Tips, safety & care
•The maximum load weight of the kayak is 240kg.Do not
exceed this load weight at any time.
•Ensure that you have the appropriate clothing for the
weather or climate in which you are paddling. It is highly
recommended that you wear abuoyancy aid or personal
flotation device at all times when you are on the water.
•The kayak should be drained thoroughly, wiped clean and
dried after every use.Use the drain plug on the bow to
assist with draining.
•Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning. Most dirt can be
removed with amild soap and fresh water.
•To store the kayak, deflate using the valves on each
chamber.Fold the walls over the floor so that the kayak
base is pushed down flat to prevent it from becoming
misshapen.Fold both ends towards the middle of the
kayak leaving enough space for asecond fold.Secure with
the provided strap.
•The kayak should be stored inside the provided bag in a
cool dry environment and away from direct sunlight.
•Ensure that no water gets inside the air chambers as this
can severely damage the product.Drain any water and
dry thoroughly before re-attaching the valve and inflating.
•From time-to-time your valve may need tightening to
prevent any air leaks. To tighten the valve first ensure that
the board is fully deflated.Insert the tool into the valve and
push upwards from the underside of the board to ensure
that the valve is making firm contact with the thread.Next,
turn the tool clockwise until the valve is secure.
