1. IMPORTANT INTRO NOTES
• A. Ea h assembled Leg is made up of an Upper and Lower se tion. Two of
the Upper Legs 1 have 3 enter holes for JessEm brand swit h. The other
two Upper Legs 2 have 2 holes toward the front and 2 holes toward the
bottom for the Kreg brand swit h.
• B. IMPORTANT! Do not fully tighten any fasteners until the omplete
Router Table Stand is atta hed to your router table. Leave everything just
finger tight.
• C. The multiple holes toward the tops of the Bottom Legs 3 & 4 are
spa ed 1" apart. It ’ s important to plan ahead as to what you want the finished
height to be. If you measure the assembled Upper and Bottom Legs together
and add the thi kness of your top plus another in h for the Leveler Feet you
will have the approximate finished height.
II. ASSEMBLY
1 . Nest and align (see Section I, B.) the slots in the Short Bottom Leg 4 with
the Upper Leg 2 Ensure that the Upper Leg is on the outside of the Lower
Leg. Pla e the Shelf Bra e 8 on top of the Short Bottom Leg assembly.

NOTE: See Finished Router Table Height Chart above to properly align the
Router Table Stand.
2. Insert the (2) Carriage Bolts through the assembly and se ure using (2)
Kep Nuts. FIGURE 1-A. The adja ent (2) Carriage Bolts and Kep Nuts will be
installed later. As a reminder, do not fully tighten any of the Carriage Bolts,
at this point they should only be finger tight.
2. Atta h one end of the Table Bra e 7 to the Upper Leg. Make sure the
flange with the hole is fa ing up , toward the top of the Leg. FIGURE 2-A.
3. Use (2) Carriage Bolts and Kep Nuts to atta h the Wheel Bra e 9 to the
Lower Leg. Make sure the flange with the not hed orners is fa ing up,
toward the top of the Leg. FIGURE 3.
4. Atta h the other Short Bottom Leg 4 and the Upper Leg 2 to the Table
Bra e 7 , Shelf Bra e 8 and Wheel Bra e 9 using Carriage Bolts and Kep
Nuts. FIGURE 4.

5. Nest and align (see Section I, B.) t he slots in the Long Bottom Leg
3 with the Upper Leg 1 . Pla e the Shelf Bra e 8 on top of the
Long Bottom Leg assembly. FIGURE 5.
6. Insert the (2) Carriage Bolts through the assembly and se ure
using (2) Kep Nuts. The adja ent (2) Carriage Bolts and Kep Nuts will
be installed later.
7. Atta h one end of the Table Bra e 7 to the Upper Leg. Make
sure the flange with the hole is fa ing up , toward the top of the
Leg.
8. Use (2) Carriage Bolts and Kep Nuts to atta h the Shelf Bra e 8
to the Lower Leg. Make sure the flange with the not hed orners is
fa ing up, toward the top of the Leg.
9. Atta h the other Long Bottom Leg 3 and the Upper Leg 1 to the
Table Bra e 7 Shelf Bra e 8 and Wheel Bra e 9 using Carriage
Bolts and Kep Nuts.
10. Pla e a Long Shelf Bra e 6 between the previously assembled
sides and se ure using (2) Carriage Bolts and (2) Kep Nuts ea h side.

11. Install another Long Shelf Bra e 6 on the opposite side of the
first. You should now have two Bra es installed.
12. Pla e another Long Shelf Bra e 6 between the sides and
se ure using (2) Carriage Bolts and (2) Kep Nuts ea h side.

13. Install another Long Shelf Bra e 6 on the opposite side of the
first. You should now have four Bra es installed.
14. Pla e a Long Table Bra e 5 between the sides making sure that
the flange on the Long Table Bra e is fa ing outward. You'll need to
slip it in just behind the Leg fa e. Se ure using (2) Carriage Bolts and
(2) Kep Nuts ea h side. FIGURE 8.
15. Install another Long Table Bra e 5 on the opposite side of the
first making sure that the flange on the Long Table Bra e is fa ing
outward. You should now have six Bra es installed.

16. Turn the Router Table Stand upside down. FIGURE 9.
17. Start with the side of the Router Table Stand that has the Wheel Bra e 9 . Pla e a
Nut and a Washer onto the threaded portion of a Leveler Foot. Push the Leveler Foot
through the flanged foot in the Bottom Leg assembly. Atta h with a Washer, Lo kWasher
and a Nut. FIGURES 9-A.
18. Optional Wheel Kits for the Router Table Stand are sold separately at Woodpe k. om
* IF NO W EEL KIT is to be installed, install the (3) remaining Leveler Feet on the
Bottom Legs as stated in Section II., Step 7. The Leveler Feet should be extended
as mu h as possible when no wheel kit is used.
• IF A W EEL KIT is to be installed, repeat Section II. , Step 7 on the adja ent Leg.
The Leveler Feet should be retra ted as mu h as possible when no wheel kit is used.
III. ATTAC ING A ROUTER TABLE
Phillips Pan Head S rews are provided for atta hing the Router Table Stand and the
Floating Table Bra es 10 (Section IV.) to a wooden router table. In order to use these
screws, your table must be at least " thick.
1. Lay your router table top fa e down on a work surfa e. Set the assembled Router
Table Stand upside down on to the router table top.
2. Center the Router Table Stand to the router table top and use a pen il to mark ten open
slots.
3. Remove the Router Table Stand and drill a 5/32" pilot hole 3/4" deep in the enter of
ea h mark on the router table top.
NOTE: The tra ks in your router table top must be installed before atta hing the Router
Table Stand.
IV. A TT AC ING T E FLOATING BRACES
The Floating Table Bra es 10 are designed to provide extra support to your router table
top. Typi ally they're positioned about one in h to either side of the router opening.
They do not atta h dire tly to the Router Table Stand.
1. Position the Floating Bra es where desired on the router table top and use a pen il to
mark 4 open slots.
2. Remove the Floating Bra es and drill a 5/32" pilot hole 3/4" deep in the enter of
ea h mark on the router table top.
3. Atta h the Floating Bra es to the router table top using the Phillips Pan Head S rews.
