Training
Become familiar with the owner’s manual before attemptin to operate this
equipment.
Preparati n
1) Do not allow children to operate this equipment;
2) Do not operate this equipment in the vicinity of bystanders;
3) Do not connect a dama ed cord to the supply or touch a dama ed cord
before it is disconnected from supply. A dama ed cord can lead to be
contacted with live parts.
4) Wear ear protection and safety lasses at all times while operatin the
machine;
5) Avoid wearin clothin that is loose fittin or that has han in cords or ties;
6) Only operate the machine in open space (e. . not close to a wall or other
fixed object) and on a firm, level surface.

7) Do not operate the machine on a paved or ravel surface where ejected
material could cause injury;
8) Before startin the machine, check that all screws, nuts, bolts, and other
fasteners are properly secured and that uards and screens are in place.
Replace dama ed or unreadable labels;
Operati n
1) Before startin the machine, look into the feedin chamber to make certain
that it is empty;
2) Keep your face and body away from the feed intake openin ;
3) Do not allow hands or any other part of the body or clothin inside the feedin
chamber, dischar e chute, or near any movin part;
4) Keep proper balance and footin at all times. Do not overreach. Never stand
at a hi her level than the base of the machine when feedin material into it;
5) Always stand clear of the dischar e zone when operatin this machines;
6) When feedin material into the machine be extremely careful that pieces of
metal, rocks, bottles, cans or other forei n objects are not included;
7) If the cuttin mechanism strikes any forei n objects or if the machine should
start makin any unusual noise or vibration, shut off the power source and
allow the machine to stop. Disconnect from supply and take the followin
steps:
Inspect for dama e;
Check for and ti hten any loose parts;
Have any dama ed parts replaced or repaired with parts havin equivalent
specifications.
8) Do not allow processed material to build up in the dischar e zone; this may
prevent proper dischar e and can result in kickback of material throu h the
feed intake openin ;
9) If the machine becomes clo ed, shut-off the power source and disconnect
from supply before clearin debris. Keep the power source clear of debris and
other accumulations to prevent dama e to the powered source or possible
fire. Remember that operatin the startin mechanism on en ine powered
machines will still cause the cuttin means to move;
10) Keep all uards and deflectors in place and in ood workin condition;
11) Do not transport this machine while the power source is runnin ;
12) Shut off the power source and disconnect from supply whenever you leave
the work area;
13) Do not tilt the machine while the power source is runnin .
14) To keep extension cords away from the shreddin means. The shreddin
means can cause dama e to the cords and lead to contact with live parts.
Maintenance and st rage
1) When the machine is stopped for servicin , inspection, or stora e, or to
chan e an accessory, shut off the power source, disconnect from supply,
make sure that all movin parts have come to a complete stop and, where a
key is fitted remove the key. Allow the machine to cool before makin any
inspections, adjustments, etc.
2) Always allow the machine to cool before storin ;
3) When servicin the cuttin means be aware that, even thou h the power
source will not start due to the interlock feature of the uard, the cuttin
means can still be moved by a manual startin mechanism.
4) Keep the motor coolin vents clean of debris and other accumulations to
prevent dama e to the motor or possible fire.
5) If an extension cord is used it shall not be of li hter rade than the supply
cord already fitted to the appliance.
6) Check the supply and any extension cord re ularly for dama e or si ns of
a ein . Do not use the appliance, if the cords are dama ed.
7) Never attempt to override the interlock feature of the uardin .

Safe use of our power tool is only possible after the followin safety and operatin
instructions have been fully read and observed.

Read all these instructions before operatin this product and keep these
instructions for future reference.
Follow the checklist below, before attemptin to use the machine.
1. The sheathin of the flex in the plu or socket is securely ripped under the
cord rip.
2. There is no dama e to the sheath of the extension lead.
3. The cable is run out safely to avoid dama e or accidental trippin .
4. The lead is fully unwound from the reel to avoid overheatin .
WARNING: Read the instructions carefully before usin the shredder and
familiarize yourself with the controls and proper use of the equipment.
WARNING: Keep hands, feet, hair and clothin away from the movin
parts of the shredder.
There is a risk that some objects could be thrown out by the shredder.
Keep bystanders away.
Do not reach into the feed openin or the dischar e chute. The blades
will continue to rotate for approx 5 seconds after it has been switched off.
WARNING: If the cord becomes dama ed durin use, do not touch.
Immediately disconnectin the plu from the supply or disconnect the
shredder from the mains supply also when not in use or durin work on
the machine itself (e. ., chan in parts, repairs, cleanin and
adjustment).
WARNING: Always wear safety lasses, ear muffs and protective loves.
WARNING: Do not use the shredder in the rain or damp conditions.
Protect it from moisture.

The electrical AC MAINS SUPPLY may experience volta e drops when startin
this equipment. This can influence other equipment (e. . blinkin of a li hts). If the
AC MAINS SUPPLY impedance Zmax is less than 0.40 0HM at 50Hz, such
disturbances are not expected. If necessary, you may contact your local supply
authority for further information.

Do not force power tools or attachments to do the job of a heavy duty tool. Do not
use this tool for a purpose for which it is not intended.

Do not wear loose clothin or jewelry, they can be cau ht in movin parts. Gloves
and non-slip footwear are recommended when workin outdoors. Wear protective
hair coverin to contain lon hair.
Use pr tective equipment
Use safety lasses, face or dust mask if the cuttin operation is dirty. When usin
for extended periods, or when the noise level is hi h, use hearin protection.

Use clamps or a vice to hold the tool, it is safer than usin your hands and it frees
both hands to work on the tool.

Ensure the cord is arran ed so that it cannot be tripped over, stopped on or have
heavy wei hts rested on it and make sure that the cord will not be subjected to
any dama e.

Never carry the tool by the cord or pull it to disconnect it from the socket. Keep the
cord away from heat, oil and sharp ed es.

Keep proper footin and balance at all times.
Maintaining y ur t l
Keep cuttin blade sharp and clean for better performance. Follow instructions for
lubrication and chan in accessories. Inspect tool cable periodically and if
dama ed have it repaired by an authorized service facility. Inspect extension
cable periodically and replace if dama ed. Keep handles dry, clean and free from
oil and rease.
Check damaged parts
Before further use of the tool, a uard or other part that is dama ed should be
carefully checked to determine that it would operate properly and perform its
intended function. Check for ali nment of movin parts, free runnin of movin
parts, dama e to parts, mountin and any other conditions that may affect its
operation. A uard or other part that is dama ed should be properly repaired or
replaced by an authorized service center unless otherwise indicated in this
instruction manual. Have defective switches replaced by an authorized service
facility. Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.

When not in use, before servicin and when chan in accessories such as blades
and cutters, always ensure the machine is disconnected from the mains supply.
Rem ving keys and wrenches
Form the habit of checkin to see that keys and adjustin wrenches are removed
from the tool before turnin it on.
Av id unintenti nal starting
Do not move a plu ed-in tool with a fin er on the switch. Ensure the switch is off
when plu in in.
Stay alert
Watch what you are doin . Use common sense. Do not operate tool when you are
tired.

This electric tool is in accordance with the relevant safety requirements. Repairs
should only be carried out by qualified persons usin ori inal spare parts,
otherwise this may result in considerable dan er to the user. Do not attempt to
open the casin of the tool. The power supply cord of the tool should be replaced
by an authorized service a ent.
Additi nal safety advice
1. The supply volta e must correspond to the volta e specified on the
nameplate.
2. It is recommended that the shredder should be used with a Residual Current
Device (R.C.D.) with a trippin current of no more than 30mA.
3. Only use extension cables no li hter than rubber-insulated flexible cord
(H07RN-F). Preferably use bri htly colored extension leads that are clearly
visible.
4. Watch what you are doin . Use common sense.
5. Take care when the blades are in operation.
6. Do not abuse the cable. Never move the shredder by the cable or pull the
cable to disconnect it from the socket. Keep the cable away from heat, oil,
and sharp ed es. Ensure that the cable is arran ed so that it cannot be
tripped over, stepped on or have heavy wei hts rested on it. Make sure the
cable will not be subjected to any dama e.
7. Do not attempt to open the casin of the machine. Do not attempt to modify
the machine in any way.
8. The supply cord should only be replaced by an authorized service a ent.
9. Not to use the shredder, if the cords are dama ed or worn.
10. Not to connect a dama ed cord to the supply or touch a dama ed cord before
it is disconnected from the supply. A dama ed cord can lead to contact with
live parts.
11. Not to touch the shreddin means before the machine is disconnected from
the supply and the shreddin means have come to a complete stop.
12. To keep extension cords away from the shreddin means. The shreddin

13. Pull the plu from the socket:
Whenever the machine is left unattended.
Before cleanin a blocka e.
Before checkin , cleanin or workin on the appliance.
After strikin a forei n object, inspect the appliance for dama e and make
repairs as necessary.
Whenever the machine starts vibratin abnormally.

H w d I assemble this pr duct?
Turn the machine over onto its head.
Insert the Axle throu h the pre-drilled holes in the foot (Fi .3).
Select the support A and B which are identified by the letter stamped on the actual
support.
Insert the foot into the body (Fi .4).
Mount the wheel in the same order illustrated in fi 5 ensure the nut is not too
ti ht.
Ti hten the reamer knob. The lockin knob (Fi .2) has a safety switch please
ensure the knob is ti htened or the motor will not activate.

H w d I use this pr duct?
Before usin the machine, read the instructions thorou hly and acquaint yourself
with the features of the machine.
Before inspectin or servicin any part of the appliance, switch off, pull the plu
from the mains and make sure that all movin parts have come to a complete
stop.
1. Inspect the material to be shredded before startin . Remove any objects or
debris that could be thrown, jammed or become entan led in the blades.
Remove any soil from root balls. Forei n bodies like stones, lass, metals,
fabrics, or plastics must not enter the in-feed chute, these could dama e the
blades.
2. Always place the machine on firm level round. Durin operation, do not tilt or
move.
3. Allow the cuttin blades to reach full speed before feedin the material into
the in-feed chute.
4. Use the machine to shred the followin materials only:
Twi s and branches (Max. diameter 40mm)
Waste from prunin bushes
Waste from trimmin hed es
Plant material and other arden waste
Leaves and plant roots (remove soil from roots before shreddin )
5. Do not fill soft waste such as kitchen rubbish into the shredder, but compost
them.
6. Feed the material to be shredded into the corner of the in-feed chute, if it is
not too bulky, the material will be drawn in by the blades.
7. Only insert as much material so that the in-feed chute will not be blocked up.
8. Warning: Lon material extendin out from the machine could lash out when
bein drawn in by the blades. Please keep at safe distance.
9. Ensure the shredded material can fall freely from the dischar e chute.
10. To make finer compost the shredded material can be shredded for a second
time.
11. Do not allow the shredded material to build up to a level where it blocks the
dischar e chute. If the material builds up too far it could reach the cuttin
blades and be thrown out of the in-feed chute.
12. Or anic material contains a lar e amount of water and sap that can stick to
the shredder. To avoid this the material should be left for a few days to dry
out. Lar e branches however are best shredded when they are fresh.
13. If durin cuttin the blade stalls, stop the shredder immediately and
disconnect it from the mains supply before investi atin the cause.
14. Remove any jammed debris from the blades and examine them for any
dama e before re-commencin shreddin .
15. If the blade has stalled for more than 5 seconds the safety overload switch will
operate and switch the machine off. Allow the machine to cool down for at
least 1 minute before re-startin . Push the overload switch first and then push
on the On/Off switch to re-start the machine.
16. If the cuttin mechanism strikes any forei n object or if the appliance should
start makin any unusual noise or vibration, immediately switch off and allow
the cuttin means to stop. Pull the plu from the mains supply and take the
followin steps:
i) Inspect for dama e.
ii) Replace or repair any dama e parts.
iii) Check for and ti hten any loose parts.
17. If the appliance becomes clo ed, switch off and allow the cuttin means to
stop. Pull the plu from the mains supply before cleanin debris.
18. Keep the motor coolin vents clean of debris and other accumulations to

prevent dama e to the motor or possible fire.
19. Switch off, allow the cuttin means to stop and pull the plu from the mains
supply whenever you leave the work area.
20. Do not allow processed material to build up in the dischar e zone; this may
prevent proper dischar e and can result in kickback of material throu h the
feed intake openin .

Starting and St pping the shredder
Press the switch marked “1” to start and marked “0” to stop the motor.
Press the “circuit breaker” button if the machine does not work, ensure you have
connected to the power supply.
When the motor has been runnin for a few seconds you can commence
shreddin .
The circuit breaker will be activated in the followin circumstances:
a. A build up of shredded material around the cuttin disc.
b. If the material brin shredded is reater then the motor capacity.
c. Where there is too much resistance a ainst the cuttin blade.
When the circuit breaker has been activated switch-off the shredder and
disconnect the power supply.
a. Unscrew the reamer knob at the base of the turret and open top section
b. Remove the debris or obstruction from the cuttin area
c. Return the top section and ti hten the reamer knob.
d. Leave motor a few minutes to cool down
e. Reconnect to the power supply and press the circuit breaker button.
f. When ready to start shreddin press the “1” switch.
Warning: NEVER slacken off the ti htenin knob without havin turned off the
On/Off switch and pulled the plu out off the socket.
Warning: The shredder will stop within 5 seconds after switchin off.
Using the Push stick
There are a push stick provided to aid feedin less bulky material such as small
twi s, leaves, other arden waste and ve etation into the in-feed chute.
1. Load the material into the hopper.
2. Insert the push stick into the in-feed chute pushin the material onto the
blade disc.
3. Wait until all the material has been shredder before addin more
material.
NOTE: Your fin ers must never enter the in-feed chute.
NOTE: Never use the tool if the hopper is not fitted.
NOTE: Do not over reach.
H w d I c llect the shredded material?
Shut-off the power unit before attachin or removin the ba .
You can use either the collection ba supplied (if supplied) or place the shredder
on a tarpaulin sheet to catch the shredded material.
When usin the collection ba , you need to fit the collection ba hooks onto the
sides of the dischar e chute.
Warning: The ventilation slots on the machine body must never be covered by

the collection ba or shredded material.
H w d I replace the blades?
1. Ensure that the shredder is switched off and disconnected from the mains
supply.
2. Remove the top feed assembly by unscrewin the reamer knob securin it to
the body of the machine.
3. The blades have two cuttin ed es. When the blades become worn they can
be reversed to use the second cuttin ed e.
4. It is recommended that work loves be used when replacin the blades.
5. Lock the blade disc usin hex spanner. Unscrew the two inner hexa onal
headed screws and note the position of the cuttin an le of the blade.
6. Remove the blade and rotate it throu h 180 de rees and fit the blade to the
blade disc ensurin that the round cuttin ed e is facin downwards.
7. Repeat this for the other blade.
When both cuttin ed es of the blade have become worn they must be replaced
as a pair. The blades can be re-sharpened, but this must be done by an
experienced person usin an oil stone. We do not recommend this be done as the
wei ht of each blade is critical to maintain the balance of the cuttin disc. Any
imbalance could cause dama e to the machine and possible injury to the
operator.

1. Warning: Durin maintenance and cleanin ensure the machine is
disconnected from the mains.
2. When the appliance is stopped for servicin , inspection, or stora e, or to
chan e an accessory, switch off and pull the plu from the mains supply
before makin any inspections, adjustments, etc.
3. If an extension cord is used it shall not be of li hter rade than the supply
cord already fitted to the appliance.
4. Check the supply and any extension cord re ularly for dama e or si ns of

9. Never clean the shredder with a jet of water or by rinsin . Make sure that no
water is allowed to enter into the shredder.
10. Use only the recommended accessories and attachment for this shredder.

Bezpečn stné inštrukcie
Ob známenie
Pred použitím zariadenia je potrebné sa zoznámiť so zariadením prečítaním
návodu na použitie.
Príprava
9) Nikdy deťom nedovoľte používať zariadenie;
10) Nepoužívajte toto zariadenie v blízkosti prizerajúcich osôb;
11) Nepoužívajte napájací kábel ak je poškodený, ani sa ho nedotýkajte kým nie
je odpojený z elektrickej siete.
12) Počas užívania zariadenia používajte ochranné okuliare;
13) Nenoste voľné, visiace oblečenie, vlasy, šnúry, prívesky a iné prvky
oblečenia, ktoré by mohli byť zachytené do rotujúcich častí;
14) Zariadenie používajte v otvorenom priestore (napríklad mimo steny, alebo
iných pevných objektov) a na pevnom, rovnom povrchu.
15) Nepoužívajte zariadenie na nespevnenom, alebo štrkovom podklade, kde
vyhadzovaný materiál môže spôsobiť úraz;
16) Pred zapnutím zariadenia preverte či sú všetky skrutky, matice, a iné
spojovacie prvky poriadne utiahnuté a ochranné štíty sú na mieste. Odstráňte
poškodené, alebo nečitateľné nálepky.
Prevádzka
15) Pred zapnutím preverte či je plniaci lievik prázdny,
16) Tvár a celé telo udržujte mimo sacieho otvoru;
17) Nedovoľte, aby sa ruky, alebo iné časti tela, oblečenia dostali do plniaceho
lievika, výsypky, alebo do blízkosti rotujúcich dielov;
18) Udržujte správnu rovnováhu a postoj za všetkých okolností. Nepreťažujte sa.
Nikdy nestojte na vyššej úrovni, ako je základňa zariadenia pri vkladaní
materiálu do vnútra;
19) Pri práci nikdy nestojte vo výtlačnej oblasti;
20) Pri vkladaní materiálu do zariadenia je potrebné byť veľmi opatrný, aby ;
21) Ak sa dostanú cudzie predmety do plniaceho lievika, alebo zariadenie začne
vydávať nezvyčajné zvuky, alebo začne vibrovať, zariadenie okamžite vypnite
a nechajte ho zastaviť. Vytiahnite zástrčku zo zásuvky a vykonajte
nasledujúcu kontrolu:
- kontrola poškodenia,
- kontrola a dotiahnutie uvoľnených dielov,
- výmena, alebo oprava poškodených dielov.
Opravu zariadenia môže vykonávať len kvalifikované servisné stredisko
s použitím ori inálnych náhradných dielov.
22) Nedovoľte, aby sa spracovaný materiál nahromadil vo výtlačnom priestore,
mohlo by dôjsť k zablokovaniu, čo by malo za následok spätné vymrštenie
materiálu cez plniaci lievik;
23) Ak dôjde k upchatiu zariadenia, pred čistením vypnite zariadenie a vytiahnite
zástrčku z napájania. Zdroj napájania udržujte mimo materiálu, aby nedošlo
k poškodeniu napájaného zdroja, prípade k požiaru. Uvedomte si, že pri
každom zapnutí sa uvádzajú do pohybu rotujúce rezné diely;
24) Všetky kryty a deflektory udržujte v dobrom stave a na mieste;
25) Nikdy nepremiestňujte zariadenie v zapnutom stave;
26) Pred odchodom z pracoviska vypnite zariadenie a vytiahnite z napájania;
27) Nikdy nenakláňajte zariadenie v zapnutom stave.
28) Predlžovacie káble udržujte mimo dosahu drveného materiálu. Drvený
materiál môže spôsobiť poškodenie napájacích káblov a následne elektrický
úraz.
Údržba a sklad vanie
8) Pred údržbou, prehliadkou, skladovaním, alebo výmenou príslušenstva
vypnite zariadenie, odpojte z napájania, uistite sa, že všetky rotujúce diely sú
zastavené, počkajte kým zariadenie vychladne a až následne môžete
pokračovať.
9) Vždy nechajte zariadenie vychladnúť pred uskladnením;

10) Pri údržbe rezacích dielov, dávajte pozor na pohybujúce sa diely i napriek
tomu, že zdroj ener ie je blokovaný blokovacou funkciou ochranného krytu,
pretože rezacie diely sa môžu pohybovať ručným spustením.
11) Udržujte čistý chladiaci systém motora bez sutín a iných nečistôt, aby nedošlo
k poškodeniu motora, prípadne k požiaru.
12) V prípade použitia predlžovacieho kábla sa nesmie použiť kábel nižšej triedy
ako je napájací kábel zariadenia.
13) Pravidelne kontrolujte napájací kábel a predlžovacie káble proti známkam
poškodenia, alebo opotrebenia. Nepoužívajte zariadenie, ak sú napájacie
káble poškodené.
14) Nikdy neblokujte ochranné funkcie.

Pred použitím zariadenia vykonajte nasledujúce kroky:

8. Napájací kábel plne rozviňte, aby nedošlo k prehriatiu.
UPOZORNENIE: Pred použitím zariadenia si pozorne prečítajte návod
na použitie a oboznámte sa s ovládaním zariadenia a jeho použitím.
UPOZORNENIE: Nohy, ruky, vlasy a oblečenie udržujte mimo
pohyblivých častí drviča.
Je tu riziko, že niektoré objekty by mohli byť vymrštené z drviča.

Nesiahajte do plniaceho lievika, ani do vyhadzovacieho vývodu. Po
vypnutí zariadenia nože rotujú ešte po dobu približne 5 sekúnd.
UPOZORNENIE: Ak sa počas užívania poškodí napájací kábel,
nedotýkajte sa ho. Ihneď odpojte zariadenie z napájania, taktiež
odpájajte zariadenie po ukončení práce (napr. pred výmenou dielo,
úpravami, údržbou a nastavením).
UPOZORNENIE: Stále používajte ochranné okuliare, chrániče sluchu
a ochranné rukavice.
UPOZORNENIE: Zariadenie nepoužívajte v daždi, alebo vo vlhkom
prostredí. Chráňte ho pred vlhkosťou.

Var vanie
Pri spustení zariadenia môže dôjsť k poklesu napätia. Môže to ovplyvniť ďalšie
zariadenia (napr. bliknutie svetiel). Ak napájanie má Zmax menšie ako 0,40HM
pri 50 Hz takéto poruchy sa neočakávajú. V prípade potreby sa obráťte na
miestneho dodávateľa.

P užívajte v nkajšie predlž vacie káble
Pri používaní zariadenie vonku, používajte predlžovacie káble, ktoré sú vhodné
na použitie vonku.
Udržujte čisté prac vné pr stredie
Neporiadok a znečistené pracovné prostredie vedie k nehodám a zraneniam.
Zvážte charakter prac vnéh pr stredia
Nevystavujte zariadenie na dážď.
Nepoužívajte zariadenie v mokrom, alebo vlhkom prostredí.
Udržujte pracovný priestor dobre osvetlený.
Nepoužívajte elektrické náradie tam, kde je nebezpečenstvo vzniku požiaru,
alebo výbuchu.
Ochrana pred elektrickým prúd m
Zabráňte kontaktu tela s uzemnenými povrchmi, napr. potrubia, káble atď.
Deti a zvieratá udržujte mim d sahu prac vnéh pr stredia
Nedovoľte aby návštevníci sa dotýkali zariadenia, alebo napájacieho kábla. Všetci
návštevníci sa musia udržovať v bezpečnej vzdialenosti od pracovného
prostredia.
Sklad vanie
Keď zariadenie nie je používané, je potrebné ho uskladniť na suchom, vyššom,
alebo uzamknutom mieste mimo dosahu detí.

Nepreťažujte zariadenie. Nepoužívajte zariadenie na účely, na ktoré nie je určené.
Vh dné blečenie
Nenoste voľné oblečenie, alebo šperky, ktoré môžu byť zachytené pohybujúcimi
sa dielmi. Pri práci vonku sa odporúča používať protišmykovú obuv a rukavice.
Dlhé vlasy je potrebné schovať.
P užívajte chranné pr striedky
Používajte ochranné okuliare, štít a respirátor ak je potrebné. Pri dlhšom
používaní zariadenia, alebo zvýšenej hlučnosti používajte chrániče sluchu.
Netlačte na zariadenie
Zariadenie vykoná prácu lepšie a bezpečnejšie so stanovenou rýchlosťou.
Upevnite náradie
Používajte svorky, alebo zverák pre držanie náradia, je to bezpečnejšie ako
používať ruky a uvoľňuje to obidve ruky k práci na nástroji.
Umiestnenie kábla
Zabezpečte, aby napájací kábel bol tak umiestnený, aby nikto o neho nezakopol,
nebol zaťažený ťažkými bremenami a nedošlo k jeho poškodeniu.
Nenamáhajte kábel
Nikdy neprenášajte náradie za napájací kábel. Nikdy neodpájajte zariadenie
potiahnutím za kábel. Udržujte kábel mimo tepelných zdrojov, oleja a ostrých
hrán.
Nepreťažujte sa
Udržiavajte správny postoj a rovnováhu za všetkých okolností.
Údržba náradia
Udržujte rezný kotúč ostrý a čistý pre udržanie maximálneho výkonu. Dodržujte
pokyny pre mazanie a výmenu príslušenstva. Pravidelne kontrolujte napájací
kábel a v prípade poškodenia nechajte vymeniť v špecializovanom servisnom
stredisku. Pravidelne kontrolujte predlžovací kábel, v prípade potreby vymeňte.
Udržujte rukoväť suchú, čistú, bez oleja a mastnôt.

Pred použitím zariadenia je potrebné skontrolovať poškodenie krytov, alebo iných
dielov pre zabezpečenie bezpečnej prevádzky zariadenia. Skontrolujte upevnenie

pohyblivých častí, poškodenie dielov, montáž a všetky ostatné podmienky, ktoré
môžu ovplyvniť chod zariadenia. Ochranné kryty, alebo iné poškodené diely je
nutné nechať vymeniť v autorizovanom servisnom stredisku, pokiaľ nie je
uvedené inak v tomto návode na použitie. Chybné vypínače nechajte vymeniť
v autorizovanom servise. Nepoužívajte zariadenie ak vypínač nefun uje správne.
Odp jenie zariadenia
Keď zariadenie nie je používané, pred údržbou, pred výmenou príslušenstva ako
sú nože je potrebné najprv odpojiť zariadenie z napájania.
Odstránenie kľúč v
Zvyknite si pravidelne kontrolovať pred opätovným spustením zariadenia, že ste
odstránili zo zariadenia všetky nastavovacie kľúče a náradia.
Vyhnite sa náh dnému spusteniu
Nepresúvajte zariadenie keď je zapojené v el. sieti s prstom na vypínači. Pred
pripojením zariadenie do el. siete preverte, či je vypínač vo vypnutej polohe.

Sledujte, čo robíte. Používajte zdravý rozum. Nepracujte so zariadením, keď ste
unavení.

Používajte iba ori inálne náhradné diely, príslušenstvo a prídavné zariadenia.
Použitie iného príslušenstva môže predstavovať riziko zranenia.
Opravu zariadenia p nechajte kvalifik vanému servisnému stredisku
Toto elektrické zariadenie je v súlade s príslušnými požiadavkami na bezpečnosť.
Opravy môžu byť prevádzané len kvalifikovanou osobou s použitím ori inálnych
náhradných dielov, v opačnom prípade môže dôjsť k nebezpečnému ohrozeniu
obsluhy. Nepokúšajte sa otvárať kryt motora. Napájací kábel zariadenia by mal
byť vymenený v autorizovanom servisnom stredisku.

14. Zdrojové napätie musí byť zhodné s napätím uvedeným na typovom štítku.
15. Odporúča sa, aby s drvičom bol používaný prúdový chránič (RCD)
s vypínacím prúdom nepresahujúcim 30mA.
16. Používajte napájací kábel nie nižšej triedy ako izolovaný flexibilný kábel
(H07RN-F). Odporúča sa používať pestrofarebné predlžovacie káble, ktorú sú
jasne viditeľné.
17. Sledujte, čo robíte. Používajte zdravý rozum.
18. Dávajte pozor, keď sú nože v prevádzke.
19. Nenamáhajte napájací kábel. Nikdy nepresúvajte zariadenie ťahaním za
napájací kábel, alebo nikdy neodpájajte zástrčku zo zásuvky potiahnutím za
kábel.
20. Nepokúšajte sa otvárať zariadenie. V žiadnom prípade neupravujte
zariadenie.
21. Nepoužívajte zariadenie ak je napájací kábel poškodený, alebo
opotrebovaný.
22. Nedotýkajte sa sutín kým zariadenie nie je vypnuté a odpojené z elektrickej
siete a kým sa celé zariadenie úplne nezastaví.
23. Vytiahnite zástrčku zo zásuvky:
Vždy keď ponechávate zariadenie bez dozoru.
Pred odstraňovaním blokácie.
Pred kontrolou, čistením a prácou na zariadení.
Po náraze na cudzí predmet skontrolujte či nedošlo k poškodeniu a vykonajte
opravy podľa potreby.
Vždy, keď zariadenie začne nezvyčajne vibrovať.
Výmena prív dnej šnúry
Ak dôjde k poškodeniu prívodného kábla, je potrebné aby výmenu vykonal
odborný servisný elektrikár. NIKDY NEPOUŽÍVAJTE POŠKODENÝ ALEBO
NEKOMPLETNÝ KÁBEL, ale urýchlene zariaďte jeho výmenu.

ZOSTAVENIE ZARIADENIA
Otočte zariadenie opačne hlavou dole.
Nasuňte osku cez prevrtaná otvory v pätke (Obr.3).
Zvoľte podpery A a B podľa písmena vyznačeného na podpere..
Nasuňte pätku do tela (Obr. 4).

Namontujte koleso v takom istom poradí ako je zobrazené na obrázku Obr 5.
Uistite sa, že skrutky nie sú príliš natesno utiahnuté.
Zaistite a utiahnite ombík (Obr.2) a uistite sa, že bezpečnostný ombík je pevne
utiahnutý a že motor sa nespustí.

Prevádzka zariadenia
Zapnutie a vypnutie drviča
Pre zapnutie stlačte vypínač do polohy „1“, pre vypnutie do polohy „0“.
Stlačte istič ak zariadenie nefun uje, uistite sa, že je elektrické napájanie
napojené.
Po niekoľkých sekundách voľného behu zariadenia môžete začať s drvením.
Istič sa aktivuje v nasledujúcich prípadoch:
d. Nahromadený drvený materiál okolo rezného disku.
e. Pokiaľ je drvený materiál väčší ako výkon motora.
f. Veľkého odporu proti rezným nožom.
V prípade aktivácie ističa, vypnite zariadenie a odpojte z elektrickej siete.
. Uvoľnite držadlo krytu na spodnej časti a otvorte horný diel.
h. Odstráňte nečistoty, alebo iné prekážky z rezného priestoru.
i. Späť namontujte horný diel a upevnite držadlom.
j. Na niekoľko minút nechajte vychladnúť.
k. Zapojte do elektrickej siete a stlačte istič.
l. Až budete pripravený môžete zapnúť zariadenie prepnutím vypínača do
polohy „1“.
Up z rnenie: NIKDY neuvoľňujte držadlo krytu, bez toho, že by bolo zariadenie
vypnuté a vytiahnuté z elektrickej siete.

Up z rnenie: Zariadenie sa zastaví až po 5 sekundách po vypnutí.
P užitie tlačidla
Na vkladanie menšieho materiálu (napr. lístie, malé vetvy a pod.) do plniaceho
lieviku môžete používať tlačidlo.
1. Vložte materiál do plniaceho lieviku.
2. Vložte tlačidlo do lievika a pritlačte materiál k reznému disku.
3. Počkajte kým sa rozdrví všetok materiál pred pridaním ďalšieho
materiálu.
POZOR: Nikdy nevkladajte prsty do plniaceho lievika.
POZOR: Nikdy nepoužívajte zariadenie, ak plniaci lievik nie je nasadený.
POZOR: Nepreťažujte.
Zber drvenéh materiálu
Pred upevnením, alebo odmontovaní zbernej nádoby vypnite zariadenie.
Na zber rozdrveného materiálu používajte zberný vak (ak je súčasťou balenia),
alebo umiestnite drvič na plachtu.
Pri použití zberného vaku, je potrebné uchytiť vak hákmi po stranách vývodu.
Up z rnenie: Vetracie otvory nikdy nesmú byť zakryté zberným vakom, alebo
rozdrveným materiálom.
Výmena rezných n ž v
8. Vypnite zariadenie a vytiahnite zástrčku zo zásuvky.
9. Uvoľnite držadlo krytu a odmontujte kryt.
10. Rezné nože majú dve rezné hrany. Po opotrebení jeden strany noža sa môže
obrátiť a použiť druhú hranu.
11. Pri výmene nožov sa odporúča používať ochranné rukavice.
12. Šesťhranným kľúčom zaistite rezný kotúč. Odskrutkujte dve vnútorné
šesťhranné skrutky a poznačte si nastavenie rezného uhla noža.
13. Vyberte nôž, otočte o 180° a upevnite nôž k reznému kotúču tak, aby spodná
rezná hrana smerovala nadol.
14. Rovnako postupujte i pri výmene druhého noža.
Ak sú obe rezné hrany nožov opotrebované, je potrebné ich vymeniť ako pár.
Tieto nože môžu byť ostrené, ale iba kvalifikovanou osobu pomocou olejového
kameňa. Neodporúča sa to robiť z dôvodu toho, aby sa zachovala rovnaká váha
nožov pre zabezpečenie rovnováhy rezného disku. Akákoľvek nerovnováha môže

ZÁRUČNÝ LIST
Záručné p dmienky:
1. Na tento výrobok sa poskytuje záruka po dobu 24 mesiacov odo dňa predaja,
respektíve odo dňa vyskladnenia.
2. V dobe záruky vám záručný servis vykoná opravy všetkých závad vzniknutých
následkom výrobnej chyby bezplatne. Pri uplatnení požiadavky na záručnú opravu musí byť spolu
s výrobkom predložený úplne a čitateľne vyplnený záručný list. Pri odosielaní výrobku do opravy,
dopravné náklady hradí zákazník.
3. Pri uplatňovaní nároku na záručnú opravu je potrebné predložiť záručný list, ktorý
je platný iba vtedy ak je opatrený dátumom predaja, pečiatkou príslušnej predajne a podpisom
predávajúceho, ktorý týmto potvrdzuje riadne prevedenie a funkciu výrobku.
4. Reklamáciu uplatňuje u predajcu, kde ste náradie alebo stroj zakúpili, príp. zašlite
v nerozloženom stave do opravy. Predávajúci je povinný pri predaji predviesť výrobok v prevádzke,
vyplniť záručný list (dátum predaja, razítko predajne a podpis). Všetky tieto údaje musia byť vyplnené
hneď pri predaji. Výrobok zasielajte do opravy s vloženým záručným listom, najlepšie v ori inálnej
krabici, ktorú doporučujeme dobre uschovať.
5. Záručná doba sa predlžuje o dobu kedy je výrobok v záručnej oprave.
