Safety Instructions
1. Power voltage applied on this product should be the same with the rated voltage.
2. User should make sure the fuse is installed for the use of this product.
3. Every time before using the product, please check the power cable is well connected.
4. Avoid using the product with other high-power electrical appliances simultaneously as it might cause
your breaker to trip. Please make sure the electrical system of your house and the plug strip could stand
the rated power of the product.
5. To avoid risk of electrical shock or fire, do not immerse the product in water or other liquid.
6. When the oil is being heated, water droplets could cause oil to splash. Before adding oil into the tank,
please make sure that the tank is completely dry.
7. Never move the machine when it is under operation.
8. Please use the basket included to fry food by holding the basket handle.
9. Please use the product for its intended purpose only.
10. Children are not allowed to operate this product for safety concerns.
11. Do not place any flammable material near this product.

Operation Instructions
1. Check if the power supply is normal and safe.
2. Clean the tank and add oil until it reaches over half volume of the tank.
3. Connect the power and the power indicator will be on. Rotate the temperature controller to set the
temperature and the heat indicator will turn on. The heating pipe will start to heat and the oil’s
temperature will start to rise up.
4. When the oil’s temperature reaches to the desired degree, the thermo-controller will cut off the
electricity automatically and the heating pipe will stop heating, meanwhile, the heat indicator will turn
off.
5. When the oil’s temperature becomes lower, the thermo-controller will reconnect the electricity
automatically and the heating pipe will start working again. Heat indicator will turn on again. The
machine works in this way to keep the temperature within a certain range.
6. When the fryer is not being used, make sure the temperature controller and the time controller are
rotated back to the initial place and cut off the power.
Oil Heating

Auto-Turn-Off Time Setting
1. Turn the timer switch to the “TIMER ON” side.
2. Rotate the time controller to set the count-down time.
3. The machine will turn off automatically when the time countdown is finished.
Troubleshooting
If the fryer doesn’t work after the power is connected and you operate it according to the operation
instructions, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
There is a micro-active switch on the back of the controlling station (Fig 1). Make sure that this
micro-active switch is completely pressed against to the iron sheet below (Fig 3).

If the heating pipe doesn’t work, unscrew and take out the cover of the reset button (Fig 4). After that,
press down the reset button (Fig 5).
