Chapter 1: Safety Instructions!
1. Adult Supervision: The MonoSnap camera is designed for children aged 6 and
above. Adult supervision is recommended during use to ensure safe and
responsible handling.!
2. Safe Handling: Instruct children to hold the camera securely and avoid touching
the internal print head while it is hot. Wait for it to cool down before attempting
to open the camera.!
3. Built-In Rechargeable Battery: The MonoSnap camera features a built-in
rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Only use the provided USB-A to C cable for
recharging the camera. Do not attempt to use other cables or chargers, as they
may not be compatible and could pose a safety risk.!
4. Proper Charging: Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a suitable power
source, such as a computer or USB wall adapter. Insert the USB-C end into the
camera's charging port. Ensure a secure connection. Monitor the charging
process and avoid overcharging the battery by disconnecting the cable once the
battery is fully charged.!
5. Battery Maintenance: To maximize battery life and safety, avoid exposing the
camera to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold). Do not attempt to
disassemble, puncture, or tamper with the battery or camera. !
6. Waterproof Caution: Please note that the MonoSnap camera is not waterproof.
Keep the camera away from water and moisture to avoid damage. Do not
submerge the camera or expose it to rainy or wet conditions.!
7. Proper Storage: Store the MonoSnap Pro camera in a safe place when not in
use. Keep it out of the reach of young children and away from moisture, extreme
temperatures, and direct sunlight.!
8. Responsible Sharing: Teach children to respect others' privacy and not take
photos without permission. Encourage responsible and respectful sharing of
photos with friends and family.!
Chapter 2: Getting Started
1. Charging Your MonoSnap!
•Connect the USB-C end of the provided cable to your MonoSnap camera.!
•Plug the other end of the cable into a USB-A power source.!
•Allow the camera to charge until the battery is full.!
2. Powering on!
•Locate the power button on your MonoSnap camera.!
•Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on the camera.!
3. Launching the Viewfinder:!
•Press the red button on top to extend the viewfinder for framing your shot. You
can manually push the viewfinder back after use.!
NOTE: The MonoSnap uses a special viewfinder located slightly above the
camera's lens. This means that what you see through the viewfinder is from a
different perspective than what the lens is seeing. As a result, you’ll need to
adjust your aim a little upwards to compose your shot correctly. (Fig. 1)!
