1.5.2. Install Panel to Wall Mount Box
To install panel perform the following steps as shown in Figure 5
Remove front cover of panel as described in section 1.5.1
Fit the mounting box to an already prepared recess in the wall using provided wall
mounting holes. Note the mains supply cable, DALI bus cables and network cable
(when used) should be fed through the cut-out at the back of the mounting box.
Connect the two 2 way terminal block plugs to DALI bus cables. Note the terminal
blocks have a ‘key’ which prevents them being swapped over.
Connect the 3 way terminal block plug to mains with Earth, Neutral and Live(E,N, &
L) as shown on the label of the panel
Prepare the networking cable by fixing a RJ45 connector as required
Connect DALI bus connector, mains connector and networking cable (if required) to
the panel
Fix the panel with mounting box while avoiding any trapped wires and secure it to
mounting box using the provided self-taping screws through panel mounting holes as
shown in Figure 5
Finally replace the front cover to panel base by positioning the top edge of cover first
and then pushing the bottom of the cover over the bottom edge of the panel base
