1.1 Informationen zur Be-
dienungsanleitung
Diese Bedienungsanleitung ermöglicht Ihnen die
sichere Bedienung des Wöhler HD-
Miniaturkamerakopfes Ø 26 mm. Bewahren Sie
diese Bedienungsanleitung dauerhaft auf.
Der Kamerakopf darf grundsätzlich nur von fach-
kundigem Personal für den bestimmungsgemä-
ßen Gebrauch eingesetzt werden.
Für Schäden, die aufgrund der Nichtbeachtung
dieser Bedienungsanleitung entstehen, überneh-
men wir keine Haftung.
Diese Bedienungsanleitung wurde auf umwelt-
freundlichem Altpapier ausgedruckt.

Kennzeichnet Hinweise auf Gefahren, die Be-
schädigungen Kamerakopfes zur Folge haben
können.

1.3 Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Der Wöhler HD-Miniaturkamerakopf dient in Ver-
bindung mit dem Monitor Wöhler VIS 700 zur Vi-
deoinspektion von engen Rohren, Schächten und
Spalten ab Ø 40 mm.
HINWEIS!
Die Fokusfunktion des Wöhler VIS 700 HD-
Kamerasystems funktioniert nur, wenn der HD-
Dreh- und Schwenkkopf Ø 40 mm angeschlossen
ist, nicht wenn der HD-Miniaturkamerakopf ange-
schlossen ist .
1.4 Transport
ACHTUNG!
Durch unsachgemäßen Transport kann der Ka-
merakopf beschädigt werden!
Um Transportschäden zu vermeiden, muss das
Gerät stets in dem dafür vorgesehenen Koffer
bzw. der Schutztasche transportiert werden.

2 Wichtige Hinweise
Augenschutz
WARNUNG!
Richten Sie den Kamerakopf nicht direkt auf die
Augen, wenn die Kamera eingeschaltet ist. Die
LEDs sind äußerst lichtstark und können die Au-
gen blenden.
Arbeitsumgebung
ACHTUNG!
Schieben Sie den Kamerakopf nicht in eine stark
ölverschmierte oder säurehaltiger Umgebung.
Nutzen Sie Kamerakopf und Stange niemals zum
Wegschieben von Hindernissen.
Arbeitstemperatur
ACHTUNG!
Verwenden Sie den Kamerakopf nicht bei Tempe-
raturen über 40°. Hohe Temperaturen können die
Kamera beschädigen.

4 Anschluss des
Kamerakopfes an
Kabel oder Stange
Der Kamerakopf verfügt über eine 5-polige Kupp-
lungs-Buchse. Die Kamerastange oder das Kame-
rakabel sind mit einem 5-poligen Kabelstecker
ausgestattet.
•
Stecken Sie den 5-poligen Stecker der Kame-
rastange auf die Buchse des Kamerakopfes.
•
Verschrauben Sie anschließend die Gewinde-
stücke von Kamerakopf und Kamerastange.
ACHTUNG!
Erst eine feste Verschraubung sorgt für eine was-
serdichte Verbindung.

Lokalisierung

5 Lokalisierung
Im Wöhler HD-Miniaturkamerakopf befindet sich
eine Sendespule, die Signale mit 9,2 kHz aussen-
det. Diese Signale können mit dem Locator Wöh-
ler L 200 geortet werden, so dass während der
Inspektion die genaue Position des Kamerakopfes
im Rohrsystem festgestellt werden kann.
HINWEIS!
Der Sender muss mithilfe der Tastatur des Kame-
rasystems im Kameramenü unter dem Punkt
Setup eingeschaltet werden.

tung und Pflege
•Reinigen Sie das Objektiv nur mit einem
sauberen, weichen, feuchten Tuch ohne
Einsatz von Reinigungsmitteln.

7.1 Garantie
Jeder Wöhler HD-Miniaturkamerakopf wird im
Werk in allen Funktionen geprüft und verlässt
unser Werk erst nach einer ausführlichen Quali-
tätskontrolle. Bei sachgemäßem Gebrauch be-
trägt die Garantiezeit auf den
Wöhler HD-Miniaturkamerakopf Ø 26 mm
12 Monate ab Verkaufsdatum. Die Kosten für den
Transport und die Verpackung des Geräts im Re-
paraturfall werden von dieser Garantie nicht ab-
gedeckt.
Diese Garantie erlischt, wenn Reparaturen und
Abänderungen von dritter, nicht autorisierter Stelle
an dem Gerät vorgenommen wurden.
7.2 Service
Der SERVICE wird bei uns sehr groß geschrie-
ben. Deshalb sind wir auch selbstverständlich
nach der Garantiezeit für Sie da.

reparieren ihn innerhalb weniger Tage und
schicken ihn Ihnen mit unserem Paketdienst.

1.1 Operation Manual In-
formation
This operation manual allows you to work safely
with the HD Mini Camera Head 26 mm. Please
keep this manual for your information.
The Wöhler Camera Head should be employed by
professionals for its intended use only.
Liability is void for any damages caused by not
following this manual.

ATTENTION!
Not following this note can cause permanent
damage to the device.

Useful information
1.3 Intended Use
The Wöhler HD Mini camera head is designed for
the inspection of pipes, air ducts chimneys, water
lines, ventilation lines from Ø 40 mm on. It has to
be connected to the Wöhler VIS 700 camera mon-
itor.
HINWEIS!
The focus function of the Wöhler VIS 700 HD
camera system only works when the HD pan and
tild camera
head Ø 40 mm is connected, not when
the HD miniature camera head is connected.
1.4 Transport
ATTENTION!
Improper transport can harm the camera head.
Always transport camera head in the case or the
provided box in order to prevent damage.

2 Important information
Eye protection
WARNING!
Never point a connected camera head at your own
or somebody else's eyes when the monitor is swit-
ched on. The LEDs are extremely bright and can
dazzle.
Working environment
CAUTION!
Protect the camera head against oil and acid. Ne-
ver use the camera head and rod to push obstruc-
tions.
Operating Temperature
CAUTION!
Do not use the camera in temperatures above
40°C. High temperatures can damage the camera.

The pan and tilt miniature camera head is con-
nected via a clutch socket with 5 poles to the ca-
ble or the rod.
•
Plug the camera head and camera cable or
the rod together.
•
Turn the thread clockwise for closing the
screw connection tightly for a waterproof con-
nection.
ATTENTION!
Only a tight connection guarantees a waterproof
connection.
5 Localisation
The HD- Mini camera head Ø 26 mm is equipped
with a transmitter coil that transmits signals with a
frequency of 9.2 kHZ. These signals can be locat-
ed by the Locator Wöhler L 200. This way it is
possible to locate the exact position of the camera
head in the pipe system.
NOTE!
The transmitter hast to be activated in the camera
menu (setup-menu).
6 Maintenance
Clean the lens only with a clean damp cloth but
never with cleaning agent.

7 Warranty and Service
7.1 Warranty
Each HD Mini Camera Head will be tested in all
functions and will leave our factory only after ex-
tensive quality control testing. The guarantee pe-
riod for the meter is 12 months from the sales
date, provided that it is used correctly.
This warranty does not cover the freight and pack-
ing costs when the device is sent to the factory for
repair. Service by non authorized personnel or
making modifications camera head voids any war-
ranty.
7.2 Service
Wöhler has built our reputation on excellence in
customer service. Therefore, of course, we are
readily available to assist you after the warranty
period ends.
•
Send us the camera head and we will repair it
and return it to you with our package service.
•
Immediate help is provided by our technical
staff over the telephone.

Ce mode d'emploi vous permet de travailler en
toute sécurité avec votre HD-Tête de Caméra en
Miniature 26 mm. Il doit être conservé à titre
d'information.
La tête de caméra ne peut être utilisé que par un
personnel dûment qualifié aux fins prévues.
Nous déclinons toutes responsabilités pour des
dommages dus à un non respect de ce mode
d'emploi.
1.2 Remarques
Attention !
Désigne des consignes signalant un danger dont
la non-observation peut conduire à des dom-
mages de l'appareil.

Information utile
1.3 Utilisation conforme
La tête de caméra, rotative et pivotante Ø 40 mm
est destinée à l’analyse vidéo de tuyaux étroits,
de puits et de fentes avec le système de caméra
Wöhler VIS.
A NOTER !
La fonction de mise au point du système de ca-
méra Wöhler VIS 700 HD ne fonctionne que lors-
que la tête de caméra HD pivotante Ø 40 mm est
connectee, et non lorsque la tête de caméra mi-
niature HD Ø 26 mm est connectée.
1.4 Transport
Attention !
Un transport inadapté peut endommager l'appa-
reil.
Pour éviter tout dommage pendant le transport, la
tête de caméra doit toujours être transporté dans
la mallette ou le sac de protection prévu à cet
effet.

2 Consignes importantes
Protection des yeux
Danger!
Ne dirigez pas la tête de caméra branchée direc-
tement vers les yeux lorsque l'écran est allumé.
Les LED ont une très forte luminosité et peuvent
aveugler les yeux.
Environnement de travail
Attention !
Ne poussez jamais la tête de caméra dans un en-
vironnement pollue par pétrole ou acide. Ne pous-
sez jamais des obstacles avec la tête de caméra
et la tige.

Attention !
N'utilisez pas la caméra lorsque la température est
supérieure à 40 °. Des températures élevées peu-
vent endommager la caméra.
