Preparing the Gel Pack for Cold or Hot Therapy

Directions for Cold Therapy

1. Place the gel pack in the freezer for a minimum of

four hours.

2. Remove the gel pack from the freezer. Insert the

gel pack into the Hot/Cold Pillow Case. he blue

side of the Pillow Case denotes cold, and should

be placed against your body when using cold

therapy.

3. Apply the cold therapy pack to the desired area of your

body.

Directions for Hot Therapy

1. Using either the stove or microwave oven, boil

enough water to entirely cover the gel pack.

2. Place the gel pack into an appropriate sized con-

tainer. Pour the heated water over the gel pack so

that it is completely submerged for approximately

four minutes.

3. Remove the gel pack from the heated water. Caution:

The water and gel pack are hot. Be careful not to burn

yourself while removing the gel pack from the water.

Insert the gel pack into the Pillow Case. he red side of

the Pillow Case denotes heat, and should be placed

against your body.

ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. (ICON), warrants this product to be free from defects

in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions, for a peri-

od of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. his warranty extends only to

the original purchaser. ICON's obligation under this warranty is limited to replac-

ing or repairing, at ICON's option, the product at one of its authorized service cen-

ters. If the product fails to perform when used properly because of a manufactur-

ing defect, simply return the product to the retail location where it was purchased,

or send it postage prepaid to the address below within 90 days following the orig-

inal date of purchase. his warranty does not extend to any product or damage to

aproduct caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or

abnormal usage or repairs not provided by an ICON authorized service center,

products used for commercial or rental purposes, or products used as store dis-

play models. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is autho-

rized by ICON.

arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or dam-

ages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or prof-
