REMOTE CONTROL AUTO ALARM SYSTEM
INSTALLATION & OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION
A. MOUNTING THE SIREN:
1. In the engine compartment, place the siren in a location suitable for best sound results. Be careful not to mount the unit
near exhaust manifolds or other "hot" equipment and moisture area.
NOTE: Preferred siren position is facing forward (toward front of vehicle). Siren should not face up.
2. Mark and drill two 3/16" holes to screw on the mounting bracket. With the screws and lock washers provided, mount
the bracket to the vehicle.
3. After mounted the bracket. Mount the siren to the bracket. With the bolts, washers and lock washers provided. Adjust
the siren angle and tighten bolts.
B. INSTALLING THE LED STATUS INDICATOR:
The led indicator status should be mounted in a highly visible area such as top of the dashboard, on top of the shifter
console or on dashboard face. Leave at least 5/8" space behind the mounting location for LED housing. Once a suitable
location is chosen, drill a 5/16" hole. Run the LED wires through the hole then press the LED housing into the place.
Route the LED wires to the control module.
C. HOOD OR TRUNK PIN SWITCH: (Optional)
A optional pin switch is for use in protecting the hood or trunk (or hatchback) of the vehicle. The switch must always be
mounted to a grounded, metal surface of the vehicle. It is important to select a location where water cannot flow or collect,
and to avoid all drip gutters on hood and trunk fender walls. Choose locations that are protected by rubber gaskets when
the hood or trunk lid is closed.
The pin switch can be mounted using the bracket provided, or direct mounted by drilling a 1/4 “diameter mounting hole.
Keep in mind that when properly mounted, the plunger of the pin switch should depress at least 1/4” when the hood or
trunk lid is closed.
NOTE: If the system is set up as voltage drop sensing, the trunk and hood light (if equipped) will trigger the system when
the openings are lifted. There is no need to install pin switches.
D. STARTER INHIBIT RELAY:
Mount the starter inhibit relay near the ignition switch harness under the dashboard. You will have to locate and cut the
low current starter wire later in the installation. Secure the relay in a convenient location with a cable tie or tape to existing
harness. Be certain the relay’s wires are accessible for making connections
later during the wiring section of this installation.
WIRING
Keep wiring away from moving engine parts, exhaust pipes and high tension cable. Tape wires that pass
through holes on the fire wall to prevent fraying. Watch out sharp edges that may damage wires and cause
short circuit.
CAUTION : Do not connect the wire harness to control module until all wiring to vehicle is completed.
A. 6- WIRE PLUG:
1. Red Fused wire -- System Power (+12V Constant)
Connect the red fused wire to a +12 VDC constant battery source capable of supplying 15 amps of current. This wire
provides power to the unit as well as power for the parking light output.
2. Black wire -- System Ground
Connect this wire to a solid, metal part of the vehicle’s chassis.
Do not confuse this wire with the thin black antenna wire that exits the control module independently.
3. White Fused wire -- Flash Parking Light (+12 VDC 10A Output)
This wire is provided to flash the vehicle’s parking lights. Connect the white wire to the positive side of one of the
vehicle’s parking lights.
4. Yellow wire -- + 12 VDC Ignition Source / Zone 5
Connect this wire to a source that is hot when the key is in the on and crank positions, and off when the key is in the off
position.
5. Orange Wire – 300mA Ground Output When Armed – (N.C. Starter Disable)
This wire is provided to control the starter cut relay. Connect the orange wire to terminal 86 of the relay.
Connect relay terminal 85 to an ignition wire in the vehicle that is live when the key is in the on and crank
positions and off when the key is in the off position. (This is where the yellow wire from the alarm should be
connected).

Cut the low current starter solenoid wire in the vehicle and connect one side of the cut wire to relay terminal 87A.
Connect the other side of the cut wire to relay terminal 30.
NOTE : This is a normally closed starter cut arrangement and when power is removed from the
security system, the starter disable feature will not operate, allowing the vehicle to start. We
does not recommend using the Orange wire to interrupt anything but the starting circuit of the vehicle.
6. Blue Wire: (-) Instant Trigger / Zone 2
This is an instant on ground trigger wire. It must be connected to the previously installed hood and trunk pin switches.
B. TWO-PIN WHITE & BLACK: LED Connector
Route the two wires from the previously mounted LED to the two pin connector of the module.
D. BLACK THIN WIRE - RF ANTENNA-
The black thin wire on the alarm is the receiver antenna wire. Antenna placements is very important!Ensure that it is
unwrapped and stretched out with the last 6" straight and keep it away from large metal objects or chassis for best
reception.
PROGRAMMING TRANSMITTER CODE:
In case the transmitter is lost, or you require additional transmitters, the code of the transmitter must be
programmed into the receiver before it is capable of responding to the new or additional transmitters. Please
perform the following procedure:
1. With the system disarmed, disconnect then reconnect power to the alarm module.
2. Within 10 seconds, turn the ignition switch on then off 6 times, ending with the key on. After 4 seconds, the siren will
