1. Carefully open the container removing all boxes and packing material.
2. Stand the headboard upright against the wall.
3. Insert threaded rod through each insert nut hole in the lower leg of the head board.
4. Connect the side rails to the head board by using its dowel locator inserting threaded rod to the pre bore
holes on the side rails followed by a curved washer w/ hexagonal bolt. Tighten using wrench until head
board is held firmly.
5. Do the same on the other side rail.
6. Repeat same process with the headboard to connect foot board to the side rails.

7. Screw the support leg at the center of the wood slats where a T-nut is located. The T-nut should be on the
top face of the wood slat.
8. Repeat process on all five (5) wooden slats.
9. Place the wood slat on the side rail cleats and align it to the pre bore holes on the side rail.
10. Screw the wood slat into the side rail using the screw gun and tighten until slat is held firmly. Repeat
process on the other side and to all the slats until all five (5) slats are connected.
11. Assembly is complete

Care Instructions:
•Dust often using a clean, soft, dry and lint-free cloth.
•Blot spills immediately and wipe with a clean, damp, cloth.
•Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check to make sure all connections are tight.
•Re-tighten if necessary.
