Introduction
Thank you for choosing to purchase this quality product. To minimise the risk of injury, we ask you to
always take some basic safety precautions when using this product. Please read this operating manual
carefully and make sure that you understand it.
Keep these operation instructions in a safe place.
This manual honey extractor has a solid and durable construction. It has been designed to meet the
high demands of hobby beekeepers. All parts getting into contact with honey are made of stainless steel
and can easily be cleaned. The extractor has the following features:
•The bottom of the vessel is extra solid.
•Its 3 feet assure its stability.
•The Plexiglas cover has two parts and can be removed.
•The spinning basket allows room for 4 frames.
•It is suitable for all current hives, Zander, Langstroth, DN, etc.
•The extractor does not have a freewheel function.
After unpacking, check if there are transport locks or safety wedges inside the machine; remove them.
Place the machine on a flat and horizontal surface. By fixing the machine to the surface, the stability
during operation can be improved. Check the screws of the machine feet for tightness. If a screw is not
tight enough, re-tighten it.
Before operation, check all parts of the honey extractor for damage. Fix the feet to the extractor with the
help of the screws and washers included (see Fig.).
Operate the hand crank to control the operational readiness of the extractor. The inner frames should
be able to turn clockwise and counter-clockwise without any problems. If not, check if all transport locks
have been removed and see if the extractor has been deformed during transport.
