In order to use ths Electrc Breast Pump eectvely and safely, please read ths manual
carefully, and keep t n a safe place.

General information
It s advsable to fnd a quet, comfortable place where you can pump breast mlk n a rela-
xed atmosphere wthout beng dsturbed.
Don’t be surprsed f the mlk takes a lttle longer to start owng properly at frst. Ths s
nothng unusual. In fact t s qute normal, snce as a rule:
Breast milk production adjusts to suit daily requirements.
The daly amount requred by nfants can vary consderably. For ths reason mothers are
often recommended to drnk as much as possble at frst, n order to stmulate mlk pro-
ducton.
You should pump mlk frst from one breast, then from the other. However, pumpng sho-
uld not exceed 7 mnutes for each breast.
Breast massage preparation
Some Mothers may have dculty n expressng mlk ether through usng a manual bre-
ast pump or an Electrc Pump. Usng hot compresses wth the massage method can assst
n openng the mammary glands contrbutng to the ow of breast mlk.
A hot compresson can be acheved as follows:
• Immerseacleantowelinwarmwater(60-70°C).
• Carefullysqueezeouttheexcesswateroutofthetowel.
