2.0 ONFORMITÄTSER LÄRUNG
Wir deklarieren hiermit in eigener Verantwortung, daß dieses
Produkt mit den folgenden aufgeführten Standards oder
standardisierten Dokumenten, übereinstimmt;
2006/42/E , AFS 1994:48, AFS 1992:2; ASBEST und EN 60204-1.
Serienummer und Herstellungsjahr werden auf einer Plakette
an der Maschine eingeprägt.
Für Abscheidung von gesundheitsgefährdenden Stoffen, Asbest
oder Quartz, muß die Maschine mit Mikrofilter ausgerüstet werden.
Bei Veränderungen der Maschine ohne enehmigung von uns,
oder bei Verwendung von einem Nicht-Originalfilter, ist die oben
beschriebene Verantwortung nicht gültig.

3.0 Sicherheitsvorschriften
Lesen und beachten Sie diese Hinweise, bevor Sie die Maschine
benutzen.
Bei Nichteinhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften ist die arantie
ungültig und ein Personen- wie Maschinenschaden kann die
Folge sein.
Es sind folgende grundsätzlichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu
beachten.
Beim Gebrauch von elektrischen Maschinen sind zum
Schutz gegen elektrischen Schlag, Verletzungs und
Brandgefahr grundsätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu
beachten.

3.1 Berücksichtigen Sie die Umgebungseinflüsse
Setzen Sie die Maschine nicht dem Regen aus. Benützen Sie
diese elektrische Maschine nicht in feuchter oder nasser
Umgebung. Benützen Sie diese nicht in der Nähe von brennba-
ren Flüssigkeiten oder asen.
3.2 Überlastung der Maschine
Lassen Sie nie die Maschine völlig gedrosselt laufen.
Verwenden Sie die Maschine nur für Arbeiten für die sie
bestimmt ist. Befolgen Sie die Vorschriften zur Handhabung des
abgesaugten Materials, wie etwa Asbest.
3.3 Verletzungsgefahr
Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit den Saugdüsen. Die kräftige
Saugwirkung kann die Blutgefässe der Haut verletzen.
Versuchen Sie nicht auf eigene Faust Eingriffe an den
elektrischen Teilen vorzunehmen. Ein Fehler kann lebens-
gefärhlich sein.
3.4 Zweckentfremden Sie nicht das abel
Ziehen Sie die Maschine nicht am Kabel. Schützen Sie das
Kabel vor Hitze und scharfen Kanten. Kontrollieren Sie regel-
mäßig das Netzkabel. Die Maschine darf nicht verwendet
werden, wenn Kabel oder Stecker beschädigt sind.
3.5 Wichtiger Hinweis
Zum Reinigen und Warten der Maschine, Hauptschalter aus-
schalten und Netzstecker ziehen.
3.6 Pflegen Sie die Maschine mit Sorgfalt
Halten Sie die Maschine sauber und sehen Sie zu, daß der
Saugschlauch heil ist und daß alle Dichtungen dicht sind.
Befolgen Sie die Wartungsvorschriften. Halten Sie die Traggriffe
trocken und frei von Öl und Fett.
3.7 ontrolle von Beschädigungen
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme die Maschine auf Beschädigungen
überprüfen. ibt es Beschädigungen soll die Maschine von
einer von WOLFF autorisierten Kundendienstwerkstatt repariert
werden.
Die Maschine ist nur zu benutzen
für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreiem
Zustand.
Achtung
Benützen Sie nur Zubehör und Austauschteile die im
WOLFF Katalog erhältlich sind. Beim Einsatz von feh-
lerhaften eilen oder Piratteilen (vor allem Filter und
Plastiksäcke) kann aus der Maschine gesundheits-
gefährlicher Staub austreten, der Gesundheitsschäden
verursachen kann. Der ragegriff an der Oberseite der
Maschine darf nur mit Handkraft und leerem Behälter
verwendet werden. Die Maschine ist für ein max.
Gewicht von 40 kg konstruiert. Höhere Belastungen
können zu Schäden führen.

4.0 Funktionsbeschreibung
Das erät ist geeignet zur Beseitigung trockener, krebserzeu-
gender Stäube der ruppen II und III ( efStoffV. Anh.II, Nr.1.1
(1) mit Rückführung der Reinluft in den Arbeitsraum.
Der Compactclean ist ein robustes, elektrisch betriebenes
Staubsaugaggregat und eignet sich zur Punktabsaugung z.B
beim bohren, schweissen, schleifen sowie Reinigungsarbeiten in
der Industrie.
Die estaltung ist ergonomisch und ansprechend. Der nach DIN
45635 Teil 1 (4/84) in 1 m Abstand von der Maschinenober-
fläche im Freifeld bei maximalem Volumenstrom gemessene
Messflächenschalldruckpegel betrug 68 dB(A).
5.0 Betrieb
AU OS AR : Schließen Sie ein elektrisch betriebenes
Handwerkzeug an den Anschluss der Maschine an. Schalten sie
den Umschalter auf AU O. Die Maschine startet danach auto-
matisch, sobald das Handwerkzeug in Betrieb genommen wird.
Nur eräte bis 1200W anschließen. Sonst Beschädigung der

Für manuellen Start schalten sie den Umschalter auf MAN.
Der Compactclean ist mit einer Filterindikationslampe versehen
die anzeigt wann der Filter gereinigt, oder ersetzt werden muss.
Bei täglichem ebrauch sollte die Filterreinigung ein - bis zwei-
mal täglich erfolgen!
Die Maschine soll beim Filterabreinigen eingeschalten bleiben.
Entfernen Sie den Schlauch vom Saugrohr. Stülpen Sie die
Plastikhülse des Saugschlauches über den Propfen der sich auf
dem Abluftkanal befindet um maximalen Unterdruck im Zyklon
zu erzeugen. Danach wird die Klappe 3-6 Mal geöffnet. Die Luft
strömt in die Klappenöffnung ein und der Luftpuls reinigt die
Filtereinheit.
Die Maschine kann sowohl mit als auch ohne Plastiksack ver-
wendet werden. Der Plastiksack darf nur nach einer erfolgten
Filterreinigung gewechselt werden. Nach Entnahme aus dem
Behälter muss der Plastiksack geschlossen sein.
Verwenden Sie bitte nur Original-Plastiksäcke, damit keine
Falten an der Behälterkante entstehen. Die Abdichtung verhin-
dert, dass der Sack nach oben gesaugt wird.
Bei erneuter Montage des Motoroberteils und des Zyklons auf
den Behälter muss der Schlaucheinlauf wie auf der Abbildung
rechts gerichtet sein. Beachte immer: Befestigen Sie den Sack
immer dicht zur Außenwand und mit Überfalte zum Deckel.

6.0 Wartung
Die Filterpatrone im Zyklon sollte mindestens einmal im Jahr
ausgetauscht werden. Verwenden Sie nur Originaliflter. Bei
Maschinen die mit Mikrofilter ausgerüstet sind, muss der
Mikrofilter nach 300 Stunden ausgewechselt werden. Der
Filtertausch muss von Personen durchgeführt werden, welche
eingewiesen wurden.
Beim Filterwechsel müssen Schutzmasken der Partikelfilter-
klasse P2 oder höherwertig, sowie Einwegschutzanzüge getragen
und eine efährdung Dritter ausgeschlossen werden.

6.1 Filtertausch:
Entferne die Motoreinheit. Danach kann die Filterpatrone nach
oben abgezogen werden. Bei Bedarf kann ein Plastiksack über
den Zyklon gestülpt werden um einen Staubaustritt zu vermeiden.
Beim Filtertausch sollte auf die Dichtung geachtet werden. Eine
Undichte kann zum Austritt von gesundheitsgefährlichem Staub
führen. Verwende nie schlechte Dichtungen oder Fremdfilter.
Die Zulassungen für Abscheider von gesundheitsgefährlichen
Stäuben schreiben die Verwendung von Originalfiltern vor.
Verwenden Sie nur Originalteile.
6.2 Filtertausch Mikrofilter:
Beginnen Sie damit, den Motorteil zu wenden. Stülpen Sie dann
einen Plastiksack über den Filter und entfernen Sie diesen aus
der Halterung. Verschliessen Sie den Plastiksack. Folgen Sie
danach den Anweisungen wie aus den Abbildungen 1-7 zu
ersehen ist. (Seite 23)
7.0 Garantie
Die arantiezeit beträgt 2 Jahre (bei Einschichtbetrieb) und
bezieht sich auf Fabrikationsfehler. Die arantie gilt nur unter
der Voraussetzung, dass die Maschine vorschriftsgemäss
behandelt und gewartet wird.
Für betriebsbedingten Verschleiss wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Die eräte dürfen nur von autorisierten Werkstätten repariert
werden, ansonsten erlischt der arantie.

Gewährleistung
Der ewährleistungszeitraum für neue Wolff Maschinen beträgt ein Jahr ab dem Zeitpunkt der Übergabe /
Ablieferung an den Kunden, soweit nicht nach zwingenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften etwas anderes gilt.
Bei der eltendmachung von ewährleistungsansprüchen hat grundsätzlich auch die Vorlage der Rechnung
bzw. des Kaufbelegs zu erfolgen.
Alle Reparaturen im Rahmen der ewährleistung müssen durch eine von uns anerkannte Wolff Service-werk-
stätte ausgeführt werden. Selbst durchgeführte und/oder unsachgemäße Reparaturen führen regelmäßig zum
Ausschluss von ewährleistungsansprüchen. Dies gilt ebenso für unsachgemäße Bedienung und/oder
ebrauch.
Ersatz von Teilen, Zubehör und sonstige Änderungen an Wolff Maschinen
Wolff Maschinen bieten für den Verwender ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit. Um diese zu
erhalten, darf der im Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung bestehende werkseitige Zustand Ihrer Wolff Maschine nicht
ohne Beachtung der nachfolgenden Regeln verändert werden. Diese Regeln gelten sowohl für den Ersatz
von Teilen, die Ausstattung mit Zubehör als auch sonstige technische Änderungen.
Jegliche Arbeiten an Ihrer Wolff Maschine sind ausschließlich durch eine Fachwerkstätte, die über
entsprechend fachlich geschultes und erfahrenes Personal sowie die erforderlichen Arbeitsmittel
verfügt, durchzuführen. Wir empfehlen hierfür autorisierte Wolff Servicewerkstätten.
Im Falle des beabsichtigten Ersatzes von Teilen, der beabsichtigten Ausstattung mit Zubehör oder
beabsichtigten sonstigen technischen Änderungen sollte stets vor Beginn der Arbeiten eine
Beratung durch eine autorisierte Wolff Servicewerkstätte oder uns als Hersteller erfolgen.
Es wird dringend empfohlen, nur sicherheitsgeprüfte Original Wolff-Ersatzteile und Original Wolff-
Zubehörteile zu verwenden, die von uns als Hersteller freigegeben wurden.
Diese Ersatz- und Zubehörteile erhalten Sie bei Ihrer autorisierten Wolff Servicewerkstätte, die auch
gerne die fachgerechte Montage für Sie durchführt. Original Wolff-Ersatzteile und Original Wolff
Zubehörteile wurden auf Sicherheit und Eignung speziell für Wolff Maschinen geprüft.
Die Sicherheit und Eignung anderer als Original Wolff-Ersatz- und Zubehörteile können wir
nicht hinreichend beurteilen, und folglich auch nicht hierfür einstehen.
Zum Erhalt der Betriebssicherheit und zur Vermeidung von Schäden sind im Falle technischer
Änderungen - gleich welcher Art - in jedem Falle unsere technischen Richtlinien zu beachten. Bitte
wenden Sie sich im Übrigen auch jederzeit gerne an uns, wenn Sie sonstige Fragen zu Ihrer Wolff
Maschine haben.
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir für Schäden keine Gewähr übernehmen können, soweit sie infolge
unsachgemäßer Arbeiten bzw. infolge Verstoßes gegen die vorgenannten Regeln entstehen.

2.0 DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
We declare our sole responsibility that this product is in
conformity with standards or standardized documents in
accordance with following Directives; 2006/42/EC, AFS
1994:48, AFS 1992:2 ASBEST and EN 60204-1
Serial Number and manufacturing year are indicated in a rating
plate on the machine. For separation of endangering dust as
asbestos the machine must be equipped with microfilter.
If any changes will be done, without our permission or if not
using original filter, the above responsibility is not valid.

3.0 Safety Considerations
Read all instructions before attempting to operate this machine
and save these instructions.
If not this safety consideration follows the guarantee is not valid
and personal injury and machine damage can be caused.

should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and personal injury, including the
following:

3.1 Work area environment
Don´t expose the machine for rain. Don´t use it in damp or wet
locations or in presence of flammable liquids or gases.
3.2 Overload
Never let the machine operate fully throttled. Always follow the
regulations pertinent to the material you are working with ie
asbestos. Don´t use the machine for purposes that it isn´t
intended for.
3.3 Body injuries
Never let the suction come in contact with parts of the body. The
strong suction effect can hurt the blood-vessels in the skin.
Don´t repair the electric components yourself, get somebody
qualified. Faults may cause injury. See also below under warnings.
3.4 Don´t abuse cord
Never pull the machine by cord. Keep cord from heat and sharp
edges. Check the electric cable regularly if damage.
3.5 Important measure
With cleaning and maintenance on the machine, the power
cable should be disconnected from the supply.
3.6. Maintain the machine with care
Keep machine clean and check that the hose is entired and that
all gaskets are tight. Follow instructions. Keep handles dry and
free from oil and grease.
3.7 Checking of damage
Before futher use of the machine it should be carefully checked
that the machine is undamaged. If there are any damaged parts
these should be repaired by of a Dustcontrol authorized service
center.
3.8 Warning
Use only accessories and replacable parts which are available
in Dustcontrol catalogue. Note! If you use wrong spare parts
(filter and collection sacks) the machine can leak hazardous
dust which can cause personal injury. The handle on the top of
the machine can only be used by manual power and empty
container. The machine in constructed for a maximal totalweight
of 40 Kg. Higher loading can cause damage

4.0 Description
The machine should be used for suction and separation of dried
dust. The machine fulfil the demands for separation of unhealthy dust.
The COMPACTCLEAN is, despite it's compact size, a full
capacity machine. It is stable, tough and reliable and particularly
suited to spot extraction in many different applications: welding,
grinding, sanding and cleanup with the 38 mm program. Dust
separation is in any case as efficient as with the larger machines.
The design is ergonomic and appealing. With a very low sound
level of 70 dB(A) at 1m distance, the COMPACTCLEAN is
suitable for use in areas which are sensitive to noise. The direct
drive two stage high pressure fan is integrated into the units top.
The 1200 W capacity fan is double insulated for higher safety.
5.0 Operation
Autostart: Connect the subject electric tool to the electrical out-
let on unit. Set the selector switch to the AU O position. The unit
will start automatically when the subject tool is started.
For manual start of the unit, set the selector switch to the MAN
position. The Compactclean is equipped with a filter indication
lamp that indicates when the filter needs cleaning or changing.
The filter is generally cleaned once or twice daily during normal
continuous operation. Connect only devices to a maximum of
1200W. Otherwise damage to electronics.
The unit must be in operation to perform filter cleaning. Loose
the tube from the suction pipe and press the plastic cage against
the black stop head on the exhaust channel so that maximum
pressure is created in the cyclone. Open the port on the side o
the unit three to six times. This reverse pulse of air cleans the
filter. The machine can be used both with or without collection
sack. The collection sack should only be changed after the cle-
aning of the filters. The collection sack must be tied off when it
is removed from the container. Use only original spare parts.
There should not be any fold on the container border. The tight-
ness make that the sac does not being sucked. When remoun-
ting the motor top and the cyclone on the container the hose
inlet should be pointed according to the picture beside.
For best result: -Secure that no air is between the bag and the
barrel when you apply the bag. -Secure that no air is leaking bet-
ween the bag and the barrel when you are using the machine.
6.0 Service
During cleaning and service of the unit, the unit should be
disconnected from the power supply. The fine filter should be
changed at least once per year.
Use only original parts for replacement. If the unit is equipped
with a HEPA filter, this filter should be changed every 300
working hours.

Use breathing protection and perform this operation in a contained
area. The used filter should be placed in containment and
disposed of in the proper and prescribed method.
6.1 Filter change:
Remove the motor head. Lift the filter straight up out of the cyclone.
When required, a plastic sack can be placed over the cyclone for
dust-free filter change. The filter is lifted directly into the sack.
During the filter change, check the filter gasket. A damaged
gasket can allow the release of hazardous dust. Never use old
gaskets or after-market filters. Use only original spare parts to
maintain the unit for use on hazardous dusts. Check regularly
that the electrical cable is not damaged.
The COMPACTCLEAN should be performance tested at least
once per year because it may be used with hazardous materials.
Worn parts must be replaced. The vacuum motor is maintenance free.
6.2 Filterchange HEPA filter:
Start with to turn the motor unit up put a plastic sac over the
HEPA filter, loose the filter and seal the used filter in the plastic sac.
Then you mount a new filter according to below (Page 23)
7.0 Warranty
The warranty period for this machine is two years and covers
manufacturers faults. The warranty is valid under the condition
that the machine is used under normal conditions on the task for
which it was designed and is maintained properly. Normal wear
is not covered by this warranty. Service performed by authorized
agent voids automatically the warranty. No other warranty
express or implied is applicable.

Guarantee
The guarantee period for new Wolff machines is one year from the time of delivery/transfer to the customer,
unless another period applies pursuant to mandatory legal regulations.
When making a claim under guarantee, the invoice and/or proof of purchase must be provided.
All repairs covered by the guarantee must be carried out by a Wolff service shop recognised by us. Repairs
which are carried out by the customer and/or improperly automatically lead to a disentitlement from
guarantee claims. The same is true of improper operation and/or use.
Replacement of parts, accessories and other changes to Wolff machines
Wolff machines provide users with a high degree of safety and reliabiity. To maintain this, the condition of your
Wolff machine may not be changed from that on the date it was delivered from the factory without observing
the following rules. These rules apply for the replacement of parts, the addition of accessories and other
technical changes.
All work done on your Wolff machine must be carried out exclusively by a specialist workshop which
has suitably trained and experienced staff and the working materials required. For this, we recommend
an authorised Wolff service shop.
In the event that parts are deliberately replaced, accessories are deliberately added or other technical
changes are deliberately carried out, the customer must always consult an authorised Wolff service
shop or us, the manufacturer, before starting the work.
We urgently recommend only using safety-checked original Wolff spare parts and original Wolff
accessories which have been cleared by us, the manufacturer. These spare parts and accessories can
be purchased from your authorised Wolff service shop, which will also be pleased to assemble them
for you properly.
Original Wolff spare parts and Wolff accessories have been specially tested for their safety and
suitability for Wolff machines.
We can not sufficiently judge the safety and suitability of spare parts and accessories which are
not original Wolff parts, and are thus unable to vouch for them.
To maintain operating reliability and avoid damage, in the case of technical changes – of whatever kind
– our technical guidelines are to be observed in every case. Please also contact us at any other
time if you have any questions about your Wolff machine.
We can not assume any liability for damages caused as a result of improper work and/or violation of the above
terms and conditions.

3.0 Conditions de sécurité
Lisez toutes les instructions avant d´utiliser la machine et mettez
à l´abri ces instructions.
3.1 Zone de travail
Ne pas exposer la machine sous la pluie. Ne pas l´utiliser dans
des endroits humides, ou en prsence de liquides ou gaz
inflammables.
3.2 Surchauffe
Ne laisser jamais la machine tourner en continue inutilement.
Suivre toujours les règlementations particulières aux matières
avec lesquelles vous travaillez: par exemple l´amiante. Ne pas
utiliser la machins pour des travaux non conforme à l´emploi
normal de la machine.

3.3 Blessures corporelles
Ne jamais laisser la succion venir au contact avec des parties du
corps. Le fort effet de succion peut endommager les vaisseaux
sanguins de la peau. Ne pas réparer les composants èlectriques
soi-même, mais prendre une personne qualifièe. Des erreurs
peuvent causer des blessures. Lire attentivement toutes les pré-
cautions d´usage.
3.4 Prendre soin du cordon èlectrique
Ne jamais tirer la machine par son cordon èlectrique. Protéger
le cordon contre les chocs et les objets coupants. Vérifier régu-
lièrement l´état du cordon.
3.5 Mesure importante
Pendant le nettoyage et l´entretien sur la machine, le cordon
èlectrique devra être débranché.
3.6 Entretien de la machine
arder la machine propre et vérifier que le flexible est entier, et
que les joints sont restés étanches. arder les poignées sèches
et libres de toute huile et graisse.
3.7 Vérification de l´état de la machine
Avant toute utilisation de la machine, il devra être vérifié avec
précaution que la machine est en bon état de marche. Si il y a
des pièces endommagées, celles-ci devront être réparées par
un centre de maintenance autorisé Dustcontrol.
4.0 Fonctionnement
Connectez l’unité à une source électrique en prenant garde aux
indications de la plaque- machine. Si une rallonge électrique doit
être utilisée, seuls les cordons imperméables sont acceptables.
Le filtre est généralement nettoyé une ou deux fois par jour pour
un fonctionnement normal. L’unité doit être en fonctionnement
pour exécuter le nettoyage du filtre. Enlevez l’accessoire de
nettoyage du flexible et pressez l’embout plastique contre le
bouchon noir positionné sur la cage de rejet d’air de l’unité afin
qu’une pression maximale soit créée dans le cyclone.
Ouvrez la tirette sur le côté de l’unité trois à six fois. Cette impulsion
inversée de l’air nettoie le filtre.
5.0 Description
Connecter l’outil portatif électrique à sortie électrique sur la machine.
Positionner le sélecteur sur la position AU O. La machine
démarrera automatiquement quand l’outil portatif fonctionnera.

Pour un démarrage manuel de la machine, positionner le
sélecteur sur la position MAN. Le Compactclean est maintenant
équipé d’un témoin lumineux de colmatage du fi ltre qui indique
à quel moment il est nécessaire de nettoyer ou de changer le
Filtre.
Seuls les appareils jusqu'à un maximum de 1200W.
Sinon, des dommages de l'électronique.
Le fi ltre est généralement nettoyé une ou deux fois par jour
pour un fonctionnement normal. L’unité doit être en fonctionne-
ment pour exécuter le nettoyage du fi ltre. Enlevez l’accessoire
de nettoyage du fl exible et pressez l’embout plastique contre le
bouchon noir positionné sur la cage de rejet d’air de l’unité afi n
qu’une pression maximale soit créée dans le cyclone. Ouvrez la
tirette sur le côté de l’unité trois à six fois. Cette impulsion
inversée de l’air nettoie le fi ltre.
L’aspirateur peut être utilisé avec ou sans sac plastique de
récupération. Le sac plastique ne doit être changé qu’une fois
que le nettoyage du ou des fi ltres a été effectué. Le sac plasti-
que doit être fermé dès qu’il est enlevé du bac. N’utiliser que
des pièces détachées. Le sac ne doit pas dépasser des bords
du bac. Le système de serrage fait que le sac ne peut pas être
aspiré.
Pour remonter la tête moteur et le cyclone, le fl exible d’arrivée
d’air doit être placé comme montré sur la fi gure ci-contre.
6.0 Entretien
Durant le nettoyage et la maintenance de la machine, celle-ci
devra être déconnectée électriquement. Le fi ltre fi n devra être
changé au moins une fois par an. Utilisez uniquement des
pièces d’origine pour tout remplacement. Si la machine est ´
quipée avec un microfi ltre HEPA, celui-ci devra être changé
toutes led 300 heures de fonctionnement.
Utilisez une protection respiratoire et intervenez lors de cette
opération dans une zone protégée. Le fi ltre usé devra être mis
en décontamination et retraité selon les normes industrielles en
vigueur.
6.1 Changement du fi ltre:
Démontez la tête de la machine. Tirez le fi ltre vers le haut d’un
coup pour le sortir du cyclone. Quand c’est nécessaire, un sac
plastique paut être placé audessus du fi ltre lors de son
changement. Le fi ltre usé va directement dans le sac pour
éviter de répandre de la poussière.
Durant le changement du fi ltre, vérifi er le joint du fi ltre. Un joint
endommagé peut provoquer le rejet de poissière dangereuse.
Ne jamais utiliser de vieux joints ou de fi ltres d’occasion.

Vérifi er régulièrement que le cordon électrique n’est pas endommagé. Le COMPACTCLEAN devra être testé
au moins une fois par an parce qu’il peut être abimé par des corps étrangers. Les pièces défectueuses devront
être remplacés.
Le ventilateur est libre de toute maintenance.
6.2 Echange du microfiltre :
Retourner d'abord le bloc moteur. Ensuite, mettre un sac plastique au-dessus du filtre et prélever ce dernier
de la fixation. Fermer le sac plastique. Suivre les instructions selon les illustrations 1-7. (Page 23)
7.0 Garantie
La période de garantie pour cette machine est de 2 ans, pièces et main-d´oeuvre hors pièces d´usure. La
garantie est valide sous la condition que la machine est utilisée dans des conditions normales de travail pour
lesquelles il a été défini et s´il est convenablement entretenu.
La maintenance accomplie par d´autres que Wolff ou que par un agent mandaté annule automatiquement la
garantie. Aucune autre garantie express ou implicite n´est applicable.
7.0 Dépannage

Garantie
La durée de la garantie pour les nouvelles machines Wolff s’élève à un an à partir de la remise / livraison au
client sauf indication contraire conformément aux prescriptions légales obligatoires.
Il est impératif par ailleurs de présenter la facture ou le justificatif d’achat pour pouvoir faire valoir les droits
découlant de la garantie.
Toutes les réparations effectuées sous garantie doivent être réalisées par un atelier de service Wolff reconnu.
Les réparations effectuées par soi-même et / ou non conformes entraînent l’exclusion des droits de garantie.
Cette clause s’applique également à l’utilisation non conforme des machines.
Machines Wolff: remplacement de pièces, accessoires et autres modifications
Les machines Wolff offrent à l’utilisateur un niveau élevé de sécurité et de fiabilité. Afin de maintenir ce niveau
haut de gamme, le réglage usine proposé au moment de la livraison de votre machine Wolff ne doit pas être
modifié sans tenir compte des règles suivantes. Ces règles s’appliquent aussi bien au remplacement de
pièces, à l’installation d’accessoires qu’à toute autre modification technique.
Tous les travaux effectués sur votre machine Wolff doivent être exclusivement réalisés par un atelier
spécialisé, disposant d’un personnel expérimenté et formé en conséquence ainsi que des outils de
travail nécessaires. Pour ce faire, nous vous recommandons les ateliers de service Wolff.
Si vous avez l’intention de remplacer des pièces, d’installer des accessoires ou d’effectuer d’autres
modifications techniques, il est conseillé avant le début des travaux de demander conseil auprès
d’un atelier de service Wolff autorisé ou auprès de nos services à titre de fabricant.
Il est vivement recommandé de n’utiliser que des pièces détachées et des accessoires Wolff d’origine
répondant aux directives de sécurité et que nous avons validés en tant que fabricant. Ces pièces
détachées et accessoires sont disponibles auprès de votre atelier de service Wolff qui se chargera
également du montage approprié.
Les pièces détachées et les accessoires Wolff d’origine ont été contrôlés spécialement pour les machines
Wolff, répondant aux critères de sécurité et de conformité.
Nous ne sommes pas en mesure d’évaluer de manière satisfaisante la sécurité et la conformité
des produits autres que les pièces détachées et accessoires Wolff d’origine ; nous déclinons
par conséquent toute responsabilité pour ces pièces.
Afin de garantir la sécurité du fonctionnement et d’éviter tout dommage, il convient, en cas de
modifications techniques, quelles qu’elles soient, de tenir compte de nos directives techniques.
N’hésitez pas par ailleurs à nous contacter pour toutes questions relatives à votre machine Wolff.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les dommages résultant de travaux non conformes ou faisant suite à
