This product shall be synchronized with relevant APP terminal of smart home. And the supplied accessories
shall be used together. Wulian is not responsible for any loss due to improper installation and usage of this
product.

Step Three:Add to the network
Click SET Key 4 times quickly

ZigBee Network Indicator stays on Other devices are allowed to be added in
ZigBee network. Default time for allowing new
devices to add in ZigBee network is 4 minutes,
and the ZigBee Network Setting Light will go
out after that.
ZigBee Network Indicator goes out Other devices are not allowed to be added in
ZigBee network

Click SET Key 3 times quickly and each
click is less than 1s

Step Four：Exit network
Press on SYS Key for 10s The system restarts automatically and restores to factory
settings while ZigBee network will not be affected.
Press on SET Key for 10s The gateway exits ZigBee network automatically

1.For initial use, open APP Client to enter the gateway. Inputting ID or scanning QR Code at the bottom of this
product to obtain username. The initial password is the last six characters of product ID. (Please modify the
password immediately.)
2.Make sure this product is placed away from the washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, Router and other
sources of interference, in case of poor communication sensitivity and working performance.
3.To ensure the best communication distance, place this product in spacious area and away from places which are
surrounded on three sides by metal.
4.Place this product on the desk or ventilated surface. In case of poor ventilation and heat dissipation, do not place
it on the carpet or other soft material.
5.Ensure the installation location is dry and clean, in case of poor effect in use by being exposed to moisture.
6.If there is dust on the surface, clean it with a piece of soft cloth. Do not use erosive liquid and other chemical
solvent for cleaning.
7.For installation details, consult the qualified dealer or customer services for help.
8.Do not dissemble or refit this product and the accessories by yourself.
9. If any problems occurred, this product should not be dissembled by non-professionals, but delivered to local
service center. Besides, our customer service are available.

Cautions

Trouble Shooting
The indicators and setting lights are not
working.
First make sure the power supply is good. Then check
whether the matching power adapter is used.
Forget the login password of the gateway.
Try to restore to factory settings. When power is on,
press on System Key for 10s. This product restores to
factory settings when System Indicator is off. (Be
careful, all the settings of the gateway will be deleted
by restoring to factory settings.)
When logging in the Smart Home APP,
the status of gateway is displayed as
“offline”.
Try to
a.check whether the network is well;
b.Check whether the indicators of the gateway are well;
c.If both the network and the indicators are well, turn off
the electricity and reboot the gateway.
If none of the above methods are working, please
contact us.

When adding devices to the gateway,
the indicator displays successful
adding while there is no hint on the
device list of the APP.
Try to

network and reboot. Then update to the latest version.
