8. Never exceedtherecommendedloadcapacity.Cargoshouldbeproperlydistributedandsecurely
attached.Ifcarryingaload,allowgreaterdistancesforbrakingandreduceyourspeed,especiallyif
pullingasmalltrailer.Overloading,orimproperloading,cancause mechanicalfailure lossofcontrol
andunnecessarydanger.
9. Neverfitunauthorizedaccessoriestothe UTV.

33. Don’tsiphontoxicliquidslikefuel,orbrakefluidby mouth,orallowthemtoremainonyourskin.
34. Wipeupanyoil,orgrease thatcouldcauseyoutoslip,orlosethecontrolsonthe UTV.
35. Don'tallowanimals,orchildrenaroundanunattendedUTV.
36. Remember,manypeoplehavelostfingersandlimbs thathavegotpulledintomovingparts,

partsandfreightcosts
Thewarrantycoversfaultyworkmanshipanddefectsintheengine,CVTtransmissionanddifferentialsetc.
ALL warrantyclaimsmustbeaccompaniedwiththepurchasedocumentation.
WARRANTYEXCLUSIONS:
A. Normalwearandtearitemssuchasair filter,oilfilter,fuelfilter,belts,bushings,gaskets,bearings,brake
pads,tires,lights,wiring,battery,electricalcomponentsetc.
B. Damageorabnormalweardue toaccidentor neglect.
C. UsesthatFarmBoss 1000 isnotdesignedfore.g.overloading,excessiveheavyloadtowing,orfittingof
nonapproved/standardaccessoriesorequipment.
D. Waterimmersionorcorrosionanddamagearisingthere-from.
E. Use ofincorrectorcontaminatedoilsorfuels
F. Lackofregular maintenanceandservicing
G. Damagetoengineor transmissionby operatingwithoutanyor insufficientoils,improperorlackofair
cleaner maintenance.

OWNER’SOBLIGATIONS:
A. Therunningin(brakein)procedure mustbe followedcarefullyasdescribedinthehandbook.
B. All workonthe vehiclemustbeperformedby aWinwayauthorizeddealer.
C. Theowner musttakethevehicletoanauthorizedWinwaydealerfor periodicmaintenance,asinthe
maintenancechartprovided.Thisworkisfortheowners’expense.Itisrecommendedthatafterthe
warrantyexpires,workonthevehicleandmaintenanceistill doneby anauthorizeddealertoprolong
thevehicle’slife.
Maintenance mustbe recordedinthe service recordsectionofthisbook.Thiswillalso assistinobtaining
a higher price forthevehicleifitisre-sold.
