INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MAXI WALL HUNG SERIES
1. Determine the back bar’s height. Standard wardrobes s ally work best at a finished height of 2m from the floor
(finished height is the height from the top side of the top shelf to the floor). The back bar needs to be installed
150mm lower than yo r desired finished height. If yo want yo r wardrobe system to have a finished height of
2m from the floor, yo will need to set the back bar height at 1850mm from the floor. Meas re the width of the
wardrobe at this height and c t the rail and white cover to size.
Using a spirit level, mark o t the holes, ens ring yo are installing the back bar into wall st ds wherever possible.
Use a 5mm drill bit and sec re the back bar with screws provided.
2. Once the back bar is sec re, add the white bar cover sing moderate force, this clips over the back bar to hide
the fittings behind.
3. Fit brackets on to inside of panels.
S spension Brackets come in Left and Right.
Ens re hook is facing back and is right way p.
First insert sleeves into the 2 holes as shown.

4. Line p the S spension Bracket with the two sleeves, hook facing the back of panel where rebate is.
Screw to sec re.
5. T rn panel over, and screw the other 2 screws into holes.
These meet with the thread in the sleeves to sec rely fit the S spension Bracket to the panel.
6. Lay o t yo r vertical panels and fit Cam Pins.
Refer to Diagram A for shelf positions.
7. For the ‘Lily’ and the ‘Princess’ systems, yo will need to se a do ble-ended Cam Pin for the section where two
shelves are at the same height (as shown).

8. Install the receiving Drawer R nners sing the E ro Screws pict red here. Wheels sho ld face the front of the
tower, and be screwed at both the front and back of the r nner.
Refer to Diagram A for drawer r nner positions.
Refer to Drawer Assembly Instr ctions for drawer assembly.
9. Hook each vertical wall panel into the horizontal back bar in position, allowing gaps for yo r hanging rails and
shelves/drawers. Screw to tighten.
10. Fit yo r melamine shelves into the pins. Screw Cam Locks to sec re the shelves in place. These will lock and
stabilise the shelving section of yo r wardrobe. Take care not to overtighten cam.
11. If yo r system has drawers, install yo r drawers by angling the drawer pwards (as shown) and lower and level
the drawer as yo slide it in.

12. Once all panels and shelves/drawers are sec red, meas re along the top of the system from wall-to-wall to get
yo r overall width meas rement for the top shelf. C t the top shelf to size sing an 8pt saw. We recommend
sing masking tape along yo r c t line before yo c t, to reveal a nice clean c t. Screw the top shelf into each
vertical gable at the front and back. If yo have limited space above the top shelf and cannot access with a screw
driver, we recommend sec ring the top shelf from nderneath sing Econo brackets (s pplied).
13. Screw hanging rail brackets to their opposing walls. Top rail sho ld be installed as shown: 50mm down from the
top and 300mm from the back wall is where the top of the bracket sho ld be fixed.
For mid height rails, we recommend installing them 1m below the top height rail. Slot hanging rails into
brackets. Refer to Hanging Rail instr ctions for information abo t c tting rails to size.
14. Once everything is in place incl ding the top shelf, sec re the system to yo r gibbed walls with the Econo
brackets s pplied. Where possible, fix Econo bracket into st ds. Use a 5mm drill bit. If yo r system has drawers it
is recommended to sec re Econo brackets nder the shelf above the top drawer, this will be hidden at the very
back and will help yo r system stay sq are for efficient drawer operation.

1. Insert cam locks into holes in both drawer sides.
The opening in the cam lock m st face o twards.
2. Screw cam pins into drawer back panel and drawer front panel.
3. Attach both side panels to the drawer front panel.
Insert drawer base board.
4. Line p and attach drawer back panel.
Ens re all panels are in place.
Yo can se a soft mallet to gently tap together.

5. Tighten cam locks on both front panel and back panel.
6. Line p the front drawer panel with the front face panel.
Use pencilled lines for acc racy.
The bottom of the drawer sho ld be fl sh with the drawer front face.
Screw to sec re.
7. T rn drawer pside down.
Drawer r nners come in pairs (left and right).
Ens re the correct r nner is sed for each side, wheels towards the drawer back as shown.
Screw to sec re.

HANGING RAILS
1. For Top Height Rail: Measure 300 fro the back of the tower/wardrobe panel.
Fro that ark easure 50 down and ark with a pencil. If you are easuring fro underneath a top shelf
bracket, easure down 40 fro the botto of the shelf bracket (this allows 10 for the bracket).
Install wall plugs where required for a stronger install.
Screw the silver bracket into the wall.
For Mid Height Rail: Measure 300 fro the back of the tower/wardrobe panel.
Fro that ark, easure 1000 down fro the top-height-rail.
Note: because floors are sometimes not level we recommend you check heights and levels as you proceed through
the installation process
2. Measure the length between the installed rail brackets to get your rail length.
*Tip allow 2.5 for each rail end, so a 600 wide gap between two walls you would cut the rail at 595
3. Mark on rail your easured length and cut the rail using a hacksaw (we reco end a ini u of an 8pt saw).
Once cut, slot rail into rail brackets.
