A. FOR ALL DOUBLE-INSULATED SNOW

Replacement parts
When servicing use only identical replacement
parts. Replace or repair damaged cords.
B. FOR ALL SNOW THROWERS
1) Do not use on graveled surface unless
the SnowThrower is adjusted for such a
surface in accordance with the operator’s
manual.
2) Keep children away - All visitors should
be kept a safe distance from work area.
3) Dress properly -Do not wear loose
clothing or jewelry.They can be caught in
moving parts.
4) Wear rubber boots when operating the
SnowThrower.
5) Operation of the SnowThrower in the
hand-held position is unsafe, except in
accordance with the special instructions
for such use provided in the operator’s
manual.
6) Warning -To prevent electric shock use
only with an extension cord suitable for
outdoor use.
7) Extension Cords -To prevent
disconnection of SnowThrower cord from
the extension cord during operation.
i) Make a knot as shown in Figure 51.2, or
ii) Use one of the plug-receptacle
retaining straps or connectors described
in this manual.

8) Avoid accidental starting -Don’t carry
plugged-in SnowThrower with finger
on switch. Be sure switch is off when
plugging in.
9) If cord is damaged in any manner while
plugged in, pull extension cord from wall
receptacle.
10) Don’t abuse cord -Never carry Snow
Thrower by cord or yank it to disconnect
from receptacle. Keep cord from heat, oil,
and sharp edges.
11) Keep hands away from moving parts.
12)
Keep guards in place and in working order.
13) Don’t force Snow Thrower - It will
perform better and safer at the rate for
which it was designed.
14) Don’t overreach - Keep proper footing
and balance at all times.
15) If the SnowThrower strikes a foreign
object follow these steps:
i) Stop SnowThrower. Release the switch.
ii) Inspect for damage.
iii) Repair any damage before restarting
and operating the SnowThrower.
iv) Unplug power cord.
16) Disconnect Snow Thrower -
Disconnect the appliance from the power
supply when not in use, before servicing,
when changing accessories such as
blades, and the like.
17) Store idle Snow Thrower Indoors -
When not in use, appliances should be
stored indoors in dry, and high or locked-
up place -out of reach of children.
18) Maintain Snow Thrower with Care
- Follow instructions for lubricating and
changing accessories.
SAFE OPERATION PRACTICES FOR
WALK-BEHIND SNOW THROWER
TRAINING
1. Read the operating and service instruction
manual carefully. Be thoroughly familiar
with the controls and the proper use of the
equipment. Know how to stop the unit and
disengage the controls quickly.
2. Never allow children to operate the
equipment. Never allow adults to operate
the equipment without proper instruction.
3. Keep the area of operation clear of all
persons, particularly small children, and pets.
4. Exercise caution to avoid slipping or falling,
especially when operating in reverse.
PREPARATION
1. Thoroughly inspect the area where the
equipment is to be used and remove all
doormats, sleds, boards, wires, and other
foreign objects.
2. Do not operate the equipment without
wearing adequate winter outer garments.
Wear footwear that will improve footing on
slippery surfaces.
3. Use extension cords and receptacles
as specified by the manufacturer for all
units with electric drive motors or electric
starting motors.
4. Adjust the collector housing height to clear
gravel or crushed rock surface.
5. Never attempt to make any adjustments
while the motor is running (except
when specifically recommended by
manufacturer).
6. Let motor and machine adjust to outdoor
temperatures before starting to clear snow.
7. Always wear safety glasses or eye shields
during operation or while performing an
adjustment or repair to protect eyes from
foreign objects that may be thrown from
the machine.
OPERATION
1. Do not put hands or feet near or under
rotating parts. Keep clear of the discharge
opening at all times.
2. Exercise extreme caution when operating
on or crossing gravel drives, walks, or
roads. Stay alert for hidden hazards or
traffic.
3. After striking a foreign object, stop the
motor, disconnect the cord on electric
motors, thoroughly inspect the Snow
Thrower for any damage, and repair the
damage before restarting and operating
the SnowThrower.
4. If the unit should start to vibrate
abnormally, stop the motor and check
immediately for the cause. Vibration is
generally a warning of trouble.
5. Stop the motor whenever you leave the
operating position, before unclogging the
auger housing or discharge guide, and

when making any repairs, adjustments, or
inspections.
6. When cleaning, repairing, or inspecting,
make certain the auger and all moving
parts have stopped. Disconnect the plug
from mains to prevent accidental starting.
7. Do not clear snow across the face of
slopes. Exercise extreme caution when
changing direction on slopes. Do not
attempt to clear steep slopes.
8. Never operate the SnowThrower without
proper guards, plates or other safety
protective devices in place.
9. Never operate the SnowThrower near
glass enclosures, automobiles, window
wells, drop-offs, and the like without proper
adjustment of the snow discharge angle.
Keep children and pets away.
10.Do not overload the machine capacity by
attempting to clear snow at too fast a rate.
11. Never operate the machine at high
transport speeds on slippery surfaces. Look
behind and use care when backing.
12.Never direct discharge at bystanders or
allow anyone in front of the unit.
13.Disengage power to the auger when Snow
Thrower is transported or not in use.
14.Use only attachments and accessories
approved by the manufacturer of the
SnowThrower (such as wheels weights,
counterweights, cabs, and the like).
15.Never operate the SnowThrower without
good visibility or light. Always be sure of
your footing, and keep a firm hold on the
handles. Walk; never run.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
1. Check shear bolts and other bolts at
frequent intervals for proper tightness to
be sure the equipment is in safe working
condition.
2. Always refer to operator’s guide
instructions for important details if the
SnowThrower is to be stored for an
extended period.
3. Maintain or replace safety and instruction
labels, as necessary.
4. Run the machine a few minutes after
throwing snow to prevent freeze-up of the
auger.

ASSEMBLY
CAUTION! Inspect wiring, which,
if damaged during shipping, may
cause serious bodily injury during
equipment use. If any damage is seen
or suspected, do not assemble. Instead,
contact WORX Customer Service
866-354-WORX (9679) for assistance.
Handle with care during assembly so
that electrical wiring does not become
damaged.
GETTING STARTED
1. Remove the SnowThrower and all other
items from the box.
2. Determine the left and right hand sides
of the SnowThrower by standing in the
normal operating position.
3. Check all items for shipping damage. If
damage is seen or suspected, or if any of
the parts are missing, do not assemble.
Instead, promptly inform the dealer where
you bought the SnowThrower or contact
WORX customer service for assistance.
1. INSTALLING THE HANDLES
1) Loosen and remove the four sets of bolts,
washers, and Locking Cam Levers (9).
2) Attach the Middle Handle (10) with the
bolts and Locking Cam Levers to the Lower
Handle (15) (See Fig. A1).
IMPORTANT: When attaching the Middle
Handle to the Lower Handle, make sure
the Chute Crank Bar (11) mounting
hole on the Middle Handle bar is facing
upwards (side of bar where hole is
indented). Later in assembly you must
make sure the Chute Crank Bar (11) rest
on top of the Middle Handle bar
(See Fig. A2).
3) The bolt should be inserted through the
handles from the inside out and should
protrude from the outside hole as far as
possible. After this, place the washer on
the end of the bolt followed by the Locking
Cam Lever. Tighten the Locking Cam Lever,
flip it in to lock it, and make sure the handle
has a secure fit (See Fig. B).
The cam lever pressure can be adjusted by
turning the Locking Cam Levers clockwise
(tighten) or counter-clockwise (loosen). DO
NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
4) Connect the Upper handle(3) to the Middle
handle in the same way as described
in step 2 and 3. Use the bolts, washers,
and Locking Cam Levers to secure the
connection on both sides (See Fig. C, D, E).
5) You can use the Cable Clips (13) to keep
the cord neatly secured against the handle
bars. First, insert the cord into the Cable
Clip ensuring there is enough cord slack.
Then simply snap the clip onto the bar.
Evenly space out and repeat process for
the other Cable Clips (See Fig. F).
NOTE: The Upper Handle can be adjusted
to 3 different height positions (See Fig.
D: 1, 2, 3).
2. INSTALLING THE CHUTE CRANK
1) Lift the Chute Deflector (4) so that it snaps
and locks securely onto the Discharge chute
(6) (See Fig. G, H).
2) Raise or lower the Chute Deflector to the
desired height of the snow stream and
tighten the Chute Deflector Knobs (5)
(See Fig. I).
NOTE: Do not overtighten the Chute
deflector knobs.
3) Locate the upper Chute Crank Bar (11) in
the parts bag. Remove the screw and nut
from the upper Chute Crank Bar using
a Phillips screwdriver and the wrench
provided (See Fig. J).
NOTE: You may be able to unfasten the
screw and nut by hand.
4) Slide the upper Chute Crank Bar into the
lower Chute Crank Bar, aligning the screw
holes.Tighten the screw into the aligned
holes using a screwdriver. Fasten the nut
with a wrench (See Fig. K, L) .
5) First, loosen the screw. Insert the end of the
lower Chute Crank Bar into the shroud (See
fig. M1, M2).
NOTE: Make sure the flat end of the Chute
Crank Bar is put into appropriate relative
position of the shroud.
Then tighten the screw. (See fig.N)
6)
Remove the washer and wing nut from the
eye bolt found on the upper Chute Crank Bar.
Insert the eye bolt into the indented hole

found in the center of the Middle Handle
(10). Place the washer and screw on the
wing nut (See Fig. O, P).
NOTE: Do not overtighten the nut.
3. USING THE POWER CORD HOOK (14)
(See Fig. Q)
In order to reduce strain on the power inlet
form a loop and hitch the extension cord
around the Power Cord Hook (14).
OPERATION
WARNING! Before using this
machine, make sure that the power
source you will use complies with the
specifications detailed in this manual.
Before inserting the plug into the socket,
verify that the Snow Thrower’s rubber
plates are firmly secured with screws,
and that the rubber plates are facing the
correct direction. Perform a test run to
ensure that the Auger (7) turns freely.
1. STARTING AND STOPPING
(See Fig. R, S)
STARTING
Connect the plug to the power source and
switch ON.
The switch box is provided with a Lock-Off
Button to prevent accidental starting.
With one hand press and hold the Lock-Off
Button (1), with the other hand pull the Switch
Lever (2) towards the handle, and release the
Lock-Off Button.The machine is now started;
wait until the Auger (7) is at full speed before
working.Then use both hands to hold the
Switch Lever to keep it running.
STOPPING
Release the Switch Lever.
2. MANEUVERING THE SNOW THROWER
AND THROWING SNOW
WARNING:
Foreign objects, such as
rocks, broken glass, nails or wire,
can be picked up and thrown by the Snow
Thrower, causing serious personal injury.
Remove all foreign objects from the area
to be plowed before operating the Snow
Thrower. Some objects may be hidden
underneath the snow.
1) If the SnowThrower hits an obstruction
or picks up a foreign object during use,
stop the SnowThrower, disconnect the
extension cord, remove the obstruction,
and inspect the unit for damage. Repair or
replace any damaged part before restarting
and operating the unit.
2) Keep children, pets, and bystanders away
from the area of operation. Be aware that
the normal noise of the machine when
turned on may make it difficult for you to
hear approaching people.
3) When moving the SnowThrower, use the
wheels on one side as the pivot point.
Slightly tilt the SnowThrower on this pivot
point to move it forward or backward.
4) Start your clearing path near the electrical
outlet and work outward, throwing snow
in a back and forth motion.To clear in the
opposite direction, step over the cord and
pivot the SnowThrower on its wheels.
Make sure to overlap clearing paths.
5) Note wind direction. If possible, move in
the same direction as the wind so that the
snow is not thrown against the wind (and
thus back into your face and on the just
cleared path).
6) While moving the SnowThrower, do not
drag the power cable violently or roughly.
The SnowThrower should move within the
range that the cable can reach.
7) Do not push the SnowThrower with
excessive force.You should push the
machine gently and evenly in accordance
with the unit’s throw rate.
8) Do not apply additional man-made load to
the tool as this may cause damage to the
motor.
9) Some parts of the SnowThrower may
freeze under extreme temperature
conditions. Do not attempt to operate the
SnowThrower with frozen parts. If the
parts freeze while the SnowThrower is in
use, stop the SnowThrower, unplug the
extension cord, and inspect for frozen
parts. Free all parts before restarting or
operating the SnowThrower. Never force
controls that have been frozen.

Working on pebbles, gravel, or unpaved

surfaces -To avoid throwing loose surface
material along with the snow, push down
on the handle to raise the scraper at the
base of the unit above the pebbles or gravel.
3. CHANGING THROW DIRECTION AND
THROW HEIGHT (See Fig. T, U, V)
WARNING: Never direct the snow
Discharge Chute at the operator,
at bystanders, at vehicles or at nearby
windows. The discharged snow and
foreign objects accidentally picked
up by the Snow Thrower can cause
serious damage and personal injury.
Always orient the Discharge Chute in
the opposite direction from where you,
bystanders, surrounding vehicles, or
windows are located.
1) The Discharge Chute (6) can be adjusted
180 degrees by rotating the Chute Crank
Handle (12). Rotate the Chute Crank Handle
clockwise to move the Discharge Chute to
the left (See Fig.
T); counterclockwise to
move the chute to the right (See Fig. U).
2) The Chute Deflector (4) on the top of the
Discharge Chute controls the height and
distance of the snow stream. Loosen both
Chute Deflector Knobs (5) to raise or lower
the deflector to the desired height of snow
you wish to throw.Tighten the knobs to
secure the deflector (See Fig. V).
NOTE: Do not overtighten the chute
deflector knobs (See Fig. I).
WARNING: Make sure that the
chute deflector snaps and locks
completely onto the Discharge Chute.
An opening between the Discharge
Chute and the Chute Deflector (4) may
allow foreign objects to be picked up
by the Snow Thrower and thrown in the
direction of the operator causing serious
boldly injury.
Do not advance the chute deflector too
far forward causing an opening to appear
between the deflector and Discharge
Chute.
4. HOW TO CLEAR A DRIVEWAY/
EXPERTS OFFER TACTICAL TIPS
SNOWBLOWER (NON-WIDY CONDITIONS)
1) Cut a path straight down the middle of
the driveway with the Discharge Chute (6)
facing left.
2) Without adjusting the Discharge Chute,
turn machine around 180 degrees.
3) Return to driveway’s start.Turn machine
same direction as before.
4) Continue making circles outward in this
direction until the driveway is clear.
MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT: All electrical repairs should
be performed only by an Authorized
Service Dealer.
NOTE: Determine the left and right sides
of the machine from the normal operating
position.
WARNING: If the extension cord
is plugged into the snowthrower,
someone could accidentally operate
snowthrower while you are performing
maintenance on it, causing serious
personal injury. Disconnect the
extension cord before you perform any
maintenance.
1. LUBRICATING THE SNOWTHROWER
Lubrication is not necessary and may damage
the unit.The SnowThrower is lubricated for
lifetime use at the factory before shipment.

2. GENERAL MAINTENANCE TIPS
1) Do not attempt to repair the machine
unless you have the proper tools and
instructions for disassembly and repair of
the machine.
2) Check the shear bolts and other bolts at
frequent intervals for proper tightness
to ensure that the equipment is in safe
working condition.
3) After each snow removal session, run the
SnowThrower for a few minutes to prevent
the Auger (7) from freezing. Shut off the
motor, wait for all revolving parts to stop
completely, and wipe residual ice and snow
off the unit. Rotate the Chute Crank Handle
(12) several times to remove any excess
snow.
3. REPLACING THE RUBBER PLATES
(See Fig. W, X, Y)
NOTE: When replacing worn rubber plates,
pay close attention to carefully distinguish
between the coarse and smooth side of the
plates. Place the coarse side facing inside and
the smooth side facing outside.
1) Detach the worn rubber plate by removing
the two sets of nuts, bolts, and washers
used to secure it.
2) Install the new rubber plate so that the
coarse side faces inward and the smooth
side faces outward.
3) After fitting the rubber plate (a) onto the
AUGER (7) insert the bolt (d) through the
aligned holes, the bolt head should be
against the outer rubber surface. Make sure
to place a small flat washer (c) under the
bolt head, and a large flat washer under the
locknut (g).The locknut is used to secure
the bolt.

4. REPLACING THE SCRAPER
i: Scraper; ii: Screw; iii: Screwdriver
The scraper is located at the base of the Snow
Thrower beneath the rotor housing (See Fig. Z1).
1) Detach the worn scraper from the Snow
Thrower by removing the 3 screws that
hold it in place (See Fig. Z2).
2) Install the new scraper and fasten it
securely to the SnowThrower with 3
screws (See Fig. Z3).
5. REPLACING THE BELT
NOTE: Determine the left and right hand sides
of the SnowThrower by standing behind the
unit in the normal operating position.
1) Remove the screws from the left panel of
the snowthrower.
2) Lift the belt tension and roll the large belt
off the big pulley (See Fig. AA).
-Big pulley; -Belt tension;
-Large belt
3) Replace the large belt by following
instructions in reverse order.
STORAGE
1. Allow the motor to cool and clean
the SnowThrower before storing or
transporting. Be sure to secure the unit
while transporting.
2. Disconnect the extension cord from the
SnowThrower.
3. Inspect the extension cord closely for signs
of wear or damage. Replace it if it is worn
or damaged.
4. Inspect the SnowThrower carefully for
worn, loose, or damaged parts. Check
connections and screws and tighten if
necessary. For repairing or replacing parts,
contact your WORX dealer.
5. Store the unit, along with the disconnected
extension cord, in a locked, dry place
out of the reach of children to prevent
unauthorized use or damage. Cover loosely
with a tarp for added protection.

Lors de l’entretien de l’appareil, n’utilisez que
des pièces identiques de remplacement.
B. POUR TOUS LES APPAREILS
1) N’utilisez pas sur une surface de gravier
à moins que la soufeuse à neige
soit ajustée pour une telle surface
conformément au manuel de l’opérateur.
2) Tenez les enfants éloignés -Tous les
visiteurs devraient être tenus éloignés de
l’aire de travail.
3) Habillez-vous convenablement - Ne
portez pas des vêtements lousses ou des
bijoux. Ils peuvent se prendre dans des
pièces en mouvement.
4) Portez des bottes en caoutchouc lorsque
vous utilisez la souffleuse à neige.
5) L’utilisation de la souffleuse à neige en
hauteur est dangereux, sauf si cela est fait
conformément aux instructions spéciales
fournies dans le manuel de l’opérateur.
6) Avertissement - Afin de réduire
le risque de choc électrique, utilisez
seulement avec une rallonge destinée à
un usage extérieur.
7) Rallonge - Pour éviter le débranchement
du cordon de la souffleuse à neige en
cours de fonctionnement,
i) Faites un noeud selon l’illustration de la
Figure 51.2 ou
II) Utilisez les courroies de fixation ou les
connecteurs du socle de la prise décrits
dans ce manuel.

8) Évitez les démarrages non
intentionnels - Ne transportez pas les
appareils connectés en ayant les doigts
sur le commutateur. Soyez certain que
le commutateur est en position « OFF »
lorsque vous connectez.
9) Si le cordon électrique est endommagé
lorsqu’il est branché, débranchez le
cordon électrique à partir de la prise
murale.
10) Ne soumettez pas le cordon à des
abus - Ne transportez jamais l’appareil
par le cordon ou le tirer d’un coup sec
afin de le déconnecter du réceptacle.
Tenez le cordon éloigné de la chaleur, de
l’huile et des arêtes tranchantes.
11) Éloignez vos mains de toute pièce en
mouvement.
12) Maintenez les gardes en place et en bon
ordre de fonctionnement.
13) Ne forcez pas l’appareil - Il va faire un
meilleur travail et avec moins de risques
de blessure en travaillant au taux de
charge pour lequel il a été conçut.
14) N’essayez pas d’utiliser l’appareil
hors de votre portée normale - Gardez
votre équilibre et les pieds bien ancrés en
tout temps.
15) Si la souffleuse à neige frappe un corps
étranger, procédez comme suit :
i) Arrêtez la souffleuse à neige. Relâchez
l’interrupteur.
ii) Inspectez pour dommages possibles.
iii)
Réparez tout dommage avant de
redémarrer et d’opérer la tondeuse à gazon.
iv) Débranchez le cordon d’alimentation.
16) Déconnectez l’appareil.- Déconnectez
l’appareil de la source d’alimentation
lorsqu’il n’est pas en utilisation, avant
d’en faire l’entretien, lors du changement
d’accessoires tels que lames et autres du
même genre.
17) Entreposez à l’intérieur les
appareils qui ne sont pas utilisés -
Lorsqu’inutilisés, les appareils devraient
êtres entreposés à l’intérieur dans un
endroit sec, élevé et gardé sous clef, hors
de la portée des enfants.
18) Entretenez les appareils avec soins
- Suivez les instructions pour lubrifier et
changer les accessoires.

SOUFFLEUSES À NEIGE POUSSÉES
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
1. Lisez attentivement le manuel
d’instructions d’utilisation et d’entretien.
Familiarisez-vous avec les commandes et
l’utilisation adéquate de l’appareil.
2. Ne laissez jamais les enfants utiliser l’outil.
3. Tenez toutes les personnes, en particuliers
les jeunes enfants, ainsi que les animaux, à
distance de votre lieu de travail.
4.
Soyez très attentif à ne pas glisser ou tomber,
particulièrement lorsque vous reculez.
PRÉPARATION
1. Inspectez soigneusement le lieu dans
lequel vous allez utiliser l’appareil et retirez-
en les pierres, les bâtons, les fils, les os et
autres objets.
2. N’employez jamais la tondeuse pieds nus
ou en ne portant que des sandales. Portez
des chaussures qui améliorent l’adhérence
sur les surfaces glissantes.
3. Utilisez des rallonges et des prises telles
que spéciées par le fabricant pour tous les
appareils à moteur électrique ou pour les

moteurs électriques de démarrage.
4. Réglez la hauteur du châssis du collecteur
au-dessus de la surface de gravier ou de
roches.
5. N’essayez jamais de faire des réglages
pendant que le moteur est en marche (sauf
si cela est spéciquement recommandé par
le fabricant).
6. Laissez le moteur et la machine s’adapter
à la température extérieure avant de
commencer à déblayer la neige.
7. Portez toujours des lunettes de sécurité ou
un masque facial pendant l’utilisation de
la souffleuse ou lors d’un ajustement ou
d’une réparation pour protéger vos yeux
des objets qui peuvent être projetés par la
machine.
OPÉRATION
1. Ne mettez pas les mains ou les pieds
près de ou sous les pièces rotatives de
l’appareil. Ne restez jamais à proximité de
la zone d’éjection.
2. Soyez très attentif lorsque vous utilisez
la machine ou que vous traversez des
surfaces, des chemins ou des routes de
graviers. Soyez alerte des dangers cachés
et du trafic.
3. Après avoir heurté un objet, arrêtez le
moteur, débranchez la prise électrique,
inspectez soigneusement la souffleuse
à neige et assurez-vous qu’elle n’est pas
endommagée, puis réparez les dommages,
le cas échéant, avant de redémarrer et
d’utiliser la souffleuse.

Si la souffleuse commence à vibrer de
façon anormale, arrêtez le moteur et vérifiez
immédiatement la cause. Une vibration
indique généralement un problème.
5. Arrêtez le moteur lorsque vous laissez la
machine en place, avant de déboucher le
collecteur / le châssis de la tarière ou le
guide d’éjection, et lors de toute réparation,
réglage, ou inspection.
6. Avant de nettoyer, de réparer ou
d’inspecter la machine, assurez-vous
que le collecteur / la tarière et toutes les
pièces en mouvement se sont arrêtées.
Débranchez la prise électrique pour éviter
un démarrage accidentel.
7.
Ne déneigez pas les pentes abruptes en
poussant la machine en travers. Soyez
extrêmement prudent lorsque vous
changez de direction dans une pente. Ne
tentez pas de déneiger des pentes abruptes.
8. N’utilisez jamais la souffleuse à neige sans
les dispositifs et cartes de protection et
autres protections en place.
9. Ne faites jamais fonctionner la souffleuse
à neige près de pièces en verre,
d’automobiles, de puits de lumière, de
chutes et autres sans régler correctement
l’angle d’éjection de la neige. Éloignez les
enfants et les animaux.
10.Ne surchargez pas la machine en tentant de
déneiger trop vite.
11. Ne poussez jamais la machine trop vite sur
une surface glissante. Regardez derrière
vous et faites attention en reculant.
12.Ne dirigez jamais les matériaux éjectés
vers quelqu’un.
13. Débrayez le collecteur / la tarière lorsque
vous transportez la souffleuse à neige ou
que vous ne l’utilisez pas.
14. Utilisez uniquement des accessoires
et pièces approuvés par le fabricant
de la souffleuse à neige (comme des
masselottes d’équilibrage, des contrepoids,
une cabine ou autre).
15.N’utilisez jamais la souffleuse si vous
n’avez pas une bonne visibilité ou un bon
éclairage. Regardez toujours où vous posez
les pieds et tenez fermement les poignées.
Marchez, ne courez pas.
ENTRETIEN/ ENTREPOSAGE
1. Vériez à intervalles rapprochés que les
boulons de cisaillement et autres boulons
sont bien serrés an de vous assurer que
l’équipement est en bon état de marche.
2. Consultez toujours les instructions du
guide de l’opérateur pour savoir comment
ranger la souffleuse à neige pendant une
période prolongée.
3. Conservez ou remplacez les étiquettes
d’instructions et de sécurité le cas échéant.
4. Faites fonctionner la machine quelques
minutes après avoir terminé de déblayer la
neige pour éviter le gel du collecteur/de la
tarière.
