Lire attentivement ce mode d’emploi avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois et le
conserver pour les utilisations futures.
- Utiliser l’appareil uniquement pour des usages domestiques, et uniquement pour de
l’alimentation, conformément aux indications de ce mode d’emploi.
- Ne jamais plonger l’appareil dans l’eau.
- Ne pas insérer l’appareil dans un micro-ondes.
- Ne pas surcharger la balance en dépassant la capacité maximale de 5kg, le capteur de
pesage risquerait d’être endommagé.
- Ne pas déposer des aliments chauds ou des récipients chauds tels que des casseroles
sur le plateau de pesage.
- Ne pas soumettre l’appareil à toute force excessive.
- Ne pas placer l’appareil à proximité d’un four ou de toute autre source de chaleur
directe.
- Ne pas nettoyer l’appareil avec des produits chimiques abrasifs.
- Ne pas laisser la balance au contact d’aliments aux couleurs prononcées ou d’acides
tels que le zeste d’agrumes, la surface plastique de la balance risquerait d’être
endommagée.
- Ne jamais réparer l’appareil vous-même. Vous perdriez le bénéfice de la garantie.
Comme tout appareil électrique, il doit être réparé par une personne qualifiée.

- Wipe over the scale with a damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive or chemical agents to clean.

- If a negative weight appears (example: « -81 »), press once more the M/TARE button.
- If « E » appears on the display, you have overloaded the scale. Remove the weighed item
and press the M/TARE again.
- If « Lo » appears on the display, change the battery and take the used ones to a battery
collection point.

- Press the M/TARE button. Press the ▲button to chose « ml » measurement. Add the
liquid into the bowl.

- Press the M/TARE button. Press the MODE button and chose seconds with ▲or ▼
buttons. Press M/TARE and chose minutes with ▲or ▼buttons.
- Press again M/TARE to start countdown. When buzzer starts, press MODE button to stop.

La balance fonctionne avec 2 piles lithium 3V fournies
CR2032. Enlever la languette de protection des piles au
dos de la balance avant de la faire fonctionner.

- Press the M/TARE button. 88888 appears on the screen, then 0g.
- To change the unit of measurement (gr, lb oz, ml or fl.oz), press the button ▲.
TO WEIGH
TO WEIGH
- Press the M/TARE button. Wait until 0g appears and then place the item into the bowl.
Weight will be displayed on the screen.
TO ADD AND WEIGH
TO ADD AND WEIGH
- Press the M/TARE button. Place the item into the bowl. When weight will be displayed on
the screen, press again the M/TARE button, the display will reset to 0g. Now you can add
next item to be weighted.
- This operation can be repeated until the maximum capacity of the scale is reached.
- If you take items out of the bowl, the screen will show the negative weight of items,
press the button M/TARE, display will return to « 0 ».

- Pour sélectionner l’unité de mesure (gr, lb oz, ml ou fl.oz), appuyer sur le bouton ▲.

- Appuyer sur le bouton M/TARE pour allumer la balance.
- Lorsque l’affichage indique « 0 », placer l’élément à peser dans le bol. Le poids s’affiche
sur l’écran.

- Appuyer sur le bouton M/TARE pour allumer la balance.
- Placer l’ingrédient à peser. Le poids s’affiche sur l’écran.
- Appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton M/TARE. L’écran affiche 0g. Vous pouvez maintenant
ajouter le nouvel ingrédient à peser.
- Cette opération peut être répétée jusqu’à ce que la capacité maximale soit atteinte.
- Si vous retirez les ingrédients du bol, l’afficheur indique le poids en négatif. Appuyer sur
le bouton M//TARE, l’afficheur indique de nouveau « 0 ».

- Appuyer sur le bouton ▲pour sélectionner l’unité « ml ». Ajouter les liquides dans le bol.

- Appuyer sur le bouton MODE. Déterminer les secondes souhaitées à l’aide des boutons
▲ou ▼. Appuyer sur le bouton M/TARE et déterminer les minutes.
- Appuyer de nouveau sur M/TARE pour initialiser le compte à rebours. Quand le minuteur
sonne, appuyer sur le bouton MODE pour arrêter.

supplied. Remove battery protection tab at the back of the
scale before use.

CAUTIONS
READ ALL THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following :
- Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these

- Never immerse the product in water or any liquid for any reasons. This appliance must
be placed in a dry environment.
- Never put the appliance into a microwaves.
- Do not overload the scale by exceeding the maximum weighing capacity of 5 kg.
- Do not place hot food or hot containers such as saucepans onto the tray and never put it
near hot surfaces.
- Do not subject the scale to excessive force.
- Do not clean the appliance with abrasive chemicals.
- Do not leave the scale in contact with strongly coloured food or acid as the zest from
citrus fruits, the surface could be damaged.
- Should interventions be made by a non-qualified person, guarantee conditions would be
cancelled. As all electrical products, a competent electrician must repair it.
