Ellison 22’ Counter Stool with Cushion
NOTE: Before you get started, remember to loosely attach all bolts.
Once product is fully assembled, set product upright. Press down
evenly on all sides until product sits level then fully tighten all bolts.

Before beginning assembly, separate all parts and carefully study the parts
diagrams below. Review all parts and hardware before disposing of any
packaging. You may receive extra hardware with your unit. Call Customer
Service for missing hardware.

Unpack and lay parts on clean,
padded surface like carpet or
blanket. Check that you have
all parts indicated on the front
page.
Step 1
Lift the Velcro strip from the
bottom of the Seat (B).

Insert the Front Rail (C) into
Pre-drilled holes on the Left
Leg (F) and Right Leg (G) as
shown on Figure 2.
Connect Front Rail (C) to Left
Leg (F) and Right Leg (G) with
Screws (3) .
Tighten Screws (3) with
Phillips screwdriver (not
included)

Insert the Right Leg (G) and
Left Leg (F) into the Seat (B)
as shown on Figure 3.

Connect Right Leg (G) and
Left Leg (F) to Seat (B) with
Long Bolt (2) and Flat Washer
(4) and Spring Washer (5) .
Tighten Bolt with Allen Wrench
(6) as shown on Figure 4.

and Right Side Rail (E) into
pre-drilled holes on Back (A)
and pre-assembly unit on
figure 4 as shown on Figure
5.

Connect Seat (B) to Back (A)
with Short Blots (1) and Spring
Washer (5) and Flat Washer
(4).
Tighten Bolt with Allen
Wrench (6) as shown on
Figure 6.

and Back (A) with Screws (3)
Tighten Screws (3) with

Turn over the Parsons Counter
Stool
Now your Parsons Counter
Stool is ready to use!
