thrutheinstructionsatleastonce,familiarizingyourselfwiththe
partsandtheirusebeforeproceeding.


CornerConnectorisdesignedtoworkwithourUltraTracks.

 Ifyoupurchasedthe5380K
MDF Door Kit, itconsistsof
fourUltraTracks(two 4432 -
32" & two 4448 - 48", capacity
11-3/4" sq. up to 29" x 45")and
fourCornerConnectors(5380).
Togetherthesepartsmake
upanadjustablefour
sidedframe,whichis
theprimaryusefor
theseparts.Smaller
partscanbeheldbycutting
3/4"thickspacerstofitbetween
theUltraTrackandthepart.

 Placethetwo"L"assembliessotheendsoftheirUltraTracks
canbeslidtogethersimultaneouslyontothefreeendsofthe
tworemainingCornerConnectors.Slidethemtogether
andtightenthehandlestocompletetheassembly.
 Toadjusttheassembly,loosenthefourhandlesof
twoopposing"L"assemblies.Simultaneouslyslide
thetwo"L"assembliestogetherorapartas
needed.Neverattempttoadjustallfour
"L"assembliesatthesametime.
 Ifnecessary,periodically
spraytheribsandundersideoftheCornerConnectors
withadrylubricantorsiliconespray.Neverforcethe
assembliesoryoumaydamagetheribsoftheCornerConnectors.
 You'llusefour1/4"spacers(5300S - one per 5380)toelevatethe
tracks1/4"aboveyourmaterialsotheroutercanfollowtheedgeofthetracks.
 FromthetopofeachCorner
Connector(5380B),inserta1/2"stud
handle(5861)thrutheremaining
twoholesineachCornerConnector
andstartanovalnut(5760B - raised
side first)ontheendofeachstud.
 LayouttheUltraTrack/Corner
Connectorassemblieswiththesame
lengthofUltraTrackoppositeeach
otherandtheirCornerConnectors
atoppositeendstoeachother.
 SlidetheendofonelongUltra
