One control unit – two devices
Controlling Proxeo Ultra PB-530 and Proxeo Twist PL-40 with one foot control
Set power regulator to ‘OFF’
Connect the cable to the control unit
and foot control
> 1. LED flashes orange/red = not paired
Press function button for 5 seconds
> Sequential white LED during pairing
> 1. LED flashes white = pairing successful
Disconnect the cable from the control unit
and foot control

Press ON/OFF button for 5 seconds until the
LED flashes green
> LED flashes green = handpiece drive is in
pairing mode for 30 seconds
Use the stick to press the pairing button on the
foot control (underside) for 3 seconds
> After 3 seconds the status LED switches from
flickering to flashing = pairing active
> LED lights up green = pairing successful
> LED flashes orange alternately =
pairing unsuccessful

Switch off PL-40
Press ON/OFF button for 2 seconds
> If the handpiece drive is not used for longer
than 4 minutes, it returns to standby mode
automatically
Actuate foot control
> PB-530 control unit is active with the
set power
Switch on PL-40
Press ON/OFF button
> Charging cable must be disconnected
Actuate foot control for variable
speed control
> PL-40 handpiece drive is active
