistency of the mixture (this

is because,, when the wa-

ter is adjusted, there is still

some mortar present inside

containing the previous

amount of water).

Then make minor variations

till you get the required con-

sistency.

ATTENTION

With the regulator valve com-

pletely open the pressure must

never fall below 0.8 bar.

no es WAM®verificar que no

5)Apretar el botón din START y

controlar la cantidad de agua,

calibrándola antes de preparar

la pasta del mortero, en 1000

litros/h, mediante la correspon-

diente válvula de regulación.

Terminada esta operación apre-

tar el botón de STOP.

6) Conectar el vibrador con la

respectiva toma y controlar el

funcionamiento del mismo apre-

tando el botón de inicio.

Una vez realizada esta prueba

apretar inmediatamente el bo-

tón de STOP (es necesario

evitar de hacer andar el vibra-

dor cuando la válvula del silo

está cerrada porque el mate-

rial tiende a compactarse).

7) Abrir la válvula del silo y apre-

tar el botón de START.

Se verá salir primero solo agua

y después de aprox. 15 segun-

dos la pasta.

La pasta se presentará muy lí-

quida.

Esperar otros 5 segundos aprox.

para ver la real consistencia del

mortero a régimen.

Si el mortero resulta demasiado

acuoso o seco, operar con la

válvula de regulación del agua.

NOTA: efectuar una pequeña

regulación y esperar aprox.

15 segundos para ver la real

consistencia de la pasta

(esto se debe a que cuando

se efectúa la regulación del

agua hay todavía mortero en

el interior con la cantidad de

agua previa)

Efectuar por lo tanto peque-

ñas variaciones para encon-

trar la consistencia requeri-

The pause between one

mixing cycle and the next

must not exceed the prod-

uct hardening time.

This is particularly important

when the material mixed tends

to harden or become compact if

the machine remains still for a

certain period.

CLEANING THE MACHINE

IMPORTANT!

Before opening the cover

and/or inspection hatches,

make sure that the power

supply has been disconnect-

ed.

Failure to follow the mainte-

nance instructions may

cause problems and could

invalidate the warranty.

Clean the machine at the end

of the day's work and/or af-

ter every prolonged shut-

down.

- Lock the silo and switch of the

vibrator.

- Allow the remaining product to

flow in.

- Increase the water flow and

run the mixer until clean water

flows out (1 to 2 minutes).

Apart from cleaning the mix-

er every day, carry out the

following operations once at

the beginning of every

week:

- Disconnect the power supply.

- Remove the outlet spout.

- Remove the mixer shaft and

clean.

- Check and clean the mixer

chamber, if necessary.

DO NOT LET WATER ENTER THE

DRY FEED CHAMBER.

- Die Auslaufklappe des Silos

schließen und den Rüttler ab-

schalten.

- Das restliche Produkt einlaufen

lassen.

- Die Wassermenge erhöhen

und die Maschine laufen las-

sen, bis nur noch sauberes

Wasser ausläuft (1-2 Minuten).

An jedem Wochenbeginn zu-

sätzlich zur täglichen Reini-

gung:

- Strom abschalten

- Auslauf abnehmen

- Rotor herausziehen und ggfls.

reinigen.

- Rohrmantel prüfen und ggfls

reinigen.

- Sfilare l’elica mescolatrice e

pulirla .

- Controllare ed eventualmente

pulire la camera di mescolazio-

ne.

po de endurecimiento del

producto.

Esto es muy importante cuando

el material transportado tiende a

endurecerse o compactarse si

permanece en la máquina un

cierto lapso de tiempo.

LIMPIEZA MÁQUINA

¡ATENCIÓN!

Antes de abrir la tapa y/o los

eventuales registros de ins-

pección; cerciorarse que la

alimentación de corriente al

motor eléctrico esté desco-

nectada.

Si Usted no respeta escru-

pulosamente las siguientes

instrucciones puede causar

daños e invalidar la garantía

que posee la máquina.

Efectuar al final del día de tra-

bajo y/o cada vez que se hace

una interrupción prolonga-

da.

- Cerrar la compuerta del silo y

desconectar el vibrador

- Introducir el producto restante

- Aumentar la cantidad de agua

y hacer girar el mezclador has-

ta que salga agua limpia (1-2

min.).

Semanalmente al comenzar

la semana de trabajo ade-

más de la limpieza diaria es

necesario:

- Cortar la corriente.

- Quitar el revestimiento de la

descarga.

- Extraer la hélice de mezclado

y limpiarla.

- Controlar y eventualmente lim-

piar la cámara de mezcla.

VERIFICHE PANNELLO ELET-

TROIDRAULICO

Giornalmente:

- Verificare l’integrità delle custo-

die dei componenti elettrici ed

idraulici ( quadro, motori e pre-

se/spire)

- Verificare l’integrità dell’isola-

mento dei cavi elettrici e dei pul-

santi e spie luminose

- Verificare lo stato dei tubi ac-

qua e relativi raccordi

Settimanalmente:

- Verificare l’integrità dei compo-

nenti elettrici e idraulici e verifi-

care le tarature dei relè termi-

ci, fusibili, riduttori di pressio-

ne.

In caso di sostituzione componenti

per rotture e/o anomalie di fun-

zionamento, sostituirli con ricam-

bi dello stesso tipo e marca.

DRENAGGIO

Nel caso in cui la temperatura

possa scendere sotto gli 0° cen-

tigradi occorre eseguire il drenag-

gio macchina.

Procedere come segue:

- Chiudere l’alimentazione acqua

- Staccare il tubo di alimentazio-

ne acqua al quadro e fare usci-

re l’eventuale acqua presente

all’interno.

- Con il quadro in tensione pre-

mere i pulsanti DRAIN fino alla

fuoriuscita totale dell’acqua dal

circuito.

- Ruotare la manopola dell’inter-

ruttore generale in posizione 0-

off.

- Staccare il cavo di alimentazio-

ne quadro e di collegamento

quadro-mixer.

- Sganciare il quadro elettrico e

porlo al coperto.

Täglich:

- Die Unversehrtheit der Hüllen

der elektrischen und hydrauli-

schen Komponenten prüfen

(Schalttafel, Motoren und

Steckdosen/Wendel)

-Die Unversehrtheit der Isolati-

on der elektrischen Kabel und

der Tasten und Kontrollleuch-

ten prüfen

- Den Zustand der Wasserroh-

re und der Anschlüsse davon

prüfen

Wöchentlich:

-Die Unversehrtheit der elektri-

schen und hydraulischen

Komponenten prüfen und die

Eichungen der Thermorelais,

Sicherungen, Druckminderer

prüfen.

Beim Ersetzen der Komponen-

ten wegen Brüchen und/oder

Betriebsstörungen immer Ersatz-

teile des gleichen Typs und des

gleichen Fabrikats verwenden.

WASSERABLASSEN

Falls die Temperatur unter den

Nullpunkt absinken kann, ist das

Wasser aus der Maschine ab-

zulassen.

Dazu folgendermaßen vorgehen:

- Die Wasserversorgung schlie-

ßen

- Die Wasserzufuhrleitung von

der Schalttafel abtrennen und

das Wasser auslaufen lassen,

das eventuell darin vorhanden

ist.

- Mit spannungsführender Steu-

erung die DRAIN-Tasten drü-

cken, bis alles Wasser aus dem

Kreislauf ausgelaufen ist.

- Den Griff des Hauptschalters

auf die Position 0-OFF drehen.

- Das Stromkabel zur Versor-

gung der Steuerungl und zur

Verbindung von Steuerung und

Mischer abtrennen.

- Die elektrische Steuerung ab-

trennen und in ein Gebäude

bringen.

CHECKING THE ELECTRO

-HYDRAULIC PANEL

Daily:

- Check the electric and hydrau-

lic component enclosures to

ensure they are perfectly

sealed and intact (panel, mo-

tors and plug/sockets).

- Check the insulation of the

electric cables, the pushbut-

tons and indicator lights.

- Check the condition of the wa-

ter pipe and the relative fittings.

Weekly:

- Check the condition of the elec-

tric and hydraulic components,

and the calibration of the ther-

mal relays, fuses, pressure re-

ducers.

If components are to be replaced

following breakage and/or oper-

ating faults, use spare parts of

the same type and brand.

DRAINAGE

If there is possibility of the tem-

perature falling below 0° C, drain

the machine.

Proceed as follows:

- Turn off the water supply.

- Disconnect the water pipe con-

nection to the panel and drain

out any water that may be

present inside it.

- With the panel powered, press

the DRAIN buttons until all the

water is drained out of the cir-

cuit.

- Turn the main switch knob to

the 0-off position.

- Disconnect the panel and pan-

el-mixer power cable.

- Unhook the electric panel and

place it under cover.

CONTROLES TABLERO ELEC-

TROHIDRÁULICO

Diariamente:

- Controlar la integridad de las

protecciones de los compo-

nentes eléctricos e hidráulicos

(cuadro, motores y tomas / hé-

lices).

- Verificar la integridad del aisla-

miento de los cables eléctricos

y de los pulsadores y de las

luces indicadoras

- Verificar el estado de los tubos

del agua y respectivas unio-

nes

Semanalmente:

- Controlar la integridad de los

componentes eléctricos e hi-

dráulicos y controlar las regu-

laciones de los relés térmicos,

fusibles, reductores de pre-

sión.

En caso de sustitución de com-

ponentes debido a roturas y/o

anomalías de funcionamiento,

sustituirlos con repuestos del

mismo tipo y marca.

DRENAJE

En el caso en que la temperatura

descienda por debajo de 0° cen-

tígrados es necesario efectuar

el drenaje máquina.

Operar del siguiente modo:

- Cerrar la alimentación agua

- Desconectar el tubo de alimen-

tación agua al cuadro y hacer

salir el agua presente en su in-

terior.

- Con el cuadro bajo tensión

apretar los pulsadores DRAIN

hasta la salida total del agua

del circuito.

- Girar el mando del interruptor

general en posición 0- off,

- Desconectar el cable de ali-

mentación cuadro y de co-

nexión cuadro-mixer.

- Desenganchar el cuadro eléc-

trico y ponerlo en lugar prote-

gido.
