INSTRUCTION MANUAL
• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dimly lit areas invite injuries.
• When not in use, the wagon must be stored in a safe and clean location. Always secure products and
keep out of reach of children.
• Check for damaged parts. Before using any product, any part that appears damaged should be carefully
checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function.
• Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
• When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. The use of any other parts will void the warranty.
• Do not exceed the product’s maximum load capacity of 175 lbs total, evenly distributed. Uneven weight
distribution could cause tipping. Do not lean or climb on the wagon. Be aware of dynamic loading.
Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
• Only use on a surface capable of supporting the wagon and its maximum capacity load of 175 lbs. It is
easy to lose control of the wagon if attempting to pull a load on a sloping or uneven surface.
• Do not allow children to play on, stand upon or climb on the wagon. The wagon is not for carrying
people or animals.
• Always check the wagon before using. All hardware should be tightened.
• Be careful not to pinch yourself or others when folding or unfolding the wagon.
WARNING:
When using this product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of personal injury and/or damage to equipment.
SAFETY
WARNING:
The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual
cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that might occur. Always use common sense
and caution when using the wagon.
OPERATION
Your wagon comes pre-assembled and ready to use.
INSTALLING / REMOVING THE COVER
Your wagon comes with a protective cover. Keep the cover on the wagon during storage, or when
transporting the folded wagon.
• To remove the cover, release the buckles attached to the straps at the bottom of the cover. Lift the
cover off the wagon.
To install the cover:
• Fold the wagon. Collapse the handle to its shortest length and lock the handle. Snap the handle into
the handle bracket.
• Place the cover over the folded wagon. Pass the buckle straps through the support frame and secure
the buckles to the cover.
NOTE: Always clean your wagon before storing it. Make sure that all dirt, debris, sand, beer cans,
starfish, etc. are removed, and that the wagon is dry, before putting the cover on.
FOLDING / UNFOLDING THE WAGON
Your wagon can be folded for easy storage, then unfolded as needed.
• To unfold the wagon, release the hook-and-loop handle strap. Push the ends of the wagon outward,
then push down in the center. The wagon is now ready for use.
• To fold the wagon, pull up on the pull tab in the center of the wagon’s main compartment. Secure the
handle straps with the hook-and-loop fabric to keep the wagon folded securely. Collapse the handle to
its shortest length and lock the handle. Snap the handle into the handle bracket.
USING THE HANDLE
Your wagon comes with a handle that can be extended as needed.
To use the handle:
• Pull the handle out from its bracket.
• To extend the handle, move the handle latch to the left. Adjust the handle to the desired length, then
move the handle latch to the right to lock the handle.
• To collapse the handle, follow the steps above in reverse.
• When folding the wagon, collapse the handle to its shortest length, lock it, and snap it into the handle
bracket.
MAINTENANCE
Your wagon will give you years of service if properly maintained. Follow the tips below to get the most
out of your wagon.
• If you need to clean the wagon, use a mild soap and water solution. Let it air dry.
• Clean the wagon before storage. Make sure it is dry before putting it away.
• Keep the wagon folded and covered when not in use.
• Make sure the wagon folds smoothly and rolls easily before use.
We advise keeping this instruction manual, saving the receipt by attaching it to the instruction manual,
