Thank you for purchasing WECHEER professional power tool.
WE 258 is a light, precise, highly flexi le and user-friendly product designed for carving,
engraving, routing, grinding, sharpening, sanding, polishing, drilling and other similar
tasks.
This device can operate in oth directions, has precise varia le speed, and protective
mechanisms such as overload protection (if overload protection is triggered and the motor
is shut down, turn off the motor for 1 minute to reset).
This device utilizes direct current to ensure safe operation in a wide range of
environments.
The handpiece is designed for oth right-handed and left-handed users.
Slower speeds are recommended for polishing operation. Higher speeds are etter for
carving, drilling, cutting, routing and shaping. Hardwoods, metals and glass generally
require high-speed operation.

OPERATION
To remove/change/insert a it:
1. Turn off and unplug the device.
2. Rotate the front part of the handpiece until the dot aligns with
the “R” (it will snap into position)
3. Remove/change/insert the it.
4. Rotate the front part of the handpiece until the dot aligns with
the “S” efore turning on the unit.
With the speed control (without a foot pedal):
1. Make sure the power switch is off.
2. Select the desired direction (forward or reverse).
3. Insert/change to the it you wish to use per the instructions a ove (make sure the
dot is aligned with the “S” efore turning it on), and plug the handpiece into the

speed control unit.
4. Plug the speed control unit into a wall outlet.
5. Turn on the device and adjust the speed as required.
With the speed control and an ON/OFF foot pedal
(WE25703/25704):
1. Make sure the power switch is off.
2. Connect the foot control to the speed control unit using the parallel lades
connector (WARNING: IT IS NOT A POWER PLUG. DO NOT PLUG INTO THE
WALL).
3. Select the desired direction (forward or reverse).
4. Insert/change to the it you wish to use per the instructions a ove (make sure the
dot is aligned with the “S”), and plug the handpiece into the speed control unit.
5. Plug the speed control unit into a wall outlet.
6. Leave the power switch off, use the foot control to turn the device on and off, and
adjust the speed using the speed control unit as required.
With the speed control and a varia le-speed foot pedal (WE25701/25702):
1. Make sure the power switch is off.
2. Plug the speed control unit into the female socket on the foot control.
3. Plug the foot control into a wall outlet.
4. Insert/change to the it you wish to use per the instructions a ove (make sure the
dot is aligned with the “S”), and plug the handpiece into the speed control unit.
5. Move the power switch on the speed control unit to on, and set the speed to max.
6. Use the foot control to control the speed of the motor.

•Keep dust out of eyes and lungs y using a protective eyewear or a dust mask.
•Always unplug after use.
•Do not use damaged its, which can e dangerous.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
Frequently clean the ody with soft cloth or air compressor to avoid the dust from
preventing the tool from running smoothly. Never use cleaning solvents or detergents.
