OPERATION GUIDE
1
ATTENTION
Please read the following information carefully. Failure to follow instructions or improper
use could lead to explosive failure causing serious injuries.
After using sprayer with chemicals, it is important to spray with fresh water for 3-5 minutes to ensure residual
chemicals in the gun, wand, tank, pump, and hose are cleaned out. This will extend the life of your sprayer. Never leave
chemicals or solutions sitting in your sprayer after using.
Do not store your sprayer in extremely high temperatures. Heat can lead to the build-up of pressure within the sprayer,
resulting in a possible explosion. If there is pressure in the pump, do not try to remove it with tools. Do not try to make
modications to the sprayer. Always use SprayMate™ branded replacement parts from the manufacturer.
Never spray ammable, caustic, acidic, chlorine, or other corrosive solutions or heat, pressure, or gas producing
chemicals. Always read and follow chemical manufacturer’s instructions before use with this sprayer as some
chemicals may be hazardous when used with this sprayer.
WARNING
This product contains chemicals, including lead, known to the
state of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive

This product is designed to apply chemicals that may be
harmful and could cause serious personal injury if inhaled or
brought into contact with the user

or food.
Do not operate sprayer in temperatures lower than 32ºF.

Before you begin, locate any extra lters and
gaskets. They may be placed under the tank cap.
Keep in a safe place as replacement parts. Taking
the carry strap (7), attach the metal clips to the
loops on the top of the sprayer tank (1).
Slide the holster (4) over the opening on the sprayer
tank. Then, lower the tank cap (3) in place and twist
to tighten.
Taking the coiled hose (6), attach the end with the
ON/OFF switch to the spray gun. Clip the other end
on to the tank cap. It’s important to ensure the hose
is fastened tightly to the spray gun and tank cap as
a loose connection will prevent the the pump from
drawing water through the hose.
The spray gun and extension wand can be placed in
the holster when not in use.

Fully charge the battery prior to rst operation. In a
separate container, prepare the solution you want to
spray according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Open the tank cap and carefully pour the solution
in. Securely tighten the tank cap.
Determine which nozzle or attachment is
appropriate for your project. Pull back on the brass
collar of the quick-connect tting on the spray gun.
Insert the nozzle or attachment then push the tting
back into its original position.
a) Short nozzle = adjustable conical ranging from jet
stream to mist
b) 18-Inch Extension wand = adjustable, ranging
from jet stream to mist
Making sure the ON/OFF switch is in the ON
position, disengage the handle lock (if necessary)
and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin
spraying. When rst beginning to spray, it is normal
for the pump to take a few seconds to build up
pressure and draw liquid up from the tank and
through the hose.

Dispose of extra product based on manufacturer’s
instructions. Rinse out any residual solution in the
spray tank with warm, soapy water. Then spray
fresh water through the sprayer for 3 to 5 minutes
to completely clear the tank of chemicals.
Disconnect the coiled hose from the tank cap and
squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to completely
empty the hose and spray gun of liquid. Allow the
hose to hang down towards the ground to drain
residual water.
Dry the sprayer tank and clear the nozzle or wand
attachment of any buildup.
Store the sprayer in a clean, cool, shaded location
to protect it from extreme heat or frost.
For long-term storage, regular discharging and
charging of the battery is required to maximize
battery life. We recommend charging the battery
every 4 weeks. Never allow the battery to be
fully discharged.
STEP 3.
AFTER YOU FINISH
SPRAYING
A)
Proper sprayer maintenance is crucial to ensure the life and
performance of your sprayer. Many spray materials can harden
if left in the sprayer causing clogs in the nozzle or hose. Gasoline
should never be used to clean out your sprayer.
