In order to use ths Electrc Breast Pump eectvely and safely, please read ths manual
carefully, and keep t n a safe place.
Important information

General information
It s advsable to fnd a quet, comfortable place where you can pump breast mlk n a rela-
xed atmosphere wthout beng dsturbed.
Don’t be surprsed f the mlk takes a lttle longer to start owng properly at frst. Ths s
nothng unusual. In fact t s qute normal, snce as a rule:
Breast milk production adjusts to suit daily requirements.
The daly amount requred by nfants can vary consderably. For ths reason mothers are
often recommended to drnk as much as possble at frst, n order to stmulate mlk pro-
ducton.
You should pump mlk frst from one breast, then from the other. However, pumpng sho-
uld not exceed 7 mnutes for each breast.
Breast massage preparation
Some Mothers may have dculty n expressng mlk ether through usng a manual bre-
ast pump or an Electrc Pump. Usng hot compresses wth the massage method can assst
n openng the mammary glands contrbutng to the ow of breast mlk.
A hot compresson can be acheved as follows:
• Immerseacleantowelinwarmwater(60-70°C).
• Carefullysqueezeouttheexcesswateroutofthetowel.

• Placethetowelatoveryourbreastsuntilthetowelcoolsdownafterafewminutes.
• Repeatsteps1-3upto4timesasrequired.
• Afterthehotcompressionhasbeencompleted,massagingthebreastsmayassistwith
openingthemammaryglands.
• Startbyplacingyourthumbandindexngeraroundthebaseofthenippleandgently
massageupanddownthenippleabout5-6timesforeachnipple.
• Movetothebreastareaandgentlymassageinacircularmovementusingfourngers
atandyourthumbasshowninthepicture.Stopafter5-6rotationsoneachbreast.
Note: If you experience pain during massaging or hot compression please stop immediately
and seek medical advice.

Dismantle directions
Before frst use of ths breast pump, please dsmantle and sterlze all parts (except for
motor unt and AC adapter ):
• Turnthislocker(15)anticlockwisetothemaximumleftposition(gure1).
• Holdbreastshieldcup(2)bylefthand,digtheedgeofmiddlepartofthisconnector(11)
bymiddlengerandindexngerofrighthand(gure2).

• Separateitfromthebreastpumpshield(gure3).
• Takeoutthenippleprotector(1)
• Takeoutthesealplug(10)
• Dismantlebottle,teatandteatcap.
• Sterilizenippleprotector,breastshieldcup,teatcap,teat,bottle,bottleadapter,bottle
stand.

Assembly
• Pleaseensureyourhandsarecleanbeforetouchingthesterilisedcomponents.Insertthe
sealring(8)andowfunnel(9)intothebreastshieldcup(2)tightly.
• Insertthenippleprotector(1)intothebreastshieldcup.
• Inserttheatendofsealplug(10)intotheholeatbackofbreastshieldcup(2),pressit
tightly,makesurethereisnoairgaps:

• Turnlocker(15)anticlockwisetothemaximumleftposition(gure4):
• Insertthelockingpillaratbackofthebreastshieldcupintotheholeofexchangelocker
(gure5).Next,pushthemiddleofelectricconnectoragainstthebreastshieldcup(gure
6),Next,presslowerendoftheelectricconnectorandclosethosetwoitems(gure7).
• Turntheexchangerlockerclockwisetothemaximumrightposition(gure8),locktwo
partsclosely.
• Screwthebreastshieldcupontothemilkbottleandsealtightly.
• Connectthismotorunit(13)andelectricconnector(11)withthissiliconeconnectpipe

Installation of exchanger locker
In case the locker (15) s squeezed out n accdent, please nstall t as pctures follows:

• Holdthehighsideofthelocker(gure9)
• Aimthelowsideoflockeratthegapintheroundholeintheelectricconnector(gure10).
• Presstheexchangelockerintotheholesteadily.Therewillbecracksound(gure11).
• Rotatethelockeranticlockwiseandclockwisetocheckwhetherornotitisinstalledwell.
Power supply
• Theelectricbreastpumpcanberuneitherwithbatteriesor,usingtheadapter.
• Forbatteriesoperationyouneedfour1.5Vbatteries,typeAA.Makesurethebatteriesare
therightwayround.
Directions of breast pump using
• Rotatethesuctionadjusterdialtothemaximumleftposition(gure12).
• Placethebreastintothebreastshieldcup(gure13),with the nipple centered and
sealed to the nipple protector (3)(gure14),tocreateavacuum.Pleaseensurethere
arenoairgapsbetweenthenippleandthenippleprotector,aswellthebreastandthe
breastshieldcup.
• Plugtheunitintopowerorinsertbatteriesandturntheswitchinthemotorunitto‘on’to
startthemotor.
• Turnthedialatthefrontofthemotorunitbetween‘L’and‘H’togetthepropersuction
(gure12).
• Pressthe‘Mode’buttontogetthemostproperrhythm(gure15).
◊Thepre-setmodeis“Gentle”.Thesucklastsfor2seconds.Themodelightisbluecolour.
◊Pressonetime,themodeis“Normal”.Thesucklastsfor3seconds.Themodelightiscon-
fusedofblueandred.
◊Presstwotimes,themodeis“Express”,thesucklastsfor5seconds.Themodelightisred
◊Vaccumreleaselastsfor3secondsforeverymode.

Important
• Make sure the nipple is centered in the nipple protector and sealed. Otherwise,
there is risk that the milk enter into the Motor, which might damage the motor
unit.
• Duringsuckcycle,ifyoufeelthesuctionistoostrong,press“Mode”buttontoreleasevac-
cum.Moveawaythebreastshieldcup,adjustthesuctiontobeproper.
• Alwaysholdthebreastpumpinanuprightpositionwhenusingtoensureliquidsdonot
enterintothemotorunit.
Cleaning the Pump
• Dismantleallcomponentsandthoroughlywash(exceptforthemotorunitandACadap-
tor)usingcleanwarmsoapywater.Theunitisalsodishwashercompatible.Pleaseensure
allcomponentsareplacedinthetoptray.
• Tocleanthemotorunitsimplewipewithamoistsoapycloth.Donotimmersetheunitin
water.
Troubleshooting
Motor unit does not work
• Ifusingbatteriespleasecheckthebatteriesareinsertedcorrectlyandaretherightway
around.
• Tryreplacingthebatterieswithsuperheavydutyalkalineorlithiumbatteries.
• Attempttousewiththeadaptor.
There is no suction
• Turnthesuctiondialatthebackoftheunitto‘High’.
• Checkthebatterystrength(thebatteriesmayneedreplacing).
• Ensureallcomponentsarefastenedtightlyandtherearenoairgaps.
• Ensurethebreastispositionedinthebreastshieldcupsotherearenoairgaps.
• Ensuretheowfunnelisplacedandxedrmly,nobreakageonthesoftedge
I am not expressing milk
Some mothers may experence dculty n expressng mlk. Please frst try the hot comp-
resson and massage technques advsed earler n the manual. Also vst your breast fee-
dng specalst to determne f you can breastfeed usng an Electrc Pump.
Storing breast milk
If the breast mlk s not used mmedately, frmly close the full bottle and keep t n the
refrgerator.

If the breast mlk s to be kept for more than 24 hours, t should deally be deep-frozen (not
n the pc bottle). We suggest you to use Weewell Breast Mlk Bags.
Warning
Closed bottles flled wth breast mlk must not be placed n a mcrowave oven or deep-
freeze. The strong heatng/coolng could cause the bottle to explode.
Uneven heatng can result n scaldng.
Repairs
Ths electrcal applance comples wth relevant safety regulatons. Repars to electrcal
applances must only be carred out by specalst personnel. Incorrect repars can cause
consderable danger to the user.
Limited Warranty
For a perod of one year from the date of orgnal purchase, Weewell warrants ths product
(excludng kt) aganst defects n materal or workmanshp. At Weewell’s opton, Weewell
may repar or replace that s determned to be defectve by Weewell and determned to
be covered by ths warranty. For warranty servce, please return the product, along wth
dated sales recept or other proof of the purchase date, to Weewell or to a local dstrbu-
tor. Ths warranty does not cover damage caused by accdent, msuse, abuse, mproper
mantenance, unauthorzed modfcaton, or connecton to an mproper power supply.
A charge wll be made for repar of such damage. Ths warranty excludes all ncdental or
consequental damages and any lablty other than what s stated above. Weewell makes
no other warrantes regardng ths product (ncludng warrantes as to merchantablty
and ftness for a partcular purpose) ether express or mpled.
