Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be
followed to prevent the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons
or property. Read all instructions before using any appliance.
- DO NOT operate this or any other appliance that has a damaged
cord. Connect to properly polarised outlets only. No other appliance
should be plugged into the same outlet. Ensure that the plug is fully
inserted into the receptacle
- DO NOT run cord over carpeting or other heat insulators. DO NOT
cover the cord. Keep cord away from high traffic areas, and do not
submerge in water. DO NOT pull on the power cable
- We DO NOT recommend the use of an extension cord, as it may
overheat and become a fire hazard.
- Ensure the water dispenser is positioned in such away that the power
plug is always accessable.
- Keep the water dispenser away from direct heat and out of direct
sunshine.
- Ambient surrounding temperatures should be within 10˚C - 38˚C for
optimum working conditions
- When the unit is plugged in and the power is turned on, please ensure
that there is always water coming out of the hot and cold water taps to
avoid the reservoirs running dry and damaging the unit.
- Clean you water dispenser regularly, approx. every 1-3 months.
- DO NOT clean the water dispenser with water if the unit is still plugged
into the wall socket, instead wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- DO NOT clean your water dispenser with flammable fluids. The fumes
can create a fire hazard or explosion.
- Exercise caution and use reasonable supervision when appliance is
used near children

- WARNING: Hot water can reach 95˚C, supervision is advised for young
children and persons without sufficient knowledge of the workings of the
water dispenser
- Do not tilt the water dispenser beyond 45˚ always keep upright
- Ensure the water dispenser is on a flat surface and placed at least
15cm from the wall.
- WARNING - Keep the water dispenser well ventilated if placed in an
enclosed area
- Unplug the water dispenser from the wall socket and drain all the
water from the water dispenser if the water dispenser is not in use for
a long time.
- Clean your water dispenser before use, if it has not been used for a
long period, discard the water from the hot & cold water taps, before
drinking.
- WARNING - Do not damage the thermostat
CAUTION: Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid danger of
suffocation, keep this bag away from babies and
children.
Characteristics
1. The Water Well water dispensers are energy efficient and emit
very little noise.
2. All the components of the water dispenser are made of high grade
materials and the design is firm and durable
3. The unit keeps the water within a certain temperature range. Hot
water will fluctuate betweent 85˚C - 95˚C, the cold water will
fluctuate between 6˚C - 10˚C, this is your optimum temperature
range within an ambient surrounding temperature range of
10 ˚C - 38 ˚C
4. The water dispenser uses a compressor system to heat and cool
the water, using 13V when the system is heating the water and 5V
when cooling the water.
5. The Water dispener can be used with either a Standard Water
bottle or a fitration bottle.
Installation of the Water Dispenser
1. Remove the water dispenser from its packaging
2. Place in an upright position away from direct heat or sunlight
3. Once you have inserted your water bottle (see sections 4 & 5) allow
the water to filter into the water dispenser.
4. Disguard the first few litres of water from both the cold and hot water
taps to eliminate any dust and dirt which may be in the unit
5. Once water has filled the reservoir tanks and is flowing out of both
the hot and cold water taps in the water dispenser, plug the water
dispenser into a wall socket and turn on the cold water switch first
and then the hot water switch on the back of the water dispenser
6. Allow the water dispenser to stand for awhile to reach the optimum
water temperature.
Installation of a Filter Bottle
Bottle Support
1. Remove the Bottle Support from the water dispenser by twisting the
Bottle Support to the left and lifting out of the water dispenser.

3. Fill the filter bottle with 2lt of water and allow to filter into the water
dispenser.
4. Drain and discard the water from the water dispenser using the taps
and repeat point 3 twice more. (until water is clear in the bottom
compartment of the filter bottle.
5. Follow instructions 5 & 6 of water dispenser installation instructions.
Installation of Standard Water Bottle
1. Fill your standard water bottle with water and secure the bottle cap
onto the bottle neck.
2. Invert the bottle and pierce the bottle neck onto the spike in the
middle of the bottle support, ensure the standard bottle is sitting level
on the water dispenser. See Images 1 - 3 above
3. Follow instructions 5 & 6 of water dispenser installation instructions.

2. Insert the Filter Bottle, with the Bottle Valve attached into the open area
(Reservoir Tank) on top of
the water dispenser,
ensure that the Filter Bottle
sits level on the top of the
water dispenser.
