1.1 Informationen zur Be-
dienungsanleitung
Diese Bedienungsanleitung ermöglicht Ihnen die
sichere Bedienung des Wöhler Dreh-
Schwenkkamerakopfes Ø 40 mm. Bewahren Sie
diese Bedienungsanleitung dauerhaft auf.
Der Kamerakopf darf grundsätzlich nur von fach-
kundigem Personal für den bestimmungsgemä-
ßen Gebrauch eingesetzt werden.
Für Schäden, die aufgrund der Nichtbeachtung
dieser Bedienungsanleitung entstehen, überneh-
men wir keine Haftung.
Diese Bedienungsanleitung wurde auf umwelt-
freundlichem Altpapier ausgedruckt.

1.3 Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Der Wöhler Dreh-/Schwenkkamerakopf dient zur
Videoinspektion von Rohren, Schächten und
Spalten in Verbindung mit dem Videoinspektions-
system Wöhler VIS.
1.4 Transport ACHTUNG!
Durch unsachgemäßen Transport kann das G
erät
beschädigt werden!
Um Transportschäden zu vermeiden, muss das
Gerät stets in dem dafür vorgesehenen Koffer
bzw. der Schutztasche transportiert werden.

Kamerakopfes an
Kabel oder Stange
Der Dreh-/Schwenkkopf verfügt über eine 8-polige
Kupplungs-Buchse, über die der Kamerakopf mit
der Kamerastange, die mit einem 8-poligen Ka-
belstecker ausgestattet ist, verbunden wird.
 Stecken Sie die Kupplungs-Buchse des Dreh-
/Schwenkkamerakopfes auf den Kabelstecker
der Kamerastange
 Drehen Sie anschließend das Gewindestück
an der Kamerastange zum Verschließen nach
rechts.
ACHTUNG!
Erst eine feste Verschraubung sorgt für eine was-
serdichte Verbindung.
5 Steuerung Der Wöhler Dreh-/Schwenkkamerakopf wird über
die Tastatur des Kamerasystems gesteuert.

Home-Funktion

6 Home-Funktion
Die Home-Funktion ermöglicht es, den Kamera-
kopf automatisch in eine gerade Stellung auszu-
richten, so dass die Kamera „nach vorne schaut“.
Außerdem richtet sich der Kamerakopf nach Drü-
cken der HOME-Taste so aus, dass die Anzeige
parallel zum Erdboden erscheint. (Diese Funktion
entfällt, wenn der Kamerakopf um 90° nach oben
oder unten gerichtet ist. In diesem Fall wird die
Optik nur nach vorne gelenkt).
 Um die Homefunktion zu aktivieren, drücken
Sie auf der Tastatur des Kamerasystems die
SHIFT-Taste und anschließend die HOME-
Taste.
7 Lokalisierung Im Wöhler Dreh-/Schwenkkamerakopf befindet
sich eine Sendespule, die Signale aussendet.
Diese Signale können mit dem Locator Wöhler L
200 geortet werden, so dass während der Inspek-
tion die genaue Position des Kamerakopfes im
Rohrsystem festgestellt werden kann.
HINWEIS!
Der Sender muss mithilfe der Tastatur des Kame-
rasystems im Kameramenü unter dem Punkt
Setup eingeschaltet werden.

 Reinigen Sie das Objektiv nur mit einem
sauberen, weichen, feuchten Tuch ohne
Einsatz von Reinigungsmitteln.

9 Gewährleistung und Service
9.1 Gewährleistung Jeder Wöhler Dreh-/Schwenkkamerakopf wird im
Werk in allen Funktionen geprüft und verlässt
unser Werk erst nach einer ausführlichen Quali-
tätskontrolle. Bei sachgemäßem Gebrauch be-
trägt die Gewährleistungszeit auf den
Dreh- und Schwenkkamerakopf Wöhler VIS Ø 40
mm 12 Monate ab Verkaufsdatum.
Diese Gewährleistung erlischt, wenn Reparaturen
und Abänderungen von dritter, nicht autorisierter
Stelle an dem Gerät vorgenommen wurden.
9.2 Service Der SERVICE wird bei uns sehr groß geschrie-
ben. Deshalb sind wir auch selbstverständlich
nach der Gewährleistungszeit für Sie da.
 Sie schicken den kamerakopf zu uns, wir
reparieren es innerhalb weniger Tage und
schicken es Ihnen mit unserem Paketdienst.
 Sofortige Hilfe erhalten Sie durch unsere

1.1 Operation Manual In-
formation
This operation manual allows you to work safely
with the Wöhler Camera Head. Please keep this
manual for your information.
The Wöhler Camera Head should be employed by
professionals for its intended use only.
Liability is void for any damages caused by not
following this manual.

ATTENTION!
Not following this note can cause permanent
damage to the device.
NOTE!
Useful information
1.3 Intended Use The Wöhler pan and tilt camera head is designed
for the inspection of pipes, air ducts chimneys,
water lines, ventilation lines. It has to be connect-
ed to the Wöhler VIS camera system.
1.4 Transport
ATTENTION!
Improper transport can harm the camera head.
Always transport camera head in the provided box
in order to prevent damage.

The pan and tilt miniature camera head is con-
nected via a clutch socket with 8 poles to the ca-
ble or the rod.
 Plug the camera head and camera cable or
the rod together.
 Turn the thread clockwise for closing the
screw connection tightly for a waterproof con-
nection.
ATTENTION!
Only a tight connection guarantees a waterproof
connection.
5 Controlling the
camera head
The pan and tilt camera head is controlled by the
keys of the camera system.

6 Home-Function
The home function ensures the camera head is
automatically aligned to a straight position, ensur-
ing the camera "looks straight ahead".
Moreover, when the user presses the HOME key,
the camera head aligns itself so that the display is
parallel with the ground above (this function is
deactivated if the camera head faces 90° upwards
or downwards. Under these circumstances, the
optics can only be guided forwards).
 To activate the home function, press the
SHIFT key and then the HOME key on the
keyboard of the camera system.
7 Localisation The Wöhler camera head Ø 40 mm is equipped
with a transmitter coil that transmits signals.
These signals can be located by the Locator Wöh-
ler L 200. This way it is possible to locate the ex-
act position of the camera head in the pipe sys-
tem.
NOTE!
The transmitter hast o be activated in the camera
menu (setup-menu).
8 Maintenance Clean the lens only with a clean damp cloth but
never with cleaning agent.

9 Warranty and Service
9.1 Warranty Each Wöhler camera head will be tested in all
functions and will leave our factory only after ex-
tensive quality control testing. The guarantee pe-
riod for the meter is 12 months from the sales
date, provided that it is used correctly.
This warranty does not cover the freight and pack-
ing costs when the device is sent to the factory for
repair. Service by non authorized personnel or
making modifications camera head voids any war-
ranty.
9.2 Service Wöhler has built our reputation on excellence in
customer service. Therefore, of course, we are
readily available to assist you after the warranty
period ends.
 Send us the device and we will repair it and
return it to you with our package service.
 Immediate help is provided by our technical
staff over the telephone.

au mode d'emploi
Ce mode d'emploi vous permet de travailler en
toute sécurité avec votre tête de caméra Ø 40
mm. Il doit être conservé à titre d'information.
La tête de caméra ne peut être utilisé que par un
personnel dûment qualifié aux fins prévues.
Nous déclinons toutes responsabilités pour des
dommages dus à un non respect de ce mode
d'emploi.
1.2 Remarques
Attention !
Désigne des consignes signalant un danger dont
la non-observation peut conduire à des dom-
mages de l'appareil.

Information utile
1.3 Utilisation conforme La tête de caméra, rotative et pivotante Ø 40 mm
est destinée à l’analyse vidéo de tuyaux étroits,
de puits et de fentes avec le système de caméra
Wöhler VIS.
1.4 Transport Attention !
Un transport inadapté peut endommager l'appa-
reil.
Pour éviter tout dommage pendant le transport, la
tête de caméra doit toujours être transporté dans
le sac de protection prévu à cet effet.

Raccordement à un
câble ou une tige
La tête caméra, rotative et pivotante, est équipée
d‘une prise d‘accouplement 8 pôles permettant de
relier la tête caméra avec la tige, laquelle est ter-
minée par un connecteur mâle 8 pôles.
 Branchez la prise d‘accouplement équipant la
tête caméra dans le connecteur mâle de la ti-
ge à caméra ou du câble.
 Vissez à droite la pièce filetée située contre la
tige ou câble pour verrouiller la jonction. Ce
n‘est qu‘après avoir vissé à fond que la jonc-
tion est étanche à l‘eau.

5 Commande La tête de caméra rotative et pivotante est com-
mande avec les boutons du système de caméra.

6 Fonction Home-
La fonction Home permet de régler automatique-
ment la tête de caméra en position droite, de fa-
çon que la caméra « regarde en avant ».
De plus, la touche HOME permet de régler la tête
de caméra pour que l'affichage apparaisse en
parallèle au sol. (Cette fonction n'est pas dispo-
nible lorsque la tête de caméra est orientée à 90 °
vers le haut ou vers le bas. Dans ce cas, seul
l'optique est dirigée en avant.)
 Pour activer la fonction Home, appuyez sur la
touche SHIFT puis sur la touche HOME sur le
clavier du système de caméra.
7 Localisation La tête de caméra Wöhler VIS Ø 40 mm et Ø 26
mm contient une bobine émettrice envoyant des
signaux. Le Localisateur Wöhler L 200 localise les
signaux, ainsi que la position de la tête de caméra
dans tuberie peut être localisée exactement

8 Maintenance  Ne nettoyez l‘objectif qu‘avec un chiffon

9 Garantie et Service
9.1 Garantie Chaque tête de caméra a été testé dans toutes
ses fonctions et ne quitte notre usine qu'après
avoir été soumis à un contrôle de qualité appro-
fondi.
En cas d’utilisation correcte, la période de garan-
tie pour la tête de caméra est de 12 mois à comp-
ter de la date de vente.
Cette garantie s'éteint lorsque des réparations et
modifications ont été effectuées par un personnel
non autorisé.
9.2 Service Pour nous, le SERVICE joue un rôle très impor-
tant dans nos rapports avec nos clients. Voilà
pourquoi nous sommes toujours à votre disposi-
tion même après l’expiration de la période de ga-
rantie.
 Votre tête de caméra sera réparé immédiate-
ment si vous apportez votre instrument au
SAV.
 Si vous nous envoyez l'instrument, il vous
sera renvoyé par notre service d'expédition
après réparation.
 Vous pouvez solliciter l’aide directe de nos
ingénieurs au téléphone.
