This electric tool is double insulated and is manufactured according to. It has an
appealing design and can be transported easily because of its small
measurements. It provides safe and reliable operation and requires a voltage of
120V and a frequency of 60Hz. The power input is 600W , the no load revolutions
per minute (rpm) is 12000. Metal as well as non-metal materials can be handled
with it.

Attention!
To protect oneself against electric shock, risk of injury and fire, basic safety
measures have to be observed when using electric tools!
Before operating this electric tool, read all operating and safety instructions.
Please keep the safety instructions for future reference.
Installation
1. After taking the electric tool out of the packaging, first of all please check if the
tool has been damaged while in transit. Ensure that the voltage and frequency
rating of the power outlet you use matches the requirements of this tool - if not,
there is danger of Life and the possibility of damaging the tool. The flex has to be
an AWG 18x2c. Damaged flexes have to be replaced by a flex of the same type.
2. Check the wheel guard of the grinding disc. It has to be securely mounted, the
apex angle must not be more than 1800 and it must be neither deformed nor
damaged.
3. Grinding disc
3.1 Do only use pulp reinforced blades with a safety Limit concerning the grinding
speed of not less than 80m/s. They must not be used beyond their expiration
date. Do not use wet blades. Unplug the tool before replacing the blade.

1. El voltaje de la fuente de energía no debe exceder la especificación
correspondiente de la herramienta eléctrica por más de 10%.
2. Revise el disco de pulir. No debe estar dañado, mojado ni agrietado. Por
razones de seguridad, mantener la herramienta eléctrica encendida durante un
minuto después de haber sustituido un disco. Preste atención a los sonidos
inusuales o chispas emergentes. Luego Compruebe si todas las piezas han sido
instaladas correctamente.
3. Esta herramienta eléctrica tiene un interruptor especial. Para encendido,
presione el botón en la posición "I". Si usted presiona ligeramente el botón vuelve
a la posición "0".
¡ PRECAUCIÓN! Sólo presione el pasador de posicionamiento cuando el motor se
haya detenido completamente.
4. Para reemplazar el disco, desconecte la herramienta eléctrica de la fuente de
energía.
Luego presione el pasador de posicionamiento para bloquear las ruedas dentadas.
Afloje la tuerca de fijación con la llave de gancho. Apriete la tuerca de fijación
después de reemplazar el disco.
Si el disco está rotando incorrectamente o vibrando después de haberlo
reemplazado, el mismo tiene que ser reemplazado inmediatamente!
5. Ambas escobillas de carbón deben ser reemplazadas al mismo tiempo cuando
se hayan deteriorado hasta 5 milímetros. Tienen que coincidir con las medidas que
se detallan en imagen 1.

6. Para un mejor efecto abrasivo, mantenga la herramienta eléctrica estable con
un ángulo de 15 a 30 grados (entre disco abrasivo y pieza de trabajo). No presione
la herramienta muy fuerte contra la pieza de trabajo cuando se trabaja sobre una
superficie inclinada. Cuando la velocidad de rotación de la herramienta está
bajando considerablemente, tienes que reducir la presión para asegurar una
operación segura y eficiente. Si la herramienta se pone lenta o se atasca
completamente, la fuente de energía tiene que estar apagada inmediatamente.
7. Situaciones en la que la herramienta eléctrica no debe utilizarse:
-Protección del aislamiento, cable o doble protección están dañados
-Cuando el enchufe o interruptor están dañados o tiene contacto flojo
-Cuando el disco rote irregularmente o en caso de chispas constante.
La herramienta eléctrica tiene que ser reparado inmediatamente, y detener su uso.
8. Mantenga siempre limpios el equipo eléctrico. La ventilación y los orificios deben
mantenerse libres y no debe haber ningun contaminante, como por ejemplo gravilla en
los agujeros.
9. Maneje siempre la herramienta eléctrica con cuidado y precaución. Evite
contacto de los puños contra el disco de esmerilar. Los discos de pulir nunca
deben mojarse ni llegar a punto de congelación.
10. No sobrecargue la herramienta eléctrica. Sólo haga funcionar dentro del rango
especificado de capacidad.

4. If you detect any damage after unpacking the tool, it has to be checked by a
qualified electrician. Disconnect it from the power supply before you open the
tool. Spare parts can be ordered according to the exploded view (picture 2) and
the spare parts List.

For safe operations:
1) Keep work area clean
-- Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
2) Consider work area environment.
-- Do not expose power tools to rain. Do not use power tools in damp or
wet locations. keep work area well lit. Do not use power tools where there
is risk to cause fire or explosion.
3) Guard against electric shock.
-- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators,
ranges, refrigerators).
4) Keep children away.
-- Do not let visitors touch the tool or extension cord, all visitors should be kept
away from area.
5) Store idle tools.
-- When not in use, tools should be stored in a dry, high or locked up place, out
of reach of children.
6) Do not forces the tool.
-- It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended.
7) Use the right tool.
-- Do not force small tools or attachments to do the job of a heavy duty tool. Do
not use tools for purposes not intended; for example, do not use circular saws to
cut tree limbs or logs.
8) Dress properly.
-- Do not wear loose clothing or jewelers; they can be caught in moving parts.
Rubber gloves and non-skid footwear are recommended when working out
doors. Wear protecting hair covering to contain long hair.

10) Connect dust extraction equipment.
-- If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection
facilities ensure these are connected and properly used.
11) Do not abuse the cord.
-- Never carry the tool by the cord or yank it to disconnect it from the socket,
Keep the cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
12) Secure work.
-- Use clamps or a vice to hold the work. It is safer than using your hand and it
frees both hands to operate the tool.

15) Disconnect tools.
-- When not in use, before servicing and when changing accessories such as blades, bits and
cutters.
16) Remove adjusting keys and wrenches.
-- Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the tool
before turning it on.
17) Avoid Unintentional starting.
-- Do not carry a plugged-in tool with a nger on the switch. Ensure switch, is o when plugging
in.
18) Use outdoor extension leads.
-- When tool is used outdoors, use only extension cord intended for outdoor use.
19) Stay alert.
-- Watch what you are doing, Use common sense. Do not operate tool when you are tired.
20) Check damaged parts.
-- Better further use of the tool, a guard or other part that is damaged should be carefully
checked to determine that it would operate properly and perform its intended function. Check
for alignment of moving parts, free running of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting and
any other conditions that may aect its operational. A guard or other part is damaged could be
properly repaired or replaced by an authorized service center unless otherwise indicated in this
instruction manual. Have defective switches replaced by an authorized service facility. Do not use
the tool if the switch does not turn it on and o.

- Check that speed marked on the wheel is equal to or greater than the rated speed of the grinder.
- Ensure that the wheel dimensions are compatible with the grinder.
- Abrasive wheels shall be stored and handled with care in accordance with manufacturer's
instructions.
- Inspect the grinding wheel before use; do not use chipped, cracked or otherwise defective

OPERACION
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRINDING
- Ensure that blotters are used when they are provided with the bonded abrasive
product and when they are required.
- Ensure that the abrasive product is correctly mounted and tightened before use
and run the tool at no-load for 30 seconds. a safe position, stop immediately if
there is considerable vibration or if other defects are detected. If this condition
occurs, check the machine to determine the cause.
- It a guard is supplied with the tool never use the tool without such a guard:
- Do not use separate reducing bushings or adapters to adapt large hole abrasive
wheels; for tools intended to be fitted with threaded hole wheel, ensure that the
thread in the wheel is long enough to accept the spindle length.
- Check that the work piece is properly supported.
- Do not use cutting o wheel for side grinding.
- Ensure that sparks resulting from use do not create a hazard e.g. do not hit
persons. Or ignite flammable substances.
- Ensure that ventilation openings are kept clear when working in dusty conditions.
If it should become necessary to clear dust. First disconnect the tool from the
mains supply (use non metallic objects) and avoid damaging internal parts.
- Always use eye and ear protection. Other personal protective equipment such as
dust mask. Gloves, helmet and apron should be worn.
- The wheel continues to rotate after the tool is switched o.
