DVD Archiving Guide
Follow this guide to back up data files such as photos, music, and more from a USB flash drive
connected to your DVDRX250 on to a recordable DVD.
Turn on your DVDRX250 and insert a blank DVD.1.
Connect USB flash drive and press the “2. USB” button on the remote control.
The “file manager”will load up.
Using the up and down keys on your remote choose “3. USB1” from the list and press the
“Select” button.
Choose the files you wish to copy across by pressing the “4. Add/Clear” button on your
remote. A marked file will have a yellow check mark next to it.
When you are done with the file selections, press the “5. Right” arrow key on your remote
and choose “Copy” with the “Select” button
On the “6. Copy To” screen, highlight the DVD DRIVER and press the “Right” arrow key and
choose “Complete”
The DVDRX250 will begin copying your selected files and you can observe the progress at7.
the bottom of the screen.
The above instructions also apply to when you wish to copy data files from the HDD to DVD.

To copy television recordings from the HDD to a DVD, please follow the instructions on page 17 of the
DVDRX250 manual.
