tions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.

Important! Read these instructions carefully and thoroughly. Keep these instructions to refer to them
later. If you give the product to anyone else, make sure you also to pass on this manual.
Keep small parts out of the reach of children. Pay special attention when unpacking it. Keep plastic bags
and other packaging away from children. Danger of suffocation!
Check all elements and parts for incompleteness and damages. Despite careful checks, even the best
product could be damaged during transport. In this case, do not assemble it. Damaged parts can en-
danger your health.
Never modify the product! Changes will void the warranty and the product may be unsafe or even dan-
gerous.
For cleaning use a sponge and warm soapy water. Do not use solvent-based cleaners of detergents,
e.g., bleach. They can damage the product.
Intended use
•The extension cord reel serves as a multi-extension to provide 230 V voltage where there are
no power outlets. Only use the cable drum in closed rooms. Contact with moisture must be
avoided.
•Only use the product for its intended purpose of use. Any modification applied by the customer
will have an impact on its safety and cause danger. No responsibility will be taken for damage
caused by improper handling or unappropriated use.
Safety instructions
•Before use, check that the power supply corresponds to that which is stated on the nameplate
of the device. Avoid unintentional starting.
•Do not allow water of other liquids to get into the appliance. Do not expose it to rain.
•Do not use the appliance of the plug, the mains cable or other components are damaged. If the
mains cable is damaged have the repair carried out by a qualified electrician to avoid a hazard.
Never try to repair the appliance yourself. Risk of electric shock!
•Avoid pulling the cord when removing the plug from the socket. Hold the plug instead.
•Never plug in or unplug the mains plug when your hands are wet.
•The device is not intended for use by persons with physical, sensory, or mental restrictions or a
lack of experience and/or knowledge of use unless they are supervised by a person responsible
for their safety or have received instructions from that person on how to use the device. Children
should be supervised to make sure that they do not play with the device.
Operation
If the cord drum is overheated, the built-in thermo-switch switches the whole cord drum off. Then dis-
connect the cable drum from the mains and disconnect the consumer load. Let the cable drum cool
down, then press the thermo-switch on the cord drum.
