Chapter 1 Introduction
1.1 Summary
WN-AVC-MC7 is a powerful IP-based door entry system with built-in RF card reader and PIN access, it
provides audio, visual monitoring and control of entrance doors and gates this intercom is ideal for
multi-dwelling apartments, condominium and office buildings. This allows for audio/visual
communication to a dedicated IP display phone or en suite monitoring station or event mobile phones.
It supports up to 1,000+ contacts and 100+ groups, utilizes customer’s existing IP PBX/IP centrex system
or SIP servers, the SIP server can be hosted locally on-site or remotely off-site, it supports SIP v1, SIP v2
standards and the entire system can be centrally managed and monitored using WatchNET’s VMS Pro
System.

The default screen on boot up will be the group, to dial tap , you can directly dial the
number if you wish.

3.2 Dialing and Talking
Input the desired number on the dial pad then press call button to dial, the screen will
change to calling when dialing and talking when the person picked up.

3.3 Unlocking by password
Input 8 digit passwords to unlock the door, once password is entered and correct the intercom will
prompt “Open Lock Success” and the door will open, otherwise if incorrect the screen will prompt
“Open Lock Failed”. To configure password please refer to “Configure Password in configuration section.
3.4 Unlocking by RF card
Place the RF card close to sensor area, if a valid card is scanned, the screen will prompt “Open Lock
Success”. To enroll card please refer to RF Card configuration.

Chapter 4 Door Phone Configuration
4.1 Configuring Door phone
To Configure the smart door phone, dial “9999” then press “Dial”, when “Setting” screen comes up
press “3888”(default) then press “OK” to enter configuration settings.

Public Key Password- is the general unlock pin to open door, by default this option will be
enabled and default pin is “33333333”, use can reset to 8 digit number they desire.
4.1.3 Account
Intercom supports 2 lines, to register a sip account enter the information below, “Register Name”, User
name”, “Password”, ‘Display Name”, “Reg Server IP” and “Reg Server Port”.

Tap Add to add a contact then input name and phone number and tap save or check mark icon to
create.
Note: You can select photo from the photo library, and you can import photo using a web browser
import option, see below instructions.
Importing Multiple Pictures for Contact:
1. Go to browser and type in IP address of the intercom
2. Login as “admin” as username and “admin” as password
3. Got to “Phone” – “Import/Export”
4. Click Choose file to import the pictures
Note: It only supports .JPG image file and make sure the pictures are in “Profile” folder and compressed

Importing Single Picture for Contact:
1. Go to “PhoneBook” –“Local Book”
2. Click “Choose File” to select the picture then click “import”
3. Once import is done select the contact you wish to add the photo and click “Edit”
Creating a Group:
Tap “Group” then “Add” and enter the group name

4.1.5 Time
You can configure the time on the intercom by going to “Time” settings.
4.1.6 Volume
Intercom has 3 types of volume control, “Call Volume”, “AD Volume”, and “Key Volume”.
