Introduction

Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury by

means of fire or electric shock we urge that our clients take some basic safety

precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instructions care-

fully and make sure you have understood its content.

Always use a grounded power connection with the appropriate mains voltage. You can find the

corresponding mains voltage on the type plate. If you have any doubts about the connection

being grounded, have it checked by a qualified professional. Never use a faulty electric cable.

The electric part of the device contains no parts that can be inspected or serviced by

the user. Leave the maintenance, adjustment and repair to qualified technical person-

nel. In case of unauthorised intervention the 2-year warranty is no longer valid! Keep

these operation instructions safe.

Package contents:

Please inspect and look for damages from shipping when package is first received. If

the unit is damaged in any way, please contact customer service and include pictures

if possible.

In the package, you will find:

a) One 3024 oil extractor.

b) Probes 5 pieces.

c) Operation Instruction

Time for the depression at 8-10 bar is 2-3 min.

Air-consumption is 200 lt /min.

1. TANK DEPRESSION

a. Close all cock, beside cock〝3〞.

b. Connect compressed air (8-12 bars) position〝A〞.

c. Open gradually cock〝9〞up to the max. depression (0.58-0.60 cm/Hg)

d. Close cock〝9〞and disconnect air-compressed-hose.

2. OIL SUCTION

-Connect the correct probe and use the oil-changer, opening the cock 〝8〞

3) TANK EMPTYING

-Connect air compressor with position” 5”, then open value “12” gradually for mak-

ing tank pressure reaching 1 bar.

-If necessary, turn off value “12” after achieving 1 bar pressure

-Put ejection pipe into the oil drum, then turn on the value”6”.

-Turn off value “6” after emptying of underside oil tank .

5. SAFTY DEVICE

A safety valve will release pressure when pressure is over 30PSI during ejection.

6. TROUBLE SHOOTING

A：Vacuum meter don’t work

a) Check the air pressure: standard air pressure through “inlet valve "should be

115PSI; Air consumption is 200L/Min.

b) Make sure all the valves are on the correct place.

c) Check vacuum operator-to-tank seal.

B：There is a figure showed on the vacuum meter but the machine don’t aspirate

a) Check extraction hose-to-probe seal.

b) Temperature of waste oil is too low.

c) Make sure that extraction pipe open.

d) Make sure that extraction pipe do not block off and probe don’t touch the bot-

tom of tank.

7. ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

d) Check leakage of the machine regularly.

a) Pipe to pipe connection should be close together.

b) It’s necessary to release the waste oil as soon as possible in case of the

corroding of tank.

8、NOTES

a) Application for oil change with probe: for plastic probe big suction capacity

0.42Gallon/min, small one 0.16 Gallon/min.

b) If you work for suction oil for a long time, please check the adapter ofthe probe

for leakage.

c) For TOYOTA and CAMEY automobile there’s a problem with the probe oper-

ation. You’d better unscrew drain bolt to release instead of using probe.

d) Names of Parts:

N.B.: It is not allowed to fill the tank over the max level,

which is indicated on the pipe on the side of the b

arrel.
