一、Outline of product
1.1 Instruction of product
The instrument uses Intense Pulsed
Light(IPL)technology,known as one of the most
effective methods to continuously prevent hair
regrowth.In close collaboration with skin experts we
adapted this light-based technology,originally used
in professional beauty salons,for easy and effective
use in the comfort of your home.Intense Pulsed
Light can penetrate skin and is preferentislly and
selectively absorbed by pigment group in tissue and
blood capillary.Under the precondition of not
damaging normal skin tissue,thermal energy makes
blood clot and pigment group decomposed and
destroyed by heat so as to treat the expansion of
blood capillary,dispel stain,and remove excessive
hair and so on.The product applied this technology
can lead to the loss of hair follicle function and

remove excessive hair for a a long time, It is mild,
easy to operate,and quick and you can possess silky
smooth skin at once without the trouble of shaving
and waxing.

2.1 Taboo
1.General condition
Never use the device if you have brownish black or
darker skin tone (you rarely to never sunburn,very
dark tanning).In this case you run a high risk of
developing skin reactions,such as
hyperpingmentation,strong redness or burns.To
confirm whether your skin type is suitable for this
device, please refer to the following skin comparison
chart.

2.The person or breastfeeding person shouldn’t use
this device hasn’t been tested targeted to
breastfeeding women.
3.The person suffering from epilepsy,light-activated
epilepsy or chronnic migraine mustn’t use this
device because luminescence may lead to the
symptoms of serious head discomfort or migraine.
4.The person whose body has implanted device,such
as pacemaker,incontinence device,insulin pump and
so on,mustn’t use this device.This device hasn’t
conducted test to the surface and surroundings of all
artificial substances such as silicone
implant,pacemaker,hypodermic injection port,or

body piercing,and hence its function is not clear.
5.Before using the hair removal instrument, it is
strictly forbidden to apply condensing agent, aloe
gel and other products, otherwise it will cause no
light (only large-scale equipment in beauty salon
needs to be coated, but not for household use).
6.The person who takes any of the following drugs
shouldn’t use this device:
①At present or within past one week,one has used
A-amino acid(AHA),B-hydroxyl acid(BHA),topical
isotretinoin and azelaic to treat shin.
②Within past six months,one has ever taken
ACCUTANE A acid or ROACCUTANE acid in any
form,which would make skin more skin more
sensitive to laceration,trauma and irritant substance.
③Those who take anticoagulant drugs, including a
large amount of aspirin, whose medication level
cannot be stopped at least one week before the
treatment to facilitate the drug components to be

discharged from the body.
④Please refer to the instructions in the kit for
photosensitizers or drugs. If it indicates that there
may be photoallergic reaction, phototoxic reaction or
avoid sunlight exposure after taking medicine,
please do not use this device.
7.Do not use the instrument under the following
conditions.
Do not use the instrument under the following
conditions.
①If you have received radiotherapy or
chemotherapy in the past 3 months;
②If you take painkillers that reduce the sensitivity
of your skin to heat;
③He took immunosuppressive drugs;
④The area requiring irradiation has been operated
on in the last 3 weeks.
8. Please do not use this instrument in the following
parts.

①Around the eyes and above or near the eyebrows;
②The body parts with long-lasting fragrance were
used. This can cause skin reactions.
③On or near any artificial implant, such as a
silicone implant, a hypodermic needle (such as an
insulin dispenser), or a puncture.
④On the lips, nipples and inside the nostrils, ears
and anus.

Never use the device on the following areas:
①Please do not use this instrument on the face and
neck (including all parts with long beard);
②Please do not use this instrument on the genital
area or scrotum.
Location/areas women
Never use the device on the following areas:
①areolas,labia minora,vagina.
