1. Connect the mouth/throat applicator to the corresponding jack of
the device. For simultaneous treatment with both applicators
use the Y-cable provided.
2. Insert the applicator into your mouth.
3. Turn the device on according to the instructions on page 5.
Additionally to the letter A, the letter B appears on the display,
indicating that the mouth/throat applicator has been plugged in.
4. By pressing the Mode button, you can make the following
selection:
• Press 1x to activate the diodes of the watch only (A)
• Press 2x to activate the diodes of the applicator only (B)
• Press 3x to activate both, the diodes of the watch and the
applicator (A, B)
5. During irradiation you can change the mode of the watch (see
page 5, point 5). However, the irradiation color of the applicator
always remains the same (UV/blue).

How to charge the device
The lithium battery inside the device needs to be charged when the power
symbol on the display shows only one bar. Please use the provided
charger only.
The battery takes several hours to fully recharge.
In order to ensure a long product life, please charge the battery every 2
or 3 months even if you are not intending to use the device.
Warning: Please do not look directly into the light during the
irradiation and avoid that the light hits the eye of other
persons, since this might cause serious eye damages.
Side effects
Usually you won't feel any side effects. As an initial effect of light
stimulation you might feel more energetic provoked by the stimulation of
the sympathetic autonomous system, but just hours after this stimulation
you will experience improved and more relaxed sleep due to the
simultaneous activation of the parasympathetic autonomous system.
1. Plug the USB cable into the charger jack of yourHELIOS-Watch.
2. Insert the plug into a standard AC power outlet.
Please note that theHELIOS-Watch may only be supplied with SELV
(Safety Extra Low Voltage) according to the labeling on the device.
