Do not impose excessive pressure beyond the allowance.
Do not use corrosive measuring fluid.
This may cause pressure measuring element damage or rupture, resulting in measurung spill, eventually human injury or surrounding destruction.
Avoid excessive load, vibration, or shock. The glass tube may be broken.
This may cause product damage or rupture to spill measuring fluid, resulting in human injury or surrounding destruction.
Keep the working temperature range.(* Ambient : -40 ~ 65℃, * Fluid : Max. 100℃)
In excess of the working temperature range, the pressure switch may be broken or damaged to destroy the surroundings.
Use the device within the rated in/out value as written in the specification. Otherwise, the device may fall in trouble.
Both ends of a cable shall be the solderless terminal coated with an insulator.
The cable gland shall have the specified explosionproof grade or equivalent.
As for wiring, follow the internal wiring rules and the electric facility technology standard.
To detach the pressure switch, be sure to close the valve to block the measuring fluid. Measuring fluid spillage may destroy the surroundings.
When you are using oxygen for the measuring fluid, rely on the Use No Oil manometer.
Any oil reside in an ordinary product may react with oxygen, causing fire or explosion.
During site installation, be sure to follow this manual.
Do not modify the product by all means. Be sure to consult with us prior to repair.
Before you open the product case for installation, be sure to shut off the power behorehand.
Wiring while current is flowing may cause electric shock. Be sure to shut off the power beforehand.
For the right use and safety of this product, please read through this manual prior to use. Handling error may cause device trip, injury, or disaster.

The pressure switch is the most suitable for simultaneous use of pressure indication and switching.
Since the measuring element is separate for indication and contact, the indication is correct after mounting the switch.
It can be used for explosionproof or hazardous area.
In the case of micro switch type, the indication scale and setting scale are installed separately, so the setting is very easy.
In the case of the micro switch type, stable opening and closing operation can be achieved by SNAP ACTION.

5. Spiral Spring
6. Pointer
When pressure is applied to the Bourdon Tube, it extends vertically.
This vertical movement of Bourdon Tube is delivered to the Movement,
and the Movement changes this vertical movement.
Movement is consist of lever and gear, and its main role is converting
vertical movement into a rotating motion.
Generally, the vertical movement of Bourdon Tube ranges from 3~4mm,
and its principle is to point currently applied pressure by using a turn
angle 270°
Therefore, Bourdon Tube and Movement are the most important,
and these parts must be well assembled in the pressure gauge because
these parts leads to precise machining accurracy.

8. How to Set
1) Upper Limit Type (H)
It will be turned ON if the pressure on the rise reaches the set value of the indicator hand.
Adjust with the indicator hand to a new setting by moving it from the upper limit to upper limit.
2) Lower Limit Type (L)
It will be turned ON if the decreasing pressure reaches the set value of the indicator hand.
Adjust with the indicator hand to a new setting by moving it from the lower limit to upper limit.

When installing a gauge for the first time, it is recommended to use the valve so it can be removed or controlled easlily.
It is required to find out followings before using the gauge.
Before using the gauge, make sure zero point is properly adjusted.
On the connection screw, use teflon tape or gasket to install the gauge firmly.
When installation is finished, slowly open the valve to find out the pointer is correctly indicating current pressure.

3)
4)
Do not impose excessive force on the casing.
Use plastic insulated or cabtyre cables corresponding to the load.
Connect the wire after confirming the contact type indicated on the connection diagram.
In case of cable gland type, use explosion-proof cable gland.

Store this product free of moisture, vibration, dust or corrosive gas.
Avoid higher temperature than specified in this manual.
Be prepared for lightning or vapor.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Use M5 bolts when fixing the product to the panel or wall through fixing holes. When you use fittings, fix them firmly.
Use a flexible tube for the impulse line to prevent excessive force on the pressure gauge.
For pipe connection, do not grab and turn the product case, rather use a designated spanner.

The grounding terminal is made of aluminum to prevent corrosion.
The ground bolt is made of 304SS.
Spring washers are used to prevent loosening of the grounding terminal.
Since the grounding terminal of the product uses O type, connect it accordingly.
The outer diameter of the external grounding terminal is 4sq. Therefore, connect the grounding wire accordingly.

The commercial pressure shall be below 75% of the max graduation.
Do not impose a pressure beyond the allowable limit.
Avoid sudden pressure surge or drop.
If there is a risk of pulsation or impact pressure, install overpressure protection device like dampener or gauge protector.
like dampener or gauge protector.
The regular inspection shall be made once or twice in 6 months to check contact operation.
If the indication instrument makes a big error, remove it from the product for inspection.
It may have been caused by wear, corrosion, external shock, vibration, or shock of a part.
In this case, you must remove, adjust, or exchange the part.
The standard rated current shall follow 5. 1) but it may be different when the product is equipped with a special micro software.
Please, add some allowance to the rated current written in this product, considering the inrush current.
The micro switch contact resistance is destined to increase gradually as per the elapsed time.
Under minute load in Si environment, in particular, SiO2 which is accompanied by contact operation may deposit on the contact to
increase the contact resistance abruptly, so you must ventilate or move to a clean environment. When you use the product for control
sequence input, there is more possibility of contact disorder, so please use an AC 110/220V buffer relay between the contact and the sequence.
Before you open or close the cover for pressure gauge repair or inspection, be sure to shut off the power.
Malfunctioning of the switch may ignite the explosive gas in the gauge.
