4-DRAWER SERVICE CART
Description
This Westward heavy-duty service cart has a durable red finish,
two tiers and two full-extension drawers with ball-bearing drawer
slides and full-width aluminum drawer pulls. Cart includes
internal locking system and one side handle. Four swivel 4 x 1-
1/4 in. casters with a 250lb. load rating. This cart is ideal for
organizing and storing parts, components, and tools. Also great
for transporting those items to various work locations. Bottom
shelf ideal for bulky items. Powder-coated finish prevents
surface rust. Drawer liners included.
Unpacking
After unpacking unit, inspect carefully for any damage that may
have occurred during transit. Check for loose, missing, or
damaged parts. Shipping damage claim must be filed with carrier.

General Safety Information
Ensure the top cover and drawers are closed and locked completely before moving the cart. Use the brakes
when not moving the cart. When moving this product, do not pull it. Instead, push the product to prevent
personal injury.
Follow the assembly instructions to assemble the cart properly. Improper assembly may cause personal injury. Do
not alter the product in any manner. Do not step or climb on the cart.

Assembly
NOTE: Finger tighten all bolts until the cart is completely assembled, then wrench tighten. When assembling the cart,
please start from top to bottom.
1. Assemble D (4) to A using G (14) and I (14). Leave holes for handle attachment unused.
2. Assemble C using H (2) and I (2) and L (2). The handle should be installed outside the angle in the second holes
down.
3. Assemble J (2) and K (2) using G(16), L(16), and I (16). Casters w/ brake must be installed on the same side as
the handle.
4. Assemble D (4) to B using G (16), I (16) and L (38)
5. Assemble E(2) and F(2) using G(8) and I (8)
6. Tighten all bolts
7. To remove drawers, the retaining clip on the slides needs to be released by pushing lever up on one side and
down on the other side at the same time, and slide out. To reinstall drawers, place on slide channels and slide in
fully.

Lubricate lock with graphite. Lubricate the ball bearing slides with grease.
