Function of controller
Layout:
Adjust parameter
Push button , the option item will flash;
Navigation button or , change parameter option; Navigation button
or , adjust parameter value;
Push button to accept selection, the option item will not flash, the
parameter is saved
Running Option:
Option 1: waveline mode
powerhead running according to the parameter setting below.
Option 2: VDM mode

powerhead operation is controlled by other control system such as APEX
which provides right 0-10 DC voltage. The Waveline mapping follows the
Apex mapping.
Option 3: Feed mode
When Feed mode button is pressed the powerhead will shutdown for 30
min and will restart automatically after the time expires . When feed mode
is press again it will deactivate the timer and restart the powerhead
Timer:
System time
Running time:
Set start time and stop time
If start time was equal to stop time, powerhead would run constantly
Power setting:
Power position setting, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%,70%, 80%, 90%,
99%
Power cycle:
Set power cycle in running time, powerhead would run constantly when set to
“off” 0 second
Alert
Error warning:
E1: overload, just like impeller overload, locked, lagging......
E2: no load, just like powerhead running out of water....

Installation
Pls check packaging list before installation
Make sure the electricity specification mate the DC power supply’s
nameplate
Plumbing ready, then connect controller and DC power supply, steps is below:
1Switch off main switch of controller, than start to do as below
2Connect powerhead cable with controller cable, fix the nut
3Connect output cable of the DC power supply with controller cable
4Connect AC cable with DC power supply, then plug in socket
5Switch on the main switch, set up powerhead runing parameter
Be careful: pls make sure switch off main switch of controller
before plug controller with DC power supply or plug controller
with powerhead block
Warning
Make sure the electricity specification of the socket mate the DC
power supply’s nameplate
Socket, DC power supply and controller should be put at the position
higher than the water line. Or set a drip ring to prevent the water go
through it
Unplug the cable from the socket before put hand in water
Do not touch the impeller still rolling
Do not stock powerhead in low temperature (<0℃)
Cables should not be repaired once broken, need replace unit block
powerhead use for salt water and fresh water, but do not use in
sewage or Mud, prevent seizing and locked
Water temperature should lower then 35℃
Once malfunction and electric leakage come out, pls unplug DC
power supply cable and stop use powerhead until fix it
