WEISTEC M133 Air Intake System
Thank you for your purchase of the Weistec M133 Air Intake System for the Mercedes 45 AMG 2.0L Motor.
Please follow all directions, and keep a clean work space when commencing installation.
Tools Required
Flat Head Screw Driver
3/8" Drive Ratchet
3/8” Socket Set
Hex Tool Set
6" Long 3/8" Drive Extension
Torx Bit Set
Pliers

a. Airbox Removal
a) Remove battery cover
b) Disconnect ground terminal from the battery
c) Remove air inlet
d) Unplug ECU by pulling up on the locking tabs then removing the two connectors.

e) Unclip the ECU from the airbox and remove it in the vehicle. Handle with care and place
the ECU in a safe and clean area

f) Remove harness that is clipped onto the right side of the airbox

g) Unplug airbox pressure sensor by prying back the gray locking that and then pressing it
down and pulling the plug off the sensor
h) Loosen the clamp on the intake tube

i) Remove the factory airbox by pulling it up and out of the engine bay. Make sure the
airbox pressure sensor is unplugged

b. Air filter Installation
a) Use a Torx bit to remove the 4 screw shown below and remove the airbox top cover
b) Remove the OEM filter from the airbox by turning it to unlock it from the airbox

c) Use a Torx bit to remove the three screws the hold the filter adapter to the airbox
d) Remove the filter adapter
e) Remove the airbox pressure sensor from the filter adapter. It must be turned 90
degrees to allow the locking tabs to line up with channels in the plastic then pulled out
