Pleasereadthisusermanualcarefullybeforeinstallationandcommissioning.

3. Pre-installationinspections

installedislocked,andthatthegaugevalveoflevelgaugeislocked.
4) Checktheflange,etc.therethelevelgaugewillbeinstalledonthevesselortankisfreeof
foreignmaterial.
5) Inordertopreventdamagetothegaugetubeduetodistortionofthemainbody,checktheC
toC&theflatnessoftheflangesurface,whethertheboltholesbetweenbothflangesare
straight,andwhethertheheightofbothflangesurfacesisthesame..

4. Precautionsforinstallationandoperationoftheproduct
4-1.Pre-operationchecks(Warmingup)
1) Warmupforapproximately80minutesuntilthetemperatureandpressureoftheinstalledlevel
gaugematchthetemperatureandpressureofthetankorothervesselwherethelevelgauge
hasbeeninstalled.
2) Oncethelevelgaugeisready,slowlyopentheuppergaugevalve.Openthelowergaugevalve
byturningapproximately2to3timestoallowthefluidinsidethevesseltolowlyenterthelevel
gauge.
(Suddenlyopeningthegaugevalvecausingrapidflowoffluidintothelevelgaugemaytrigger
thecheckballandblocktheentryoffluidintothelevelgauge.Theimpactfromasuddeninflow
offluidmaydamagetheglassofthelevelgaugecover.)
3) Confirmthroughtheglasscoverofthelevelgaugethatthefluidentersthegaugeandindicates
thelevelinsidethevessel.Thencompletelyopenthelowergaugevalve.

4-2.Troubleshooting
Iftheleveloffluidisnotvisiblethroughtheglasscoverofthelevelgaugeevenafterthelevel
gaugehasbeeninstalled,pleasecheckthefollowing.
1) Confirmthattheblockvalveonthevesselandthegaugevalveofthelevelgaugeareopen.
(Thefluidwillnotenterthegaugeistheblockvalveandgaugevalveareclosed.)
2) Wheninstallingandoperating,checkifrapidingressoffluidhastriggeredthecheckball.
(Ifthecheckballofthegaugevalvehasbeentriggered,closethegaugvalvefully,thenopenthe
gaugevalvebyturning1to2timestoallowthefluidtoslowlyenterthelevelgauge.)
3) Checktheinsideofthelevelgaugeforforeignmatter.
(Foreignmatterinthelevelgaugemayblocktheinflowoffluid.)
 

6. Transport,packagingandstorageoftheproduct

6) Anydamagetotheproductduringtransportshouldberecordedinthedocumentation.Claims
forcompensationfordelaysininstallationmaybemadeagainstthetransportingcompany.
7) Relativehumidityandtemperatureareappliedaccordingtobelowcondition,duringstorage
andtransporting.

1.1 소개
㈜와이즈에서 제작하는 관형 레벨 게이지(Tubulartypelevelgauge)는 유체가 저장된 탱크 등의 외부에
설치하여, 탱크 등 용기 외부에 부착된 레벨 게이지 내부로 유체를 유입시켜 탱크 등의 용기 내부에 저
장된 유체의 수위를 확인하는 제품입니다.
관형 레벨 게이지(Tubulartypelevelgauge)는 고객의 사양에 따라 제조되는 제품 입니다.
1.2 사용설명서 관련 정보
1) 본 사용설명서에는 장치의 올바른 취급에 관한 중요한 정보가 들어 있으므로 설치 및 시험 운전을 하
기 전 이 사용 설명서를 주의 깊게 읽어주십시오.
2) 본 사용설명서에 명시된 안전 및 취급 지침을 따라주십시오. 적용 가능한 사고예방 규정과 안전 규정
뿐만 아니라 국가 설치 표준 및 인정된 행동 규범을 준수해야 합니다.
3) 본 사용설명서는 제품 일부로써 제품 설치 장소 근처에 항상 작업자가 확인할 수 있도록 비치 되어야

3) 사용 가능한 온도 범위 내에서 사용하십시오.
4) 무리한 하중, 진동, 충격을 가하지 마십시오.

3. 제품 설치 전 점검 사항
1) 운송 중 제품에 손상이 없는지 확인하십시오.
2) 제품의 태그 번호 및 설치 위치의 제품인지 확인하십시오.
3) 탱크 등 용기에 레벨 게이지가 설치 될 위치의 블록 밸브(Isolationvalve)가 잠궈진 상태인지, 레벨 게
이지의 게이지 밸프(Gaugevalve)가 잠궈진 상태인지 확인하십시오.
4) 탱크 등 용기에 레벨 게이지가 설치 될 배관 플랜지 등에 이물질이 없는지 확인해 주십시오.
5) 본체의 뒤틀림에 의한 게이지 관의 파손을 방지하기 위하여 CtoC, 플랜지 면의 평면도 및 양쪽 플랜
지간 볼트 홀의 일직선 여부, 양쪽 플랜지면의 높이가 동일한지 등을 확인하십시오.

4. 제품 설치 및 조작 방법
4-1. 작동 전 준비 (Warmingup)
1) 설치된 레벨 게이지의 온도와 압력이 레벨 게이지가 설치된 탱크 등 용기의 온도, 압려과 동일해 질
때 까지 약 80분 간 중비 상태를 유지합니다.
2) 준비 상태가 끝난 레벨 게이지의 상부 기이지 밸브를 천천히 열어 주십시오. 탱크 등 용기 내부의 유
체가 레벨 게이지 내부로 천천히 유입 될 수 있도록 하부 게이지 밸브를 약 2~3바퀴 정도 열어 주십
시오.
(게이지 밸브를 빠르게 열게 되어 유체가 레벨 게이지 내부로 급격하게 유입될 경우, 게이지 밸브의
체크볼(Checkball)이 동작하여 레벨 게이지 내부로 유체의 유입을 차단하게 될 수 있습니다.
또한 급격한 유체 유입으로 인한 충격에 의해 레벨 게이지 커버의 유리가 파손될 우려가 있습니다.)
3) 레벨 게이지 관을 통해 유체가 정상적으로 유입 되어 탱크 등 용기의 수위를 지시하는지 확인 후, 하
부 게이지 밸브를 완전히 열어 주십시오.

4-2. 문제 발생 시 확인 사항
레벨 게이지 설치 및 작동 이후에도 레벨 게이지 관을 통해 유체 수위를 확인할 수 없는 경우 다음 사항
을 확인하여 주십시오.
1) 탱크 등 용기의 블록 밸브와 레벨 게이지의 게이지 밸브가 열린 상태인지 확인하여 주십시오.
(블록 밸브 및 게이지 밸브가 잠궈진 경우 유체가 유입되지 않을 수 있습니다.)
2) 설치 및 작동 시 급격한 유체 유입으로 인해 체크볼이 동작되었는지 확인하여 주십시오.
(게이지 밸브의 체크볼이 동작 되었다면 게이지 밸브를 끝까지 잠궈준 뒤, 다음 레벨 게이지 내부로
유체가 천천히 유입될 수 있도록 게이지 밸브를 약 1~2바퀴 정도 열어 주십시오.)
3) 레벨 게이지 내부에 이물질이 있는지 확인하여 주십시오.
(레벨 게이지 내부의 이물질로 인하여 유체 유입이 차단되어 수위 확인이 어려울 수 있습니다.)


5. 유지보수
1) 공장 안전 규정을 준수하십시오.
2) 작업을 시작하기 전에 레벨게이지 내부가 비어있는지 확인하여야 합니다.
3) 교체 후 다시 조립할 때는 새 가스켓을 사용해야 합니다. 
4) 분해 및 조립하는 절차는 아래와 같습니다.

4-1) 분해 (그림 1 참조)
(a) 게이지 밸브 (상,하부)를 닫고 드레인 밸브를 열어 유체와 압력을 제거합니다.
(b) 호스밴드(①)와 커넥션 너트(②)를 느슨하게 풀고 게이지 관(⑤)과 보호관(⑥)을 밸브에서 분리
합니다.
4-2) 재조립 (그림 1 참조)
(a) 게이지 관(⑤)을 살짝 가열한 후 슬리브(④)를 삽입합니다.
(b) 커넥션 너트(②)와 슬리브 가스켓(③)을 사용하여 (a)에 조립한 게이지 관을 게이지 밸브에 조립
합니다.(누수가 발생하지 않도록 단단히 조입니다.)
(c) 보호관(⑥)을 호스밴드(①)를 이용하여 슬리브(④)에 단단히 고정합니다.


6. 제품의 운송 및 포장, 보관
1) 제품은 습기, 먼지 및 기타 오염 물질에 노출되지 않아야 합니다.
2) 제품은 충격에 노출되지 않도록 보관되어야 합니다.
3) 수리를 위한 반품의 경우 원래의 포장 상태로 안전하게 포장하고 관련 서류도 함께 반환해야 합니다.
4) 운송 도중 제품이 습기나 먼지, 기타 오염원에 노출되지 않도록 해야 합니다.
5) 운송 도중 제품이 충격에 노출되지 않도록 포장하여야 합니다.
6) 운송 중에 손상된 제품은 문서에 기록되어야 합니다. 그리고 설치 지연에 따른 모든 보상은 운송 회사
에 청구할 수 있습니다.
7) 보관 또는 운송 중 상대습도 및 온도는 아래 조건에 따라 적용해야 합니다.
-온도 : 20±10℃ / 상대 습도 : 최대 60% 가 적용되어야 합니다.








