一、Outline of product
1.1 Instruction of product
The instrument uses Intense Pulsed
Light(IPL)technology,known as one of the most
effective methods to continuously prevent hair
regrowth.In close collaboration with skin experts we
adapted this light-based technology,originally used
in professional beauty salons,for easy and effective
use in the comfort of your home.Intense Pulsed
Light can penetrate skin and is preferentislly and
selectively absorbed by pigment group in tissue and
blood capillary.Under the precondition of not
damaging normal skin tissue,thermal energy makes
blood clot and pigment group decomposed and
destroyed by heat so as to treat the expansion of
blood capillary,dispel stain,and remove excessive
hair and so on.The product applied this technology
can lead to the loss of hair follicle function and

remove excessive hair for a a long time, It is mild,
easy to operate,and quick and you can possess silky
smooth skin at once without the trouble of shaving
and waxing.

二 、Taboos and Precautions
2.1 Taboo
1.General condition
Never use the device if you have brownish black or
darker skin tone (you rarely to never sunburn,very
dark tanning).In this case you run a high risk of
developing skin reactions,such as
hyperpingmentation,strong redness or burns.To
confirm whether your skin type is suitable for this
device, please refer to the following skin comparison
chart.

2.The person or breastfeeding person shouldn’t use
this device hasn’t been tested targeted to
breastfeeding women.
3.The person suffering from epilepsy,light-activated
epilepsy or chronnic migraine mustn’t use this
device because luminescence may lead to the
symptoms of serious head discomfort or migraine.
4.The person whose body has implanted device,such
as pacemaker,incontinence device,insulin pump and
so on,mustn’t use this device.This device hasn’t
conducted test to the surface and surroundings of all
artificial substances such as silicone
implant,pacemaker,hypodermic injection port,or

body piercing,and hence its function is not clear.
5.Before using the hair removal instrument, it is
strictly forbidden to apply condensing agent, aloe
gel and other products, otherwise it will cause no
light (only large-scale equipment in beauty salon
needs to be coated, but not for household use).
6.The person who takes any of the following drugs
shouldn’t use this device:
①At present or within past one week,one has used
A-amino acid(AHA),B-hydroxyl acid(BHA),topical
isotretinoin and azelaic to treat shin.
②Within past six months,one has ever taken
ACCUTANE A acid or ROACCUTANE acid in any
form,which would make skin more skin more
sensitive to laceration,trauma and irritant substance.
③Those who take anticoagulant drugs, including a
large amount of aspirin, whose medication level
cannot be stopped at least one week before the
treatment to facilitate the drug components to be

discharged from the body.
④Please refer to the instructions in the kit for
photosensitizers or drugs. If it indicates that there
may be photoallergic reaction, phototoxic reaction or
avoid sunlight exposure after taking medicine,
please do not use this device.
7.Do not use the instrument under the following
conditions.
Do not use the instrument under the following
conditions.
①If you have received radiotherapy or
chemotherapy in the past 3 months;
②If you take painkillers that reduce the sensitivity
of your skin to heat;
③He took immunosuppressive drugs;
④The area requiring irradiation has been operated
on in the last 3 weeks.
8. Please do not use this instrument in the following
parts.

①Around the eyes and above or near the eyebrows;
②The body parts with long-lasting fragrance were
used. This can cause skin reactions.
③On or near any artificial implant, such as a
silicone implant, a hypodermic needle (such as an
insulin dispenser), or a puncture.
④On the lips, nipples and inside the nostrils, ears
and anus.

neck (including all parts with long beard);
②Please do not use this instrument on the genital
area or scrotum.

2.2 Important
1.Danger
①Use this instrument and adapter to
keep dry.The contact between water and
electricity is extremely dangerous. Do
not use this instrument in a humid environment
(such as a bathtub full of water, an open shower or
near a swimming pool filled with water).
②It is forbidden to use the instrument when the plug
or power cord is damaged. If there is any component
damaged, please stop using it. It is forbidden to open
the protective cover or disassemble the instrument
privately and touch the internal parts.
③It is forbidden to open the protective cover or

Always keep the power cord of the instrument away
from the surface of high temperature objects. It is

2.Warning
①If you are not sure whether your skin has been
tanned or sunburned, we suggest a skin sensitivity
test,and wait 24 hours.
②This product is not intended to be used by people
(including children) who are physically unsound,
feel or mentally handicapped or lack relevant
experience and knowledge, unless they are
supervised or instructed by someone responsible for
their safety.
③Sensitive and delicate skin will appear a little red
after use. This is a normal phenomenon, which will
disappear within 48 hours. Users need not worry too
much. If they have any operation questions, they can

contact customer service in time. When using the
instrument, please do not cover the vent. The vent is
used to cool the instrument. Covering the vent may
cause the instrument to overheat and enter the
automatic protection program.
④When using, do not leave the instrument in the
same position for too long, or emit light at the same
position multiple times, as this may generate
excessive heat and cause skin discomfort.
⑤Do not use it directly on the tattoo site, where
there are dark brown and black spots, these sites
may absorb a lot of light energy and cause skin
discomfort.
⑥If the light-transmitting window is damaged, do
not use this equipment
⑦The temperature of the adapter and the
light-transmitting window will increase after use. Do
not touch these parts if the internal parts of the
adapter and the light-transmitting window are not

cooled.
To prevent damage, please observe the following
points:
—Ensure that the ventilation slot of the instrument is
smooth and unobstructed.
—Do not violently hit, shake or drop the instrument
—Store the instrument in a dust-free and dry place.
—During use, do not leave this equipment in an
environment lower than 5°C or higher than 35°C.
- do not expose the equipment to sunlight or
ultraviolet rays for a long time (more than several
hours) to avoid damage.
- please use this instrument only when it is suitable
for skin type and use higher than recommended
setting
- do not use compressed gas, steel wool, abrasive
cleaner or corrosive liquid such as gasoline and
acetone to clean the equipment
-Do not irradiate the same skin area more than once

during irradiation. This will not improve the effect
of irradiation, but will increase the risk of skin
reaction.
三、Use and operation method
3.1 Preparation for use
1.Please remove the hair on the surface of the skin
first, and do a good job of pre-treatment of the skin,
so that the hair under the skin surface can fully
absorb the light source to ensure the effect of the
treatment. If the hair is not more than 2mm, you
don't need to shave it.
2. Clean the skin, confirm that there is no hair on the
surface, it is completely dry, and there is no oily
substance.
3.2 Step for use
1. Before using, use soft cloth to clean the contact of
skin and optical filter,and leave them dry.
2. Connect the device to power supply adapter,the

screen shows number of times and instrument’s
circuit is normal.
3. Press switch of power supply until the orange
light in screen is on,fan starts,the screeen shows
number of times,gear(1 is defaulted)and the fan
logo;it enters the standby condition.
4.When gear indicator flickers,it is the condition to
supplement energy for device;when the gear
indicator often is black,the energy preparation for
device is ready.
5.Please wear the sunglassde delivered by
manufacturer to reduce the dazzle sensation to eyes
caused by flash.

6. Press the instrument and skin contact surface on
the skin at an angle of 90 degrees to make the
integrated safety system contact the skin. (The
integrated safety system class prevents accidental
flashing when in contact with the skin.)
7.After pressing the switch of flash,debice will
flicker for one time with soft voice of Pa.At the
same time,you will feel the warm feeling generated
by flash lamp.
8.Move the device to the next hair removal part.
After the energy supplement of the instrument is
completed, the gear symbol is always bright black.

Then follow the above steps to cycle the operation,
and then you can carry out hair removal treatment on
the selected part.
9. Please try to emit the flash vertically close to the
previous treatment area to ensure that all parts are
fully handled.
10. After use, please turn off the instrument and cut
off the power supply in time, and carry out cleaning
and keeping according to (4.5).
11.Two treatment modes: manual flash and
automatic flash, convenient for you to use on
different body parts.
◆Manual flash mode is suitable for small areas or
curved areas, such as knees and underarms. Just
press the flash start switch to emit a flash
◆Automatic flash mode is suitable for large areas
such as legs and arms. Press and hold the flash start
switch for 3 seconds, and release it when the skin
sensor symbol is displayed on the screen. Place the

instrument in vertical contact with the position
where hair removal is required, and slide the
instrument in parallel with one flash. To enter the
auto flash mode. In automatic mode, press the flash
start switch once to switch to manual mode.

According to the condition of hair growth,
selectively use（when hair grows a little, the device

◆One course of treatment for hair removal needs
irradiation for three times.Firstly,radiate the air
removal part for one time and then perform the
second and third time.Do not give out light in the
same part for three times.
◆The higher the gear is,the better the effect is.In
the early stage,gear 1 is recommended to use;after
skin fits it,then use second to gear 4,gradually
improve gear and the 5 can be used.The interval
time of course of treatment depends on the growth
speed of personal hair and teh situation of each body
part is different.
3.3 Skin sensitivity test
Before using it for the first time or after sun
exposure, please perform a skin test on each
treatment site. Skin testing is a necessary step, the
purpose is to check the skin's response to the
treatment, and determine the suitable gear settings
